Abstract

This study discusses the internalization of the values of strengthening character education through thematic learning of Civics content during the COVID-19 Pandemic in class V SD Negeri 32 Seluma. The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Civics Thematic learning as an internalization of PPK values during the COVID-19 pandemic in class V SD Negeri 32 Seluma. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with data sources consisting of principal, teacher, students, and parents of students. The results of the study indicate that the internalization of the values of strengthening character education has been carried out through the learning process. At the planning stage, values are integrated in lesson plans, teaching materials, and student worksheets (LKPD). At the implementation stage, values are integrated in the stages of learning and providing teaching materials. As for the evaluation stage, values are integrated in the assessment of learning outcomes, attitude assessment journals, and counseling guidance agenda books.

Abstract

This study aims to develop student worksheets, describe materials, language, and graphics, describe student responses and find   out the effectiveness of guided inquiry-based worksheets assisted by multimedia in improving science process skills. This type of research is development using the ADDIE model. The research subjects were students of class IV MI Terpadu Mutiara Asyifa Bengkulu City, which consisted of 18 students of class IVA (experimental class) and 18 students of class IVB (control class). Data collection techniques are interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and tests. The data analysis technique uses Aiken's V, Interrater Reliability, student responses, and quantitative analysis using t-test and N- gain. The results of the study found that the validation of material, language, and graphics, as well as student responses to LKPD were very feasible and well used in learning. The results of the t-test showed the value of Sig.(2-tailed) <0.05 so that there was a difference in learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class. The results of the N- gain test showed that the science process skills in the experimental class had increased by 48% (medium category). So it can be concluded that guided inquiry-based LKPD assisted by multimedia is effective (moderate) to improve science process skills.

Abstract

This study aims to develop LKPD with environmental care content. LKPD is integrated with the concept of environmental care in the hope of forming students' environmental care attitudes. In addition, this study also measured the feasibility and user responses, namely teachers and students of SDN 08 Lubuklinggau. This research is a research and development with a 4D model. The object of the research is LKPD with the content of being ready to care for the environment. The research stages consist of four stages, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. The instruments used are a feasibility test questionnaire, interview guidelines, and student response questionnaires. The feasibility test was carried out by 6 validators, namely 2 Material Experts, 2 Language Experts and 2 Display Experts. User response test was conducted on 21 fourth grade students of SDN 08 Lubuklinggau . Data analysis used percentage technique and processed descriptively. The results of the LKPD feasibility test with environmental care content by the validator in terms of the front page, table of contents, study instructions, material feasibility, language presentation, and display feasibility, material feasibility obtained 0.75 with appropriate criteria, language feasibility result 0.80 with very feasible criteria and the results of the feasibility display 0.87. The results of the LKPD field test with environmental care content, obtained a positive response given by the teacher through interviews and 85,90 by students with quite positive criteria. Based on the results of the feasibility test and user responses, the LKPD developed is feasible and positive to use.

Abstract

This study aims to develop wayang media made from used goods based on local environmental culture that imposes Bengkulu folklore to improve learning outcomes for fourth grade elementary school students. This type of research is research and development or Research and Development (R&D). The results of this study indicate that 1. Implementation was carried out at SDN 101 North Bengkulu to measure and describe the effectiveness of wayang media activities that had been developed. 2. The validation results on the design aspect obtained an average Aiken's V score of 0.88 (Very Valid) with an average validator agreement of 0.80% (Almost Perfect). The validation results on the language aspect obtained an average Aiken's V score of 0.89 (Very Valid) with an average validator agreement of 0.93% (Almost Perfect). 3. Wayang media made from used goods based on local environmental culture which contains Bengkulu folklore in class IV fiction text material is considered to be able to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the higher-order thinking skills of fifth grade students through the development of POE-based worksheets to improve higher-order thinking skills. This research was a development research using the ADDIE model which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were students of MI Ikhwanul Djauhariah, Bengkulu City. Class 5A MI Ikhwanul Djauhariah Bengkulu City totaled 21 students as the control class, and class amounted to 21 students as the Experiment class. The object in this research is POE-based LKPD. Data collection were carried out by interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and paper-pencil tests. The data analysis technique used Aiken's V and interrater reliability, t-test and N-gain. The results showed that the validation of content, language and graphics as well as student responses to LKPD were in good category. The results of the t-test showed that the value of sig.(2-tailed) < 0.05 so that there was a difference in the average learning outcomes of students using POE-based worksheets in the experimental class and the control class. Based on the N-gain test, which is 56.09% in the effective to improve higher order thinking skills in science learning.

