Abstract

Analysis of the Discrepancy in Labor Wages with Regional Minimum Wage Comparisons is an in-depth study of the wage gap between workers and the minimum wage standards applicable in a region. This article aims to identify the factors that cause this mismatch, its impact on workers' welfare and regional economic stability, as well as the efforts made by the government to overcome this problem through statutory regulations. Based on previous research and analysis of applicable regulations, this article illustrates that the minimum wages set by the government are not always followed by business actors, so that many workers still receive wages below the set standards. Factors that cause this include the company's drive to increase profits by reducing labor costs, intense competition in the market, lack of worker skills and productivity, and lack of supervision and law enforcement from the government. Therefore, this article highlights the important role of the government in monitoring and enforcing compliance with minimum wage standards, and emphasizes the need for joint efforts from all relevant parties to create a fairer and more comfortable working environment for workers.

Abstract

Rumah sakit sebagai institusi kesehatan kompleks memiliki tantangan unik dalam mengelola kinerja pegawai untuk memberikan pelayanan berkualitas kepada pasien. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, seperti ketersediaan dan motivasi kerja, menjadi perhatian penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan efektivitas rumah sakit. Tujuan: Mengkonsumsi peran dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai rumah sakit. Metode: tinjauan pustaka dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan data base google Scholar. Rentang tahun artikel yaitu 2018-2023 yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditentukan penulis. Hasil: Kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berperan penting dalam kinerja pegawai rumah sakit. Hubungan positif dan signifikan terbukti antara keduanya, meskipun dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor mediasi seperti kepuasan kerja. Namun, ketidaksejajaran dan ketidakadilan yang didapat bisa mengakibatkan hubungan negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kesimpulan: Pada keseluruhan penelitian literatur ini, temuan menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan motivasi kerja mempunyai peran yang penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu, perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor kontekstual yang dapat mempengaruhi hubungan antara perolehan dan kinerja motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai rumah sakit dalam merancang program yang dapat diterima dan strategi motivasi kerja yang efektif.

Abstract

In the period before the arrival of Islam, it was known that women suffered greatly and lived in poverty, but after the introduction of Islam, it was able to change the discriminatory situation that occurred before and enable women to have a decent life equivalent to prosperity. male position. In this article we present an example of female leadership in Islamic law. This article aims to provide an understanding of the views that allow women to become leaders in a country with the same position as men. Using normative research methods or bibliographic legal research is used as a research method. The normative approach is used to study and analyze library materials or search for information identified with research materials as legally required materials related to the research materials being conducted. So it can be concluded that women's leadership in Islamic law is something that is urgent to discuss, even always a debate that never ends. This is because leadership is a reciprocal agreement between the leader and the people whose duties are quite complex, as servants of the people who must be able to realize a sense of justice, create a sense of security, maintain disintegration until the ability to obtain the Baldatun Thaiyibatun Warabbun Ghafur State.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the calculation of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS) at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk for the 2021–2022 period. The method used is descriptive, which uses quantitative data, namely the PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk financial report as the population. The data used in the study comes from the financial statement of the issuer, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, for the period 2021–2022. From the financial statement data of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk for 2021–2022, calculations can be obtained that include the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS).

