Abstract

Hijrah can be interpreted as a change in all aspects of life. This phenomenon of hijrah was also outlined by the author, Helvy Tiana Rosa, in her short story entitled "Ketika Mas Gagah Pergi" based on her experiences related to hijrah or imagination which was able to express the phenomenon of hijrah into the short story. He wrote this story because as a young person, he really wanted to read youth short stories with strong Islamic nuances. The object of this research is the short story "Ketika Mas Gagah Pergi" and the subject of this research is the phenomenon of migration contained in the short story "Ketika Mas Gagah Pergi". Because the object of this research uses short stories and films, the researcher used comparative literary methods with qualitative descriptive for this writing. And the results of this research are: first, in the short story "Ketika Mas Gagah Pergi" by Helvy Tiana Rosa there is a migration phenomenon that occurs. Second, hijrah can be divided into two, namely physical and spiritual hijrah. Third, there are many virtues in emigrating, namely (1) humans who emigrate will receive extensive sustenance, (2) humans who emigrate will have their mistakes erased, (3) humans who emigrate will have their status elevated before Allah SWT and be guaranteed heaven. and (4) humans who emigrate will be given victory and gain His approval.

Abstract

The development of the religious spirit in children is generally an early development, but actually even before childhood, a child has received an education about religion, namely in the womb, paranatal period and infancy. According to Zakiyah Darajat, children's religious spirit develops in line with their physical and psychological development. The aim of this research is to find out how religious beliefs and values shape their psychological aspects. This research discusses the development of religious spirit in children, the role of parents in instilling religious values in children. This research uses a combined method of observation, interviews, and literature study to gain an in-depth understanding of how children internalize and develop dimensions of their spirituality as they grow. The results of this study provide a better view of the significant role that environmental influences play in shaping children's religious identities, with important implications for future education and moral formation.

Abstract

This journal analyzes the influence of the work environment, motivation and compensation on increasing the capabilities of existing human resources. Motivation has a very important role in improving performance and can reduce absenteeism. Low morale is a characteristic of the lack of motivation felt by most employees. A pleasant work environment is also very important for employees. The more pleasant the work environment, the more enthusiastic employees will be about their work. For many companies, compensation is a key factor and concern in retaining and attracting quality employees.

Abstract

Early adulthood Class in order to be able to graduate in the desired major at a State University, which suits the student's desires and abilities, and all of this is of course not an easy thing for class XII students to pass, so this often makes students feel anxiety and also reduces the level of self-confidence in students, in facing their future. This research uses a literature study method using a qualitative approach, describing a literature review as a written synopsis of books, papers and journal articles that provide knowledge and theory. The results of this research are reducing student anxiety and increasing student confidence using the REBT approach in group counseling.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics Tbk. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with financial reports as a data source to examine financial performance based on profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, activity ratios and solvency ratios. The research examines financial performance from 2020-2022 with financial reports. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that in the profitability assessment only the return on assets ratio had reached the efficient criteria, while the net profit margin and return on equity ratios were considered inefficient. In assessing liquidity, the current ratio and quick ratio are not yet liquid. Activity assessment through inventory ratios, fixed asset turnover and total asset turnover is considered to have not met the efficient level each year. Meanwhile, in the solvency assessment, it was found that the overall ratios used, namely the debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio, met good criteria.

