Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra perusahaan dan customer relationship management (CRM) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Klinik Kecantikan Oriskin Kedoya. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya citra perusahaan dan pengelolaan hubungan pelanggan yang efektif dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan jangka panjang di industri kecantikan yang sangat kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Klinik Oriskin Kedoya dengan jumlah sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sistematis random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, dan uji beda. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai sejauh mana citra perusahaan dan customer relationship management berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan serta memberikan masukan bagi pihak manajemen dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif.

Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kurang antusias dalam belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif yang valid, praktis, dan efektif pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan R&D dengan menggunakan model 4D (four D). Berdasarkan hasil validitas ahli media memperoleh nilai 94,73% “sangat valid”, validitas ahli materi 91,66% “sangat valid”, validitas bahasa 93,75% “sangat valid”, validitas ahli soal efektivitas 81,94% “sangat valid”, dan validitas ahli modul ajar 90% “sangat valid”. Hasil praktikalitas keterlaksanaan modul ajar oleh guru memperoleh nilai 90% “sangat valid”, hasil praktikalitas oleh guru terhadap media pembelajaran interaktif memperoleh nilai 88,88% “sangat valid”, dan praktikalitas oleh peserta didik memperoleh nilai 92,51%. Nilai efektivitas media pembelajaran interaktif yang diperoleh dari hasil tes belajar peserta didik memperoleh nilai 86,71% “sangat valid”.

Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas putusan verstek dalam penyelesaian sengketa perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Medan Kelas IA, khususnya pada Putusan Nomor 1567/Pdt.G/2025/PA Mdn. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meninjau kesesuaian putusan verstek dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum acara perdata serta mengevaluasi apakah putusan tersebut mampu menjamin keadilan dan kepastian hukum, meskipun salah satu pihak tidak hadir di persidangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif yang diperkuat dengan data empiris melalui studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa putusan verstek secara prosedural sah berdasarkan Pasal 125 HIR dan diperkuat oleh Peraturan Mahkamah Agung No. 3 Tahun 2017. Namun, ketidakhadiran tergugat dalam persidangan dapat menimbulkan kekhawatiran terkait perlindungan hak dan kualitas pemeriksaan hakim. Dalam praktiknya, putusan verstek dinilai efektif dalam menyelesaikan sengketa secara cepat, terutama jika didukung oleh bukti dokumen dan saksi yang cukup. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa putusan verstek dapat menjadi instrumen hukum yang efisien, selama prinsip-prinsip due process tetap dijaga dengan ketat. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mengkaji keseimbangan antara efisiensi prosedural dan keadilan substantif dalam perkara perceraian di pengadilan agama

In today's modern era, business owners are required to be more astute in promoting and selling their products to compete with their competitors. Furthermore, they must be able to maintain the loyalty of existing customers and reach out to potential customers for business continuity. This study aims to analyze the marketing communication strategy implemented by Coffee Toffee SunCity Madiun to increase the number of customers. The research approach used a qualitative descriptive method and data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that Coffee Toffee applies five main elements in its marketing communication strategy based on the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) theory. The implementation of this strategy has been quite effective in several months in building brand awareness, attracting new customers, and maintaining customer loyalty. Challenges faced include intense competition in the coffee shop industry. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a reference for business owners in developing appropriate and responsive marketing strategies

High intellectual and emotional intelligence does not necessarily have good behavior, which is a phenomenon that occurs. The purpose of this study was to find out how the habituation of religious activities to improve the spiritual intelligence of students at SDN Penggung 1 Cirebon. This study investigates the efforts of teachers at SDN Penggung 1 Cirebon to improve students' spiritual intelligence by teaching them to read the Qur'an and pray. In addition, this study also investigates the role of parents and supporting and inhibiting factors in improving students' spiritual intelligence at SDN Penggung 1 Cirebon. This study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with data collection tools, interviews, observations, and documentation. In this study, the sample was only grades 4 to 6 because other classes had been sent home, the number of interviewees was 5 students, and 1 PAI teacher. This study was conducted at SDN Penggung 1 Cirebon Jln. Jendral Soedirman Gg. School, the research implementation period lasted for 3 months starting from March to June 2025. The results of the study showed that teachers' efforts to improve students' spiritual intelligence through the habit of reading the Qur'an, performing congregational prayers, infaq every Friday, PHBI such as the pesantren kilat ramadhan program, isro mi'raj, and the prophet's birthday. The study also showed that the role of parents is very important in improving children's spiritual intelligence.

