Abstract

This community service aims to introduce and implement digital marketing strategies to increase sales volume. The partners in this service are the actors of UNKM Jagung Marning UD Karya Indah located in Gelogor Selatan Village, Kediri District, West Lombok. The main problem faced by partners is the lack of knowledge in marketing the products produced both offline (conventionally)/directly and online. Lack of understanding/knowledge of marketing will have an impact on the lack of sales results, thus affecting business development. The solution offered in this community service is through a mentoring consultation program by a team of lecturers. The target of the program is to increase partner knowledge both regarding digital marketing strategies and the ability to implement digital marketing. The method of implementing community service activities is carried out by providing tutorials and mentoring in introducing digital marketing strategies both conventionally and digitally. The results of the activity show the enthusiasm of partners who from the beginning have always paid attention and asked a lot of questions for the continuity of their business.

Abstract

Strengthening business management in the wheat cracker business group in South Kediri Village, West Lombok is an implementation of community service carried out by STIE AMM Mataram lecturers. Strengthening business management is in order to increase the group's understanding of the problems that arise in carrying out the wheat cracker business. The problems that arise during mentoring are that business development does not have a clear plan so that the goals and objectives of the wheat cracker business to be achieved are not clear, there is no effective marketing promotion and there is a lack of access to collaborate with other parties. The method of implementing this service uses discussion and assistance in making product labeling and making banners as well as introducing promotions through the South Kediri Village website. The results obtained from this service are that the group understands business management, the group understands marketing using labeling and digitalization promotion through the South Kediri Village website.

Abstract

This community service program aims to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in promoting shredded meat products (abon) to enhance public awareness and reach potential consumers. One of the main strategies implemented is the utilization of social media, particularly through the creation of an Instagram business account designed to build consumer trust in the product. The program was conducted in three stages: initial interviews and discussions, training and mentoring, and evaluation of MSME progress. The training focused on effective techniques for managing social media accounts, while mentoring involved monitoring the implementation of digital strategies and assessing the use of Instagram as a promotional platform. The results indicate that the shredded meat product has gained wider recognition among potential consumers, who consider it worth purchasing due to its savory taste and nutritional value as a daily food complement. Therefore, this community service program successfully expanded the market reach of abon through an appropriate digital marketing strategy.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide education to MSME actors related to Online Selling Strategies in the International Market so that there is added value and profitability for MSME business actors in Gerogol Village. The target of service is MSME actors who are registered and already have a business license in Gerogol Village. Problems are solved in three stages of activities, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. Preparations were made by conducting preliminary interviews to find out the conditions in the field regarding the basic problem of non-development of MSMEs in Gerogol Village. The implementation was carried out by providing counseling on how to create added value for the businesses of each MSME actor in Gerogol Village. Evaluation of activities is carried out for each stage by collecting and concluding data from each stage of the activity. The results of the Online Sales Strategy in the International Market counseling activity for MSMEs in Grogol Village, West Lombok, show a high level of enthusiasm from MSME actors because there are new opportunities to increase business scale and profits.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at the Agro Jamur Lombok Kekeri MSMEs in Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Agro Jamur Lombok Kekeri MSMEs faces challenges in preparing financial reports due to a lack of basic understanding of financial record-keeping, weak awareness of the importance of good bookkeeping or financial management, and limited information on good financial governance. Based on these conditions, this activity was designed in the form of structured counseling and mentoring regarding simple financial record-keeping and report preparation by the financial standards applicable to MSMEs. This training/mentoring activity on preparing simple financial reports can increase the understanding of Agro Jamur Lombok Kekeri MSME actors about the importance of regularly recording every financial transaction based on valid evidence, as a basis for preparing daily and periodic financial reports by the financial standards applicable to MSMEs. This activity also successfully raised awareness of the importance of good, neat, and sustainable financial administration governance, as one of the important foundations for business sustainability. It is hoped that MSME actors will be disciplined in implementing good financial administration governance practices, which will have a positive impact on operational efficiency and better decision-making, so that the business can survive and even continue to grow.