Abstract

This study aims to develop LKPD oriented scientific approach in improving students' science process skills and determinity the feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of LKPD on the material properties of objects. The research and development procedure used the ADDIE model which was: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The results of the study based on the validator's assessment of the material aspect obtained an average score of 0.85, the language aspect is 0.86 and the media aspect is 0.89. From these three aspects, the overall average is taken, the value of 0.86 is obtained in the very valid category. The results of student responses to the product obtained an average score of 81.56 in the very practical category. While the results of the effectiveness show that the scientific approach-oriented worksheets are very effective in improving students' science process skills. Based on the results of the assessment, it can be concluded that the scientific approach-oriented worksheets developed are very valid, practical and effective for use in the science learning process in improving students' science process skills.

Abstract

The general objective of this research is to describe the development of the character values ​​of cooperation in fourth grade students at SD Negeri 08 Bengkulu City through extracurricular dance offerings in the context of inheriting local culture. This study uses a qualitative research method with a single case study design. The results of the research specifically concluded that dance extracurricular activities form the character values ​​of cooperation carried out in three stages, namely preparation, implementation and assessment. In general, every part of the dance offering, both from the opening, the core and the closing, can develop the character of cooperation, namely helping each other members in the group, appreciating the contribution of each group member, each group member taking turns and sharing tasks, being in a work group when the activity takes place. The two supporting and inhibiting factors in developing the character of cooperation through dance extracurricular offerings in the context of local cultural inheritance include internal factors, namely the lack of awareness and concern for local culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of the material, language, media, and student responses, as well as the effectiveness of the PBL model-based learning video development product effectiveness to improve critical thinking in elementary school science learning. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research. The model used in the development is a 4-D model. The subjects in the study were students of SDN 63 Lubuklinggau, totaling 21 students of class VA as the control class, and 25 students of class V B as the experimental class. The instrument used in this research is an interview guide, a questionnaire, and a test of understanding this concept in the form of essay questions through pretest and posttest. To measure the effectiveness of concept understanding, two tests were conducted, namely before and after the learning took place in the experimental class and the control class. The data analysis technique in this study is validation analysis using Aiken's V and Interrater Reliability, teacher and student responses, and quantitative analysis using N-gain. From the research results, it is known that the results of material, language, and design validation, as well as student responses to learning videos are very feasible and good for use in learning so that students are happy and interested in learning. The results of the effectiveness of effective learning videos affect students' understanding of science concepts. Based on the gain-score test from the learning video, it gives a moderate gain score of 66%. So that students' understanding of science concepts who use PBL-based learning videos to improve critical thinking is higher than students who only use textbooks from school so that they are declared effective.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the shift in the Enggano language in the Indonesian language communication of SDN 053 Enggano Island students as regional language literacy. This type of research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach, the data used is qualitative data obtained from the results of interviews, observations, and observations which are then presented descriptively. Based on data analysis and research discussion, the conclusions that can be drawn from this study are: 1. Class IV teachers at SD Negeri 053 Enggano during the teaching and learning process, the form of communicating with students uses Indonesian, both delivering material and giving advice, this causes a shift in language the Enggano area into Indonesian. This factor resulted in the teaching and learning process not using the Enggano regional language so students get used to not using the Enggano regional language. 2. The form of globalization factor has a strong impact on the shift in regional languages ​​in Enggano, especially at SD Negeri 053 Enggano Island. This is due to the culture that enters and develops on Enggano Island 3. Efforts to preserve local languages ​​through education, especially basic education, have several functions, namely preventing shifts and extinction of regional languages, preparing local language speakers for the future, and preserving national culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of the material, language, design, teacher and student responses, as well as the effectiveness of the product resulting from the development of narrative writing textbooks based on local tourism literacy to improve cognitive aspects of learning outcomes in elementary schools. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research and the model used in the development of learning material is the ADDIE model. From the results, it is known that the results of the validation of the material, language, and design, as well as the responses of teachers and students to teaching materials are very feasible and well used in learning so that students are happy and interested in learning. The results of the effectiveness of teaching materials influenced students' understanding. Judging from the results of the significance value, p (=0.00) is smaller than  (=0.05). Based on the gain-score test from the use of the e-module, it gives a moderate (68%) gain score. Therefore, students' understanding of teaching materials for writing narratives based on local tourism literacy was higher than students used textbooks from school.