This research aims to determine the military communication culture of ethnographic studies in Kogartap I/Jakarta. This study uses qualitative research methods by conducting interview techniques to collect data. This research was conducted using an ethnographic research design. Ethnography is the work of describing a culture. Generally, ethnography is used by some researchers to understand other cultures. The main goal is to understand a view of life from the perspective of indigenous people. Data and information were analyzed descriptively using data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of this research, Searle's speech act theory approach and organizational culture theory provide an analytical framework for evaluating military communication culture in Kogartap I/Jakarta. The interactions resulting from this theory create a military communication culture in Kogartap I/Jakarta in accordance with the speech act theory by Searle and Bureaucracy and a creative culture that the commander has a strong desire to control his environment, including members.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of a pocket book as a learning medium for teaching the values of cooperation and unity among third-grade elementary school students. The research employs a mixed-methods approach using an embedded concurrent design, which integrates quantitative and qualitative data simultaneously. Quantitative data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire, while qualitative data were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects included 22 students, 21 parents, and 1 teacher at SD Negeri 1 Mayung, Cirebon. The findings show that 91% of students strongly agreed that the pocket book enhanced cooperation, and 86% strongly agreed that it improved the value of unity. Qualitative data from interviews and observations support these results, indicating positive changes in students’ attitudes, such as increased empathy, collaboration, and responsibility, both at school and at home. The teacher also stated that the pocket book contributed to creating an inclusive and reflective learning environment. The conclusion of this study is that the narrative-visual and contextual-based pocket book is effective in instilling the character values of cooperation and unity. The active involvement of parents and teachers also supports the successful implementation, and this pocket book is suitable for replication to strengthen character education in elementary schoolsers.

Environmental law enforcement in the management of Hazardous and Toxic Waste (B3) is a crucial aspect to protect the quality of the environment and public health in Indonesia. This study examines the effectiveness of the implementation of laws and regulations, especially Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management, in regulating the management of B3 waste by various industrial sectors. The research method used is normative juridical with an analysis of legal regulations and law enforcement practices in the field. The results of the study indicate that there are still gaps in the implementation of the law, where many business actors have not fully complied with the obligation to manage B3 waste according to the established standards, thus potentially causing environmental pollution and health risks. Criminal and administrative sanctions stipulated in the law are not fully effective in encouraging compliance, so that increased supervision, education, and strict sanctions are needed. This study recommends a more comprehensive and participatory law enforcement strategy to ensure that B3 waste management is carried out in accordance with legal provisions in order to create a healthy and sustainable environment.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Klinik Kecantikan Oriskin Cabang Kalibata. Dengan menggunakan data dari 78 responden, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 37,941 > Ftabel 3,967 dan signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Uji determinasi menghasilkan nilai R² sebesar 50,3%, yang berarti bahwa kedua variabel tersebut menjelaskan lebih dari separuh variasi dalam loyalitas pelanggan. Secara parsial, kualitas pelayanan (thitung = 2,332; sig. = 0,022) dan kualitas produk (thitung = 6,330; sig. = 0,000) keduanya menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kualitas produk terbukti sebagai faktor yang paling dominan dalam membentuk loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk dalam menciptakan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan secara berkelanjutan.

Penggunaan liquid foundation dan mousse foundation masih menimbulkan hasil riasan wajah yang kurang sempurna, terutama pada sifat yang mudah luntur. Jenis kulit wajah yang berminyak, seringkali membuat riasan wajah menjadi cepat luntur. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil rias wajah sehari-hari antara yang menggunakan liquid foundation dan mousse foundation pada kulit berminyak. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian eksperimen. Metode eksperimen yang digunakan adalah metode kuasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan teknik lembar observasi penilaian juri dan pengukuran menggunakan skala likert, penelitian ini menggunakan 3 orang juri ahli (professional dan dosen kecantikan). Kemudian data dianalisa dengan menghitung skor rata-rata tiap butir pertanyaan, lalu dideskriptifkan setiap butir pertanyaan berdasarkan pilihan dan menentukan skor, skor rata-rata terakhir membuat deskriptif data menggunakan uji t yang didapat melalui software SPSS 31. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji t menunjukkan terdapat hasil ketahanan, kehalusan, dan kerataan riasan wajah yang menggunakan liquid foundation dan mousse fondation. Dimana terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil yang menggunakan liquid foundation dan mousse foundation. Nilai uji normalitas yang menggunakan Kolmogorov – Smirnov diketahui nilai signifikasi 0,200 > 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai residual berdistribusi normal. Uji homogenitas dilakukan dengan melihat output Test Of Homogeneity Of Variances diketahui nilai signifikasi 0.176 > 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 diterima dan data berdistribusi homogen. Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini didapat dari nilai P value = 0,002 dengan taraf signifikan () = 0,05. Nilai signifikasi yang diperoleh berada di bawah 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan kembali bahwa adanya perbedaan secara statistik antara kedua jenis foundation. Mousse foundation dapat digunakan pada jenis kulit berminyak, karena mampu memberikan hasil rias wajah sehari-hari yang lebih baik dalam konteks ketahanan, kehalusan, dan kerataan.