Abstract

One potential control strategy that supports the provision of agricultural facilities and infrastructure is water resource management. A weir is a type of building that is much smaller than other buildings, which causes water to pool to form a pool but is able to pass through the top of the weir, or mercu. Operation and Maintenance (O&M) activities of weir buildings are a weir construction problem that often occurs in Indonesia. The problem with the weir in Medan Amplas is that the weir pond cannot accommodate the volume of water because there is too much sedimentation. Irrigation systems are usually used to supply water from rivers to rice fields, so that plants do not lack water in the dry season and not too much water in the rainy season. Rivers in Indonesia usually carry sediment, both bottom sediment and floating sediment. Since the elevation at the river bed is +23.8, topographic measurements indicate that hydraulic flushing is not feasible. Meanwhile, the elevation at the end of the sand trap plan which allows flushing is + 22.6. Therefore, hydraulic flushing is not possible. Therefore, flushing will be done mechanically or manually. Due to the dominant type of sand sediment at the location, it is planned that sediment with a diameter of 0.140 mm will be deposited. By building mud bags, sediment will be collected first in the mud bags and will not enter the prime channel, so that the tamping capacity of the channel is not disturbed by sediment. As a result, urban irrigation areas can be irrigated.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang maksimalnya pengawasan melekat dan pelaksanaan fungsional di Sekretariat Daerah Kota Bogor dan kurang sesuai dengan Peraturan Walikota Bogor Nomor 2 Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara studi pustaka yang meliputi studi literatur dan internet searching. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan melekat tidak dijabarkan secara gamblang di Peraturan Walikota Nomor 2 Tahun 2019 karena peraturan ini lebih banyak membahas mengenai pengawasan fungsional melalui inspektorat. Namun, pelaksanaan pengawasan melekat di Sekretariat Kota Bogor dapat diketahui melalui penelitian terdahulu yang dilakukan oleh Lena Ratna Sari dan kawan-kawan dalam artikel jurnalnya yang berjudul “Analisis Pengawasan Pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Bogor”. Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pengawasan melekat di lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kota Bogor sudah termasuk dalam kategori baik. Sedangkan untuk pengawasan fungsional ditemukan bahwa kinerja yang dilakukan oleh Inspektorat Kota Bogor belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan tupoksi yang tercantum dalam peraturan walikota No. 02 Tahun 2019.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan industri yang sangat pesat dewasa ini membawa dampak baik positif dan negatif bagi kehidupan manusia. Dampak positif diharapkan dapat menaikkan kesejahteraan manusia, namun dampak negatif dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup manusia dan menyebabkan ketidakserasian dan keseimbangan lingkungan. Perkembangan teknologi dan industri telah memberikan peran yang berarti bagi pelaksanaan pembangunan. Peningkatan populasi dalam banyak hal juga mendorong dilakukannya industrialisasi. Sebagai konsekuensi, jumlah bahan baku dan buangan industri semakin meningkat, baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas. Hal ini berdampak pada meningkatnya pencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan, baik yang terjadi di udara, daratan ataupun air. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kebersihan lingkungan adalah peningkatan pelayanan air bersih, dan itu perlu diupayakan perbaikan pada sistem pembuangan limbah atau pengolahan kotoran manusia (tinja), serta dengan memberikan arahan dan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan atau lebih luas lagi mengenai kebersihan dan/atau kesehatan lingkungan.

Abstract

This article focuses on the temperature control sensor in a water heater which has a very important role in maintaining the performance, safety and efficiency of the device. This sensor is responsible for monitoring the water temperature in the tank and controlling the heating element so that the temperature remains at the desired setting. The advantages of using temperature control technology in water heaters emphasize the importance of aspects of operational safety and efficient energy use. The aim of this research is to implement temperature control, involving elements such as thermometers, thermostats and microcontrollers, with a focus on optimizing the operational conditions of the Water Heater. The research method used is experimental research, the data collection process involves several stages to observe and measure the effects of implementing temperature control technology on Water Heaters starting from Installing a Temperature Controller, Measuring Temperature and Energy Consumption, Data Analysis by installing a temperature controller on the Water Heater and carry out statistical analysis of the collected data. The research results show significant improvements in operational safety, reducing the risks associated with excessive water heating. Apart from that, the efficiency of energy use has also increased, making the implementation of temperature control a way to improve Water Heater performance. Thus, the results of this research not only improve operational safety but also contribute to a new innovation in energy efficiency, which creates an integrated solution for daily warm water needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this journal article research is to describe the forms of acquisition of syntactic aspects due to online games in children aged 9 years. his study used descriptive qualitative method. The subject in this study was a 9 year old child named Bima. The data in this study is in the form of qualitative data. The data collection for this research was carried out using notetaking techniques, interviewing 9-year-old children in their home environment who play online games. The results of the study show that the child is able to say declarative, imperative and interactive sentences.
