Abstract

The study discusses the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in Islamic education, with a focus on emerging ethical opportunities and challenges. AI offers a variety of opportunities in enriching the learning experience, such as adaptive learning, personalized education, and access to science globally. However, the application of AI also raises a number of ethical questions related to privacy, dependence on technology, and the potential for algorithmic bias that can affect Islamic values. This research uses a qualitative approach, by reviewing related literature and case studies of AI implementation in Islamic educational institutions. The findings suggest that while AI can improve the effectiveness of education, a strong ethical framework is needed for its application to be in line with the principles of Islamic teachings. Thus, this research offers an important perspective for policymakers, educators, and technology developers in integrating AI responsibly in the Islamic education environment.

Abstract

The paper presents the most significant study on how pupils view the effects of the COVID-19 crisis wave is presented in this essay. The COVID-19 infection was first discovered in Wuhan, China, in late December 2019. It quickly spread throughout the world, and on March 11, 2020, the WHO proclaimed it to be a pandemic (WHO, 2020). Face-to-face sessions have been replaced with online learning platforms as a result of the abrupt shutdown of on-campus facilities as a social. This has thrown the focus on utilising eLearning tools and platforms for effective student engagement which may have limitations of accessibility and affordability for many students. The pandemic has exposed the shortcomings of the current higher education system and the need for more training of educators in digital technology to adapt to the rapidly changing education climate of the world. In the post-pandemic situation, the use of eLearning and virtual education may become an integral part of the higher education system. The higher education institutions and universities need to plan the post-pandemic education and research strategies to ensure student learning outcomes and standards of educational quality.

Abstract

Malpractice is a significant issue in the health sector, where errors or negligence committed by medical personnel can cause serious harm to patients. In the context of Indonesian law, malpractice not only harms patients physically, but also has major legal implications. This analysis aims to examine the legal aspects and accountability related to criminal acts of malpractice in health law in Indonesia. Through this study, various laws and regulations governing medical practice, Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health, and the Criminal Code (KUHP), as well as administrative regulations governing the ethics and discipline of health workers are described. Malpractice liability can be categorized into three main forms: criminal, civil, and administrative. Criminally, medical personnel can be prosecuted if proven to have committed negligence that causes death or serious injury, in accordance with the articles in the Criminal Code. In the civil realm, patients who are harmed have the right to claim compensation through a lawsuit for unlawful acts (PMH). Meanwhile, administrative sanctions can be imposed by the relevant agencies if violations of professional standards and codes of ethics are found. This study concludes that legal regulations in Indonesia provide a clear framework for handling medical malpractice cases, although there is still a need to strengthen the legal protection mechanism for patients and more consistent law enforcement. Legal liability in malpractice cases includes preventive and repressive aspects, with the aim of providing justice for the injured party and maintaining the integrity of the medical profession.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation have rapidly become cornerstones in transforming management practices, streamlining operational efficiency, and enhancing decision-making capabilities across industries. However, these technologies present significant ethical challenges that cannot be overlooked. The core ethical concerns pertain to the transparency and fairness of AI-driven decision-making, the socio-economic effects of job displacement, and data privacy risks in the age of automation. This review article examines these ethical dilemmas through an extensive exploration of existing literature, identifying the key concerns and potential strategies for addressing them. Additionally, it proposes a research problem and objective focused on developing ethical frameworks to guide the integration of AI and automation into management. The conclusion emphasizes the need for collaborative efforts among stakeholders—corporations, governments, and civil society organizations—to ensure the responsible adoption of AI and automation technologies.
