Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of the use of return board in improving the ability to hit forehand drive in Physical Education students of the University of Muhammadiyah Sorong. The approach used is an experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample involved 40 students who were selected based on certain criteria. Measurement of forehand drive ability was carried out before (pretest) and after (posttest) treatment in the form of training using a return board. Descriptive analysis showed that the average forehand drive ability increased from 20.40 (SD = 4.235) in the pretest to 25.85 (SD = 3.438) in the posttest. The results of the normality test confirmed that the data were normally distributed (p > 0.05), and the paired t test showed a significant difference with a mean difference of -5.450 (t = 8.034, p < 0.000). The 95% confidence interval ranged from -6,822 to -4,078, indicating the consistency of improvement in participants' abilities after treatment. A moderate positive correlation between pretest and posttest results (r = 0.390, p < 0.05) indicates the effect of exercise on the improvement of technical skills. The results of this study show that the use of return board is effective in improving forehand drive hitting ability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between running speed and long jump ability, a relationship between leg explosive power and long jump ability, a relationship between forward leg flexibility and long jump ability, and a relationship between running speed, leg explosive power, and togok flexibility in the future together with the long jump ability. The research population are students at the SD Inpres Bertingkat Mamajang II Makassar and the sample used was 40 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is product moment correlation coefficient (r) and multiple correlation (R) at a significance level of 5%. As the results show that: there is a significant relationship between running speed and long jump ability as proven by the calculated r value (r0)=-0.635, there is a significant relationship between leg explosive power and long jump ability is proven by the calculated r value (r0) = 0.821, there is a significant relationship between the flexibility of the forward stroke and the long jump ability, proven by the calculated r value (r0) = 0.483, there is the jointly significant relationship between running speed, leg explosive power and forward movement flexibility and long jump ability was proven by the calculated R value (R0) = 0.833.

Abstract

Hip Heart Gymnastics is a gymnastics created by the Healthy Heart Foundation which is intended for Indonesian teenagers so that they know how important it is to care for and maintain the Heart. aims to determine Cardiovascular Endurance in the Hip Heart Gymnastics Group of Students at SMAN 4 Pangkep. This research is a quantitative research with a quantitative description method. The subjects in this study amounted to 50 people with a sample of 30 people (N = 30), 30 people are female students who join the gymnastics group, have participated in gymnastics competitions, and members of the Hip Heart gymnastics group. The data collection technique in the study used a test, namely the Bleep test with the Purposive Sampling technique. Description Analysis obtained a total value of Ʃ = 738.6, average X = 24.67, Std = 2.30, Max = 28.7 and Min = 20.0. And the results of the study using the Liliefors Test showed that cardiovascular endurance in the Hip heart gymnastics group of SMAN 4 Pangkep (α = 0.05) obtained Lh of = 0.079 and Lt (0.05) = 0.161, thus because Lh is smaller than Lt (0.05) then Normally Distributed. From the results of cardiovascular endurance in the Hip heart gymnastics group of SMAN 4 Pangkep students showed in the interval class 26.4 - 27.9, with a frequency of 9 students with a presentation of 26.66%. study of Cardiovascular Endurance in the Hip Heart Gymnastics group at SMAN 4 Pangkep showed conditions or categories from good to very good.

Abstract

Kinesthetic intelligence is the ability to use all parts of the body to convey ideas and feelings. Based on observations by researchers at TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 2 Aimas, children's kinesthetic intelligence has not developed. This study aims to develop the kinesthetic intelligence of early childhood at TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 2 Aimas through Apuse Rhythmic Gymnastics. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers, after conducting Apuse Rhythmic Gymnastics in early childhood at TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 2 Aimas, children's kinesthetic intelligence began to develop, this can be seen from before doing Apuse rhythmic gymnastics, children were still unable to stretch their arms properly and children were still confused when doing clapping movements to the right and left, but after 12 times doing Apuse rhythmic gymnastics, children were able to stretch their arms correctly, and when doing clapping movements to the right and left, children were able to follow the instructions correctly. The results of the study on developing kinesthetic intelligence through rhythmic gymnastics in early childhood at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 2 Aimas Kindergarten can be concluded that rhythmic gymnastics activities can improve the development of kinesthetic intelligence in early childhood at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 2 Aimas Kindergarten.

