Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of using Google applications on students' cognitive abilities in Social Studies (IPS) learning at SMP Swasta Kita Membangun Bukit Harapan II. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that Google applications, such as Google Classroom, Google Meet, and Google Forms, effectively enhance students' abilities through quick access to information, interactivity, and collaborative learning. Success factors include technological support, teacher skills, and student interest, while challenges involve limited infrastructure, lack of teacher training, and varying student motivation. Solutions include teacher training, infrastructure improvement, and diverse learning strategies.

Abstract

The leadership of the school principal plays an important role in improving the quality of education in an institution, including in efforts to improve teacher performance. This research method is qualitative. The results of this research are that the leadership of the principal at MTs Yasmida Ambarawa plays a key role in improving teacher performance through motivation, academic supervision, professionalism development, and creating a conducive work environment. The principal's leadership significantly influences the quality of education within an institution, particularly in enhancing teacher performance. This qualitative research explores the principal's role at MTs Yasmida Ambarawa in fostering teacher development through motivation, academic supervision, professional growth, and the establishment of a supportive work environment. The findings indicate that principals motivate teachers by offering emotional support and recognition, conduct academic supervision to ensure effective teaching practices, and facilitate professional development through training and collaborative initiatives.Despite challenges such as administrative burdens and resource constraints, principals employ strategies like task delegation, external partnerships, and persuasive leadership to create a supportive work environment. This research underscores the critical role of strategic leadership in improving teacher performance and, consequently, the quality of education.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of teachers in building effective communication with students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yasmida Ambarawa, as well as to identify the challenges faced in this process. Good communication between teachers and students is very important in creating a conducive learning environment, especially at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level which involves the teenage transition. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with semi-structured interviews and direct observation in classes 8A and 9B. The research results show that although most teachers have tried to create an open and comfortable atmosphere in the classroom, several challenges still arise, such as differences in students' social and cultural backgrounds and the influence of technology which reduces face-to-face interaction. Teachers play a role not only as teachers, but also as mentors who support students' academic, social and emotional development. This research provides insight into the importance of improving teacher communication skills to create a more inclusive learning environment and support successful learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul praktikum botani tumbuhan tinggi yang telah melalui proses validasi oleh para ahli, sehingga memenuhi kriteria kelayakan untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengadopsi model 3D (Define, Design, Develop). Proses validasi e-modul melibatkan empat orang validator, terdiri dari dua ahli materi dan dua ahli media. Instrumen penilaian kelayakan e-modul menggunakan lembar validasi yang mencakup kriteria materi (kesesuaian materi, kejelasan dan keterbacaan, kelengkapan dan struktur penyajian) serta kriteria media (desain, fitur media dan kemudahan penggunaan). Uji coba e-modul dilakukan dengan melibatkan 40 mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh mata kuliah botani tumbuhan tinggi. Aspek yang dinilai dalam uji coba meliputi tampilan desain, penyajian materi dan kemudahan penggunaan. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi menunjukkan nilai-rata-rata sebesar 89,25%, sedangkan validasi oleh ahli media memperoleh nilai rata-rata 87,5%. Selain itu, tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap e-modul ini mencapai nilai rata-rata 84,7%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan sangat relevan dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran dan diharapkan dapat menjadi Solusi alternatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan praktikum botani tumbuhan tinggi.