Abstract

One of the micro businesses that was used as a target location was Cilok Abi, a micro culinary business owned by the local community. In this cilok business, several problems were found, including: Low understanding regarding the preparation of good financial reports and management of financial reports that is not yet optimal; Marketing capabilities are still conventional, so they have not been able to expand their market share; Limited labor both quantity and quality; The distribution permit number for the home food industry has not yet been registered. For this reason, the team provides business development assistance by: 1) training in simple financial management and bookkeeping; 2) Digital marketing training, 3) Training to manage and empower employees; and 4) Extension to obtain a home industry food production certificate (SPP-IRT).

Abstract

Digital-based marketing assistance for Astan Corn at UD. Beriuk Maju, Jagagaraga Village, West Lombok is an implementation of community service carried out by STIE AMM Mataram lecturers. This assistance is in order to increase the group's understanding of the problems that arise in carrying out the Astan Corn business. The problem that arises during mentoring is that the development of the Astan Corn business does not yet have a clear plan so that the goals and objectives of the Astan Corn business to be achieved are not clear, there is no marketing promotion using digitization and there is a lack of access to collaborate or in the form of cooperation with other parties. The method of implementing this service uses counseling and mentoring for business groups. The result obtained from this service is that the group understands business management. The group understands marketing using digitization and the group will try to collaborate with other parties to develop the astan corn business.

Abstract

Assistance in utilizing plastic waste and ash from burning pottery into paving blocks is an implementation of Community Service (PKM) carried out by STIE AMM Mataram lecturers. Banyumulek Village produces waste every day in the form of plastic and the ash left from burning pottery just piles up. It is hoped that the development of creativity based on the use of ashes left over from burning pottery for all village communities can be carried out with guidance and assistance in a creative economy based on an economy made from plastic waste, the community can produce benefits and profits for the community. Making paving blocks from these two types of waste, which are often found in Banyumulek Village, is not only for making a profit, but can also provide innovation and business development among MSMEs by utilizing plastic waste and ash from burning pottery, which are often found in Banyumulek Village. In terms of marketing, MSMEs carry out promotions through social media. Currently, almost everyone uses social media, by marketing in an interesting way on social media, it will be easier to attract or captivate buyers. In this way, sales of paving block products made from plastic and also ash left over from burning pottery will be better known and it is hoped that this will have an impact on the level of sales of these products.

Abstract

Kediri Induk is a village located in Kediri sub-district, West Lombok district. This village is a village that has many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). One of the MSMEs in Kediri Induk village is the very promising Murni Leather Crackers MSME, namely processing cowhide into cowhide cracker products. The problems currently faced by MSMEs are weak product innovation and weak marketing networks. To motivate and develop these MSMEs by providing an innovation that is more attractive than previous products both in terms of packaging, flavor variants, logos and marketing networks. After motivation and assistance, this MSME succeeded in developing its production with new variants and succeeded in marketing its products through digital marketing

Abstract

The aim of this service is to utilize papaya fruit to make papaya chips and digitize marketing in Lelede Village, Kediri District, West Lombok Regency, NTB. We know that papaya can not only be consumed directly but can also be processed into various foods, one of which is "Papaya Chips" or "Papaya Chips". The presence of papaya chips has become a food choice that can be consumed by all groups, from children, teenagers to adults. This papaya chips product or "Papaya Chip" is considered very appropriate to meet the need for healthy snacks, because consumers are now increasingly smart and aware of health, and are willing to spend time paying attention to types of natural products, so that business opportunities are expected. This can be utilized by people who already have a business or who are about to set up a business to increase income to survive which is increasingly difficult. The method of implementing this service is carried out in three stages, namely the planning stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The results of the service are the activity of making papaya chips which includes the acquisition of raw materials, goods in process and finished goods with simple quality control. The production process can also be carried out in everyday life because the ingredients are easy to obtain, by using papaya fruit that is around us we can produce papaya chips and these chips can be marketed so that they can help the family's economic income.