Abstract

The problem that will be studied in this research is whether variations in footstep pattern training have an influence on foot performance. The aim of this research is for the players to know the variations in footstep pattern training and to know the correct and correct footstep movements in playing badminton. The research used is quantitative research with the Quasi Experimental Design research type, which takes place at the UNIMUDA Sorong Bukuminton Field. with 6 players as the subject, the collection technique used was observation, then the data obtained was analyzed using the t-test. From the pretest normality test data, it was obtained with a value of 0.804 > 0.05 and posttest data with a value of 0.167 > 0.05, so the data was normally distributed. The homogeneous test for pretest and posttest data was obtained at 0.104, which means 0.104 > 0.05. The data is homogeneous. And also based on the player's posttest score data, it was found that there was a significant influence between variations in footstep pattern training on the player's foot performance. This can be seen from the average value of the player's foot performance before and after being treated, which was 11.83 to 16.00.

Abstract

The type of research uses a quantitative approach. The type of research is correlational. This research is a study involving a population of 45 students. Data were collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Of the 30 questions tested, there were 23 valid questions with a reliability value of 0.903. The data analysis technique used was product moment correlation. The results of the study showed that: (1) the average/mean learning motivation of class X students of SMA Negeri 3 Raja Ampat was 70.77 or in the moderate category, (2) the average/mean learning outcomes of class X students of SMA Negeri 3 Raja Ampat was 69.00 or in the moderate category, and (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of the Volleyball Sports Subject for Class X Students of SMA Negeri 3 Raja Ampat. This is indicated by the large value of r count which is greater than r table (0.490>0.286) and a significance value of 0.000, which means less than 0.05 (0.000<0.05)

Abstract

Improving underhand passing skills with the pairing method of the Unimuda volleyball team in Sorong Regency. In volleyball, underhand passing is an important basic technique, because underhand passing is the first touch and the key to success in carrying out an attack, but there are still many mistakes made when doing underhand passing. This is due to the lack of training to improve underhand passing skills, especially for players who feel bored when given continuous training so that it has an impact on less than optimal training. Therefore, a study was conducted with the aim of improving underhand passing skills with the pairing method. With a playing approach. This study uses an experimental method with a one group pretest and posttest design. In this study, a sample of 20 people was taken from the Unimuda volleyball team. Brady volleyball test was then carried out data processing using normality tests, sample t-tests. Research on improving underhand passing skills in volleyball games and has an influence of 71.4%.

Abstract

Volleyball learning activities at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Sorong City are considered successful, especially in teaching basic techniques such as top serve. However, many students struggle in the often ineffective underserve. This study uses a quantitative approach to test the influence of the drill practice method on the ability to serve under grade VI students. The results showed that the drill method was effective in significantly improving the ability to serve the underside, as evidenced by the difference in higher and consistent average values in the experimental group compared to the control group. The hypothesis test confirmed this difference with a significance value of 0.000. These findings confirm the importance of drill training to improve students' sports skills optimally. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between arm strength, leg strength and hand eye coordination with down passing ability in volleyball. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The population is all male students of SMK Negeri 4 Sorong city class or by practice. The collected data needs to be analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Based on the research results, the following answer was found: From the data, the overall results of this research show that 4 students took the basic lower passing position test, the students who performed the lower passing position "very well" totaled 2 students with a score of 9, for a percentage of (50%), "good" amounted to 2 students with a score of 7% with a percentage (50%)

Abstract

the purpose of this research is to find out, analyze and identify the influence of the Peer Teaching model in the game of volleyball on the learning motivation of class VII students at SMP Negeri 4 Klari. To answer the formulated research problem, the author uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 4 Klari by taking two classes as research samples, namely VII G with a total of 40 students, and VII B with a total of 37 students out of 512 students with a total of 13 classes in VII class. There are three stages in this research, namely pretest, treatment, and posttest. A pretest was carried out in both classes to determine students' initial cooperation abilities before receiving treatment. After the pretest, the researcher provided treatment, namely eight meetings in the experimental class and control class with the tutor teacher, in the experimental research class using the Peer Teaching model while in the control class the tutor teacher used the conventional learning model (Direct Instruction). After being given treatment, the researcher then conducted a posttest in both classes to find out whether there was an influence of the Peer Teaching model in the experimental class. Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) was used to analyze the data. The esults of this research prove that the Peer Teaching model in volleyball games has an influence on junior high school students' learning motivation with the following explanation: 1). The application of the Peer Teaching model in volleyball games has an effect on students' learning motivation. 2). The application of the conventional learning model (Direct Instruction) in the game of volleyball has an effect on students' learning motivation. 3). The application of the Peer Teaching model shows a different influence with a more effective influence than the conventional learning model (Direct Instruction) in the game of volleyball on students' learning motivation. Therefore, through the Peer Teaching model, it is hoped that it can help improve students' cooperative attitudes in their daily lives so that they can contribute to the development of character education in Indonesia.