Abstract

Compared to the implementation of Cyber Public Relations on other Metro Police Instagram social media, the implementation of Cyber Public Relations of West Jakarta Metro Police has advantages such as having a Polri TV program on video reels content on Instagram social media @polres_jakbar. Not only that, @polres_jakbar also publishes a lot of information such as police activities and programs, information about missing people, press releases, holiday greetings, quotes or promotions and of course there is educational video content that is attractively packaged in collaboration with several influencers, of course, every content published with infographics that are easy to understand and use supporting visuals, this is in line with the inspirational photography award, viralization and narrative awards to the Public Relations of West Jakarta Metro Police. Qualitative approach with case study research type and descriptive in nature, with data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation analysis. The results show that the implementation process of Cyber Public Relations of West Jakarta Metro Police on Instagram social media uses the 7C PR program, namely credibility, context, content, clarity, continuity and consistency, channel, and capability of the audience. The implementation of Cyber Public Relations on Instagram has had a positive impact on changing the image of West Jakarta Metro Police.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the legal measures implemented to safeguard children's maintenance rights in the context of divorce. According to Law Number 16 of 2019, which amends Law Number 1 of 1974 about marriage, it stipulates that following the dissolution of a marriage, the husband remains obligated to give financial support for his children. What legal remedies are available to a child if a father fails to fulfill his support obligations? By addressing the question of the legal remedies available to a kid for the father's failure to fulfill support commitments. The employed research approach is normative jurisprudence, utilizing literature review and analysis of pertinent laws and regulations for data collecting. The research findings indicate that legal actions regarding children's maintenance rights may be initiated in religious courts to safeguard these rights on behalf of mothers. The research concludes that the responsibility for child support rests with the father, as the head of the family, while the woman may assist him. The enforcement of legal safeguards for child support in the context of divorce involves a legal action to ascertain the fulfillment of child support entitlements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis Break Even Point (BEP) PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk periode 2020-2023 untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan dan efektivitas strategi biaya perusahaan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, data sekunder dari laporan keuangan dianalisis untuk menghitung BEP unit dan BEP rupiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indofood CBP secara konsisten melampaui titik impas meskipun menghadapi kenaikan biaya tetap dan variabel. Efisiensi biaya variabel pada 2023 berkontribusi pada penurunan BEP unit, memungkinkan perusahaan mencatatkan laba lebih tinggi dibanding tahun sebelumnya. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa Indofood CBP berhasil mengelola struktur biaya dengan baik serta menjaga profitabilitas dan keberlanjutan bisnisnya. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen perusahaan dan industri sejenis dalam menyusun strategi operasional dan keuangan yang lebih adaptif di tengah tantangan ekonomi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh endorsement selebriti Korea terhadap keputusan pembelian dimediasi oleh kepuasan konsumen pengguna skincare di Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif sebagai pendekatan penelitiannya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup semua pengguna produk skincare di Kota Semarang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan adalah purposive sampling, dengan 106 responden pengguna skincare yang diendorse selebriti Korea dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Data diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi, Linier Berganda, Uji Instrumen, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Jalur dengan bantuan aplikasi perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kesadaran Merek, Citra Merek, dan Pemujaan Selebriti berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dan Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Konsumen mampu memediasi pengaruh Kesadaran Merek, Citra Merek, dan Pemujaan Selebriti terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi Kesadaran Merek, Citra Merek, dan Pemujaan Selebriti, semakin tinggi pula Kepuasan Konsumen dan Keputusan Pembelian. Kesadaran Merek, Citra Merek, dan Pemujaan Selebriti yang tinggi, terutama yang dipengaruhi oleh selebriti Korea, dapat memperkuat kepercayaan konsumen, menciptakan persepsi positif terhadap produk skincare, serta mempermudah konsumen dalam mengingat dan memilih produk skincare, sehingga mendorong keputusan pembelian yang positif.

Abstract

The government is responsible for providing legal protection as part of the service to ensure that every citizen feels safe. In order to guarantee legal certainty in reporting election violations, the government needs to provide legal protection. This is in line with Article 1 Paragraph 2 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which states that sovereignty lies in the hands of the people, so that their constitutional rights must be respected and upheld by the state. The implementation of elections is often accompanied by various forms of violations. To overcome this problem, Law No. 13 of 2006 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims was issued. As a further step, the government established the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) to provide protection and assistance to witnesses and victims. In cases of election crimes, LPSK plays a role in protecting witnesses, where witnesses can apply for protection in accordance with applicable procedures. LPSK is responsible for ensuring protection that includes the rights and obligations of witnesses in the process of resolving violations. This protection is provided through two approaches, namely a combination of the procedural rights model and the service model.

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) shows that the prevalence of anemia occurs as much as 40% in children aged 6-59 months, 37% in pregnant women, and 30% in women aged 15-49 years. The results of the 2018 Basic Health Research report by Balitbangkes show that the prevalence of anemia in the 15-24 age group is 27.2% in adolescent girls. This study examines the epistemological aspects of anemia in adolescents and its prevention efforts from a philosophical perspective through a literature review. The findings show that anemia can be caused by a lack of knowledge and prevention and management efforts. Prevention can be in the form of consuming healthy foods rich in iron, folic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin A, and other nutrients, as well as taking supplements according to the recommendations of health service providers. Prevention of anemia in adolescent girls is very necessary, because the impacts caused by anemia are very complicated, including an unfit body condition, difficulty concentrating, disruption to activity and productivity.
