Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia marks a significant shift in educational policy, emphasizing flexibility and student-centered learning. This study investigates elementary school teachers' attitudes towards this new curriculum in Pematangsiantar, aiming to understand its practical implementation and challenges. Using a mixed-methods approach, data was collected from 20 randomly selected teachers through Google Forms questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The questionnaire, based on a 5-point Likert scale, comprised 20 statements assessing cognitive understanding, affective engagement, and psychomotor application of the curriculum. Results show that 80-90% of teachers demonstrate a high level of understanding and positive engagement with the curriculum's principles. Qualitative analysis revealed teachers' enthusiasm for the curriculum's flexibility but highlighted concerns about resource limitations and the need for ongoing professional development. The study concludes that while teachers are generally receptive to the Merdeka Curriculum, targeted support and resources are crucial for its successful implementation. These findings provide valuable insights for educational policymakers and school administrators in refining curriculum implementation strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang ada di kelas IV pada muatan pembelajaran IPAS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, peserta didik kelas IV dan guru kelas sebagai subjek dalam penelitian ini. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN Sugihan Kecamatan Winong Kabupaten Pati sudah berjalan baik dengan adanya dukungan stakeholder di sekolah . Kurikulum Merdeka memiliki pembaharuan yaitu pendidikan IPA dan IPS menjadi IPAS dengan teknis pelaksanaan semester 1 IPA dan semester 2 IPS. Pada Kurikulum Merdeka ini memberikan kebebasan kepada guru untuk kreatif dalam pembelajaran dan mengaitkan kehidupan sehari-hari yang terintegrasi dengan Profil Pelajar Pancasila

Abstract

This research uses normative legal research methods to analyze the installation of campaign props in prohibited areas and law enforcement. Installing campaign props (APK) is a form of strategy used by candidates and political parties in conveying their vision, mission and work programs to the public during the campaign period. APKs include banners, billboards, posters and various other media placed in public spaces. However, installing APKs often causes various problems, especially when carried out in prohibited areas, such as places of worship, public facilities and government facilities. Regulations governing the installation of APKs are contained in various laws and regulations, such as the Election Law and KPU Regulations. Violations of this rule can disrupt the aesthetics of the city, damage public order, and have the potential to cause conflict between supporters. Law enforcement against violations of installing APKs in prohibited areas is a challenge for election supervisors and related agencies. There are several factors that influence the effectiveness of law enforcement, including the lack of awareness of election participants regarding regulations, limited supervisory resources, and weak coordination between institutions. Law enforcement efforts include preventive measures through socialization of regulations and repressive measures in the form of issuing or removing APKs that violate the rules.

Abstract

International law is continually evolving to keep pace with changes in the global community. This progress has led to the creation of the International Criminal Court, which is associated with the United Nations. Formed under the UN's leadership, this court addresses the pressing need for justice related to the gravest offenses. The primary aim of the International Criminal Court is to remove any safeguards that individuals who commit significant human rights abuses have previously enjoyed, and to assist in thwarting the most severe violations of human rights according to international criminal law, thus encouraging global accountability. The International Criminal Court (ICC) stands as a permanent and autonomous judicial entity that acts as a criminal tribunal. Founded by the United Nations and rooted in the Rome Statute instituted in 1998, the ICC is empowered to investigate, prosecute, and penalize individuals, regardless of their official status within their nations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of promotion in increasing the number of customers at PT. Cakrawala Putra Bersama in Banjarmasin and what kinds of promotions can increase the number of consumers/customers in a company. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method that aims to describe the nature of something that is going on at the time  the researchwas conducted to examine the causes of a particular symptomThe results of this study show that promotion plays a very important rolepromotion activities that companies do then the creation of profits for the company itself, but vice versa if the company is less active in promoting it is likely to cause a loss for the company