Abstract

Dalam melaksanakan pembangunan secara nasional strategi pembangunan melalui desentralisasi, merupakan suatu tatalaksana pembangunan secara makro, agar keterlibatan dan kedewasaan pemerintahan daerah lebih besar terhadap tanggung jawabnya. Dengan diberlakukannya sistem pemerintahan daerah, maka daerah itu sendiri mampu mengurus dan menghasilkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) untuk menunjang terhadap penyelenggaraan pembangunan. Desain penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun alasan memilih metode ini karena masalah yang akan dianalisis dan dikaji menyangkut hal-hal yang berlangsung dalam kehidupan. Dengan deskripsi fenomena yang tampak dilapangan bisa ditafsirkan makna dan isinya yang lebih dalam dari data yang terhimpun dengan memperhatikan dan menjaga segi kualitasnya. Hasil penelitian Menunjukkan bahwa Sumber-sumber pendapatan asli daerah ditetapkan berdasarkan Undang-Undang nomor 9 tahun 2015, yaitu pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, hasil perusahaan milik daerah dan lain-lain pendapatan asli daerah yang sah, pendapatan asli daerah merupakan tulang punggung pembiayaan daerah, oleh karenanya kemampuan melaksanakan ekonomi di ukur dari besarnya kontribusi yang diberikan oleh pandapatan asli daerah terhadap total APBD, semakin besar kontribusi yang dapat diberikan oleh pendapatan asli daerah terhadap APBD berarti semakin kecil ketergantungan pemerintah daerah terhadap bantuan pemerintah pusat sehingga otonomi daerah dapat terwujud.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the history of the emergence of the Al-Khawarij and Al-Murji'ah schools as well as the main ideas of these two schools. This article is a literature review. Then, based on the results of the analysis and reading, it was discovered that the cause of the emergence of the Khawarij sect was due to tribal fanaticism, economic factors and religious enthusiasm. Meanwhile, the Murji'ah aliram appears because it is caused by several theories that have explained it; First, the intention is to unite Muslims. secondly, to overcome the division of the people. third, the feud that occurred between Ali and Muawiyah was caused by arbitration or tahkim. The thoughts or understanding that had been developed by the Khawarij were classified into three categories, namely political, theological and social. Then, the understanding of Murji'ah is implemented in several things, both in the political and theological fields. So in the political field, Murjia'ah's understanding always tries to be neutral which is demonstrated in the form of silence. while in the theological field, it is developed in dealing with problems that then arise related to faith, kufr, major sins or venial sins. The implication of understanding Al-Khawarij and Murji'ah is so that Muslims know the beginning of the emergence and the main ideas and teachings of these two schools.

Abstract

Modernization in the Tiktok Shop feature which is a technological development, namely the presence of paperless payments made using a E-wallet. With the developments offered, this study aims to see whether emerging modernization can help to facilitate shopping activities carried out by students and seen using qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The results found are that the modernization that has developed in the Tiktok Shop feature is very helpful for students in conducting an online buying and selling system.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the performance of the Regional Inspectorate in carrying out its duties and functions to supervise the performance of national civil servants within the scope of the Klaten Regional Government, to determine the suitability between the work plans that have been determined and their realization, a comparison between the realization of performance in 2023 and the realization of performance in previous years, as well as what factors constitute obstacles for the inspectorate in carrying out its duties and factors for its success. The method used in this research is the literature study method in which data is collected through sources such as books, journal articles, and supervisory report documents as well as other documents sourced from the internet. The results obtained are that supervision of the Klaten Regency regional inspectorate has increased from year to year, but in its implementation it has not yet reached a very good level, because there are still many things that have not been realized, both in terms of supervision, monitoring and evaluation, up to the supervision program which has only been implemented half of the 140 monitoring program planned with funds of 2.7 trillion.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there are differences in Arabic language learning abilities between students who graduated from Islamic boarding schools and students who graduated from outside Islamic boarding schools. This research was conducted at the North Sumatra State Islamic University, Arabic Language Education study program and involved 5 students who graduated from Islamic boarding schools and 5 students who graduated from outside Islamic boarding schools. The method used is a quantitative research method with parametric statistical tests of correlated samples. From the research conducted, it was found that there were differences in Arabic language learning abilities between students graduating from Islamic boarding schools and graduates from outside Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the implementation of correspondence and archiving administration at the MTS PAB 1 Sampali Organization. Correspondence administration and archives are crucial elements in the operations of educational organizations, ensuring smooth internal and external communications as well as systematic and secure document maintenance. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of correspondence and archives administration at MTS PAB 1 Sampali has gone well even though there are several obstacles such as limited trained human resources and lack of use of information technology. Implementation of strict standard operational procedures and regular training for administrative staff is recommended to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing correspondence and archives. Thus, it is hoped that this administrative optimization can support the achievement of educational and operational goals at MTS PAB 1 Sampali.
