Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya zaman, banyak faktor yang mempengruhi kualitas produktivitas seseorang. Dalam menjalani aktivitas yang padat, kalangan usia produktif terkadang jarang memperhatikan kesehatan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kesehatan usia produktif adalah pola makan. Pola makan yang tidak seimbang baik dari jenis, frekuensi dan kuantitas, seperti makanan tinggi lemak, kurangnya konsumsi sayur dan buah, makanan tinggi natrium dan makanan cepat saji, kini telah menjadi kebiasaan makan pada usia produktif. Kebiasaan mengonsumsi makanan tinggi natrium jika berlangsung dalam jangka waktu yang lama akan meningkatkan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular, khususnya hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan dengan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi usia produktif (15-59 Tahun) di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Nusaherang Tahun 2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan analitik cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling dengan cara proporsional stratified random sampling sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 115 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu berupa Food Frekuensi Questionary (FFQ), dan pengukuran tekanan darah menggunakan Spigmomanometer. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai p = 0,025 melalui uji analisis korelasi Spearman Rank antara pola makan dengan tekanan darah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola makan dengan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi usia produktif (15-59 tahun) di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Nusaherang Tahun 2025.

Abstract

This study used a qualitative descriptive approach to investigate students speaking anxiety strategies at SMA Negeri 34 Jakarta in the context of English language learning to overcome their fear of speaking. The data collect through semi-structure in depth interviews. A total of 12 grade XI students participated in this study, consisting of 5 boys and 7 girls, with ages ranging from 16-17 years old. The data collected were to analyzed using thematic analysis method, which included coding, classification, and identification of themes and sub themes. The result show that most students experience moderate levels of anxiety. The results show that most students experience moderate levels and supportive English learning methods can help students overcome affective barriers such as speaking anxiety

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan teknologi Optical Character Recognition (OCR) pada aplikasi berbasis web guna meningkatkan efektivitas proses inspeksi kendaraan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan OCR, khususnya dengan Tesseract.js, mampu mengekstraksi nomor plat kendaraan dengan akurasi dan efisiensi yang tinggi. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan dapat mencocokkan data kendaraan dengan database secara tepat, mempermudah identifikasi kendaraan yang telah atau belum melakukan inspeksi, serta menyediakan antarmuka yang sederhana dan ramah pengguna. Temuan dari wawancara dan observasi lapangan juga mengungkap bahwa sistem manual memiliki berbagai kelemahan, seperti kesalahan pencatatan dan keterlambatan verifikasi, yang dapat diatasi dengan digitalisasi melalui aplikasi ini. Keberhasilan implementasi teknologi OCR tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, tetapi juga mendukung sistem transportasi yang lebih tertib, modern, dan aman di Sulawesi Utara, sekaligus mendorong kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya inspeksi berkala kendaraan bermotor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Thematic Decoration and Destination Image on Visitor Satisfaction at Lembang Wonderland. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach involving 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS, the results show that both Thematic Decoration and Destination Image have a significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on Visitor Satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.615, indicating that 61.5% of the variation in visitor satisfaction is explained by the two independent variables,in conclusion, attractive decoration and a positive destination image can increase visitor satisfaction. These findings are expected to serve as input for tourism managers in improving visitor experience quality.

Abstract

Character education is a crucial element in shaping students' personality and morality, especially amid the challenges of globalization that threaten cultural values and national identity. This study aims to describe the implementation of character education at Madrasah Pertubuhan Kebajikan Al-Muhibbin Melaka, Malaysia. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included the head of the madrasah, teachers, and selected students using purposive sampling. The findings reveal that character education is implemented in an integrated manner through both intracurricular and extracurricular activities. Core values such as discipline, responsibility, social awareness, tolerance, and moral integrity are consistently instilled in students’ daily behavior. Activities such as congregational prayer, Qur’an recitation, religious studies, community service, and daily moral assessments serve as effective means of character formation. The study concludes that the madrasah successfully fosters a conducive educational environment for the holistic development of student character.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the Implementation of Contextual Teaching and Learning for Senior Citizens in an Effort to Form Perfect Insan at the Al-Muhibbin Virtue Development Madrasah, Melaka, Malaysia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a pedagogical perspective. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The collected data are analyzed systematically through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification to draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that contextual teaching and learning for senior citizens in an effort to form perfect insan at the Al-Muhibbin Virtue Development Madrasah, Melaka, Malaysia in the learning process is reflected in the learning steps in the classroom which show that the components of the contextual strategy are implemented and the impact of the implementation of TCL learning in the learning process leads to increased learning motivation, enthusiasm for learning, student activity, student appreciation of learning materials, and character formation of students through learning relevant Islamic Religious Education materials.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi peran aplikasi Portal EMAS dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas tata kelola pemerintahan di Kelurahan Ketapang, Kota Probolinggo. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus, data dikumpulkan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Portal EMAS memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap efisiensi dan akuntabilitas pelayanan publik, serta meningkatkan akses dan kepercayaan masyarakat. Aplikasi ini mempercepat proses administrasi dan membantu mengurangi kesalahan manusia dalam pengelolaan data. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi minimnya literasi digital masyarakat serta terbatasnya fasilitas teknologi. Pelatihan aparatur dan penguatan infrastruktur menjadi hal krusial agar sistem dapat dioperasikan optimal. Penelitian ini menyarankan pemerintah daerah untuk terus mengembangkan layanan publik berbasis digital agar pelayanan lebih cepat, terbuka, dan menjangkau seluruh lapisan masyarakat secara merata.

Abstract

Papua merupakan wilayah dengan kompleksitas konflik sosial yang tinggi, dimana dinamika keamanan menurut strategi pengamanan yang adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengamanan yang diterapkan oleh Brimob dalam merespons konflik sosial dan menjaga stabilitas keamanan di Papua, khususnya melalui Operasi Damai Cartenz 2023 di Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum empiris dan pendekatan konflik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Brimob menggabungkan pendekatan taktis, preventif dan humanis, serta pendekatan sosial terhadap masyarakat. Strategi ini dinilai efektif dalam menekan eskalasi konflik bersenjata dan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga keamanan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan Brimob dalam pengamanan di Papua tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kekuatan senjata, tetapi juga dengan pendekatan sosial adaptasi terhadap dinamika lokal.

Abstract

MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) examination is a superior diagnostic imaging method that is able to provide accurate soft tissue details, including in the wrist joint area. In practice, the use of flex Coil is an important alternative when a special Coil is not available, such as in the case of a Hospital in Bekasi. This report aims to evaluate the role of flex Coil in MRI examination of the wrist joint with clinical incomplete fracture of the ulna styloid. This study uses a descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and documentation in a 19-year-old female patient. The examination was carried out using MRI 1.5 TESLA and flex Coil as a substitute for the wrist Coil. The imaging results showed an incomplete fracture of the ulna styloid without other soft tissue damage. Flex Coil has been proven to provide adequate image quality for diagnostic purposes, as well as being an efficient and adaptive solution to limited facilities. Thus, the flexibility of the tool and operator competence are important factors in optimizing MRI examination results. Keywords: Flex Coil, MRI, Wrist Joint, Incomplete Fracture, Styloid Ulna