Abstract

Islamic law is a legal system designed to meet the spiritual and social needs of Muslims. In this study, we will discuss the basis, sources, principles, scope and objectives of Islamic law which functions as a guide to Muslim life. This study aims to understand the role of Islamic law in creating a balance between the interests of individuals and society and achieving social justice. The basis of Islamic law relies on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith as the main sources, complemented by secondary sources such as ijma' (consensus of ulama) and qiyas (analogies) to answer various new problems that are not explicitly regulated in the sacred text. The principles of Islamic law, including the principles of justice, benefit, equality before the law, and individual responsibility, provide the ethical foundation for the just application of the law. The scope of Islamic law includes aspects of worship, muamalah, family law, criminal law, and international law, all of which aim to create a harmonious and just society. Meanwhile, the aim of Islamic law or maqashid al-syari'ah emphasizes the protection of religion, soul, mind, lineage and property, which reflects the primary interest in realizing the welfare of the people. Through a comprehensive understanding, this study hopes to provide in-depth insight into the importance of Islamic law in the context of contemporary life and its role in sustainable moral and social development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of self-disclosure in career development among members of the Paguyuban Mojang Jajaka in Cimahi City. Using a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques such as observation interviews and literature review, this research explores the reasons and processes of information exchange among the members of the organization related to career development. The findings indicate that the members share information to enhance skills, strengthen self-image, exchange job opportunities, and understand the challenges and weaknesses they face. The process of information exchange involves interpersonal communication supported by honesty, which ultimately builds trust and strengthens relationships among members. The media used in this information exchange process are WhatsApp and Instagram. This study shows that open communication within the context of social organizations like paguyuban can support the career development of its members.

Abstract

As one of the sectors of the financial services industry, banks play an important role in ensuring that people's home ownership rights are fulfilled. One type of credit provided by banking institutions is home ownership loans and in Islamic banking is known as home ownership financing. The purpose of this study is to analyze about: (1) Consumer legal protection of certificate ownership whose settlement process is not in line with the period agreed by the parties in BJB Syariah. (2) Legal remedies of consumers who are harmed due to the process of completing the certificate that is not in line with the time period agreed by the parties in BJB Syariah. This study uses normative research that focuses on legal protection for consumers in financing home ownership in banks. The approach uses a legal approach and a conceptual approach. The data analysis used is qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the form of legal protection provided to consumers has been regulated in the UUPK, namely developers and notaries are sanctioned for violating consumer rights in terms of certificate ownership. Consumer legal remedies can be resolved through 2 dispute resolution channels, namely the court/litigation route and the out-of-court/non-litigation route. The mechanism for resolving disputes outside the court includes peaceful settlement, settlement through BPSK, and complaint services through LAPS SJK. The legal choice agreed upon by consumers, developers and banks is reconciliation between the parties.

Abstract

Jawa Timur merupakan provinsi dengan timbulan sampah tertinggi kedua di Indonesia pada tahun 2023, mencapai 6.117.220 ton per tahun, dengan 42% di antaranya masih berakhir di Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA). Sampah rumah tangga menjadi penyumbang utama (58,28%), dengan dominasi sampah organik dari sisa makanan (50,97%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas serta dampak rumah kompos dan komposting skala kecil dalam mengurangi timbulan sampah di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan populasi 27 kabupaten/kota yang memiliki fasilitas rumah kompos atau komposting skala kecil. Data sekunder diperoleh dari Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Sampah Nasional (SIPSN) dan berbagai literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun rumah kompos dan komposting skala kecil hanya mengolah 3,01% dari total timbulan sampah organik (4.392.611,65 ton/tahun), tingkat efektivitas pengelolaan mencapai 82,18%, menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas ini mampu mengolah sampah dengan baik. Namun, ketidakmerataan fasilitas, rendahnya kepedulian masyarakat, dan belum optimalnya pengelolaan data menjadi kendala utama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan distribusi fasilitas, edukasi masyarakat tentang prinsip 3R, serta perbaikan sistem pencatatan data untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan sampah organik di Jawa Timur.Kata kunci: pengelolaan sampah; rumah kompos; sampah organik

Abstract

Runway adalah salah satu infrastruktur yang difungsikan sebagai area pergerakan pesawat saat lepas landas dan mendarat. Gradasi agregat dalam campuran beraspal memiliki peran krusial dalam menentukan sifat-sifat mekanik dan hidrolik campuran. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian Marshall dengan variasi durasi perendaman 60 menit, 90 menit, 120 menit, 150 menit, dan 180 menit dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui nilai karakteristik campuran dan daya tahan campuran menggunakan gradasi FAA dan gradasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Marsahall diperoleh nilai stabilitas pada gradasi FAA dan BBA telah memenuhi standar spesifikasi dengan nilai stabilitas tertinggi berada didurasi perendaman 60 menit. Dimana nilai stabilitas pada gradasi FAA diperoleh nilai sebesar 1928,30 Kg dan gradasi BBA diperoleh nilai sebesar 1598,01 Kg, sedangkan nilai stabilitas terendah berada didurasi perendaman 180 menit. Kemudian dari nilai stabilitas didapatkan nilai durabilitas campuran pada gradasi FAA dan BBA sudah memenuhi standar, dimana pada perendaman 90 menit diperoleh niali IKS tertinggi yaitu sebesar 98,97%.
