Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of live streaming and promotions on online product purchasing decisions (study of shopeee consumers in Bireuen). To get maximum results, the scope of data was obtained from respondents’ answers through questionnaire questions distributed to 90 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the live streaming variabel (X1) has a significan t effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 0.001 < 0.05 and the promotions variable (X2) has no significan t effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 0.488 < 0.05. Simultaneously live steaming and promotions varibles have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for online Shopee products in Bireuen with a value of 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is essential for every company, especially in the light food industry. The main factors that drive consumer satisfaction are product quality, price, and brand image. Therefore, business owners, particularly in the culinary field, are expected to pay attention to these satisfaction-driving factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product quality, price, and brand image on consumer satisfaction at Malika Cake & Bakery Ulee Gle branch. This research uses a quantitative approach with an empirical study type. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling with 100 respondents. Primary data was collected through questionnaires, and secondary data was obtained from journals and books. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), instrument tests (validity and reliability), and hypothesis testing (F-test and T-test) using SPSS version 20.0.The results of this study indicate that product quality (X1), price (X2), and brand image (X3) have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction (Y).High product quality is achieved through quality raw materials, standardized production processes, and modern technology, while competitive pricing is determined by efficient cost management and adaptive pricing strategies. A strong brand image is formed from good customer service, continuous product innovation, and targeted marketing approaches. These factors not only increase consumer satisfaction but also strengthen the loyalty and competitiveness of Malika Cake &Bakery.

Abstract

The development of information technology allows the use of more sophisticated media such as the internet to make it easier to access information. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (Telkom) is a telecommunications company that has a product called Indihome for surfing the internet. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction of Indihome internet service users in Bireuen Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The results showed that service quality has a partial effect on customer satisfaction of Indihome internet service users in Bireuen Regency. This is indicated by the tcount> ttable value at the 5% level (2.051> 1.65993) and a significant value of 0.043 <0.05. The results showed that price has a partial effect on customer satisfaction of Indihome internet service users in Bireuen Regency. This is indicated by the value of tcount> ttable at the 5% level (5.203> 1.65993) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results showed that the value of service quality and price had a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Indihome internet service users in Bireuen Regency. With a value of Fhitung> Ftabel (19.511> 3.09), and a significant value (sig) = 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Empowering small and medium businesses is a strategic step to improve and strengthen the economy of some communities in Indonesia. This research aims to determine how initial capital and credit provision affect the income level of small and medium businesses. This research was conducted in Simpang Mamplam village in October – February of the 2023/2024 academic year. The samples taken in the research were 47 MSMEs. This research uses a quantitative research approach. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The research results show that initial capital and the provision of credit both influence the establishment of SMEs so that they can increase the income of small and medium businesses in Simpang Mamplam village, Simpang Mamplam District, Bireuen Regency.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of customer trust and customer commitment on customer loyalty. The location of this research is Indomaret Meunasah Blang, Kota Juang District. This research uses a quantitative approach. The method used is a purposive sampling method. The number of samples used was 96 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The research results show that the influence of customer trust on customer loyalty is obtained by a value of ????count5,692 >????????????????le1.985 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that customer trust has a positive and significant effect on Indomaret customer loyalty. Customer commitment to customer loyalty obtained a value of ????count13,304 >???? t????????le1.985 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that customer commitment has a positive and significant effect on Indomaret customer loyalty. Based on the simultaneous test, the variables Customer Trust and Customer Commitment together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on customer loyalty at Indomaret. This can be seen by the value ????count> ????????????????le obtained as 1433,394 > 3.09 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of social class and lifestyle on consumer behavior at Suzuya Mall Bireuen. The population used in this research was 96 people, the sample used was accidental sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 program and Microsoft Excel 2016. Based on the research results, it is known that partially, the social class variable has a significant effect on consumer behavior with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Lifestyle variables also have a significant effect on the sig value. 0.013 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously the social class variable and lifestyle variable have a significant influence on consumer behavior with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The R Square value for consumer behavior at Suzuya Mall Bireuen is 0.969. This means 96.9%. Variations in consumer behavior are influenced by social class and lifestyle and the remaining 3.1% is determined by other variables outside the contribution of this research.

Abstract

Already has a permit to be traded in exchange trading through the Indonesian Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (BAPEPTI). Digital crypto assets traded in Indonesia are quite a lot through the Indodax trading company. The purpose of this study is focused on formulating a risk management process in investing in digital cryptocurrency assets. In addition, the results of this study will produce policy recommendations known as LCTR or "Legal Cryptocurrency and Tax Revenue" which are expected to be considered by the government in formulating policies on digital crypto assets so that the interests of all parties can be accommodated in order to realize maximum state revenue from trading digital crypto asset commodities. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a research population of 10 cryptocurrency coins with the largest market caps in Indonesia, namely Cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), Stellar, DASH, Dogecoin, Zcash, Monero in Indonesia. The type of data in this study is time series data taken from January 2017 to December 2020 by conducting a documentation study conducted on the publication of monthly cryptocurrency transaction reports, so that a target population of 480 (4 years x 12 months x 10 coins) monthly report data was obtained for the research sample. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression and data analysis using e-views statistical software version 10.

Abstract

Galang City is a trading center in Galang sub-district which has experienced an increase in cooking oil prices, cooking oil shortages and panic buying cooking oil since October 2021. This condition makes the people of Galang City reconsider buying the type of cooking oil that they will consume, who originally bought packaged cooking oil now switch to buy bulk cooking oil. The research aims to analyze the factors influencing customer decisions and analyze customer opportunities for bulk and packaged cooking oil in Galang City, Deli Serdang district, North Sumatra. This research is located in Galang City and will be carried out from January to February 2023. Sampling was carried out using the accidental sampling method and number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula technique with a sample result of 96 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is the binary logistic analysis method which will be processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS16. The result of this research is that the variable price of cooking oil has a significant effect on customer decisions in purchasing cooking oil. While the variables age, education, income, and number of family members do not have a significant effect on consumer decisions in purchasing cooking oil. In addition, the variables age, education, income, and number of family members are positive coefficients. While the price of cooking oil is worth a negative coefficient.

Abstract

The study was conducted in Ranto Peureulak District, East Aceh Regency from October-November 2021. This study aims to of this study was to analyze the income of rainfed lowland rice farmers and analyze the contribution of rainfed lowland rice farming to household income in Ranto Peureulak District, East Aceh Regency. the object of research is carried out intentionally (purposively). The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The type of data used consists of descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative approaches. The results of this study indicate that the average income of rainfed lowland rice farming in Ranto Peureulak District, East Aceh Regency for per self-owned land area is IDR 2,724,930.7.00 for per arable land area of ​​IDR 1,871,354.6, 00 and per area of ​​leased land. amounting to IDR 217,000.2.00 per hectare. Rainfed lowland rice farming contributes to the household income of farmers with own land status by 34.5%, for smallholders by 40.1% and for tenant farmers by 6.7%.
