Abstract

This study aims to examine parents' strategies in integrating metaverse in early childhood development, considering the significant changes in the way children learn and interact in the fast-paced digital era. This study explores how metaverse, as a platform that enables immersive and interactive learning and socialization experiences, is used by parents to support their children's cognitive, social, and emotional development. Through in-depth qualitative analysis, this study uses a descriptive approach to systematically describe and analyze this phenomenon, with data collected through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with parents. The data analysis technique follows the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, with data validity checks through source triangulation. The results of the study are expected to provide valuable insights into how parents can utilize metaverse for effective parenting, as well as support the formation of policies and practices that ensure the safe and inclusive use of technology in early childhood care.

Abstract

Pada titik inilah, lahir teori Pluralisme Agama yang menuai banyak kontroversi di kalangan cendekiawan baik di barat maupun di kalangan Muslim. Semangat pluralisme ini terus disuarakan oleh berbagai pihak dengan berbagai kepentingannya. Pluralisme yang baru-baru ini disuarakan oleh kalangan pemikir barat mencoba menyetarakan kedudukan Agama-agama, dan memandang semua agama memiliki peluang untuk memberikan keselamatan bagi pemeluknya, dengan tujuan menghilangkan sikap ekslusif bagi para pemeluk agama, dan sebagai upaya menumbuh kembangkan toleransi antar umat beragama yang pada saat ini sangat sarat dengan konflik antar agama. Muhammad Legenhausen berpendapat, semulia apa pun tujuan mereka yang telah mengampanyekan Pluralisme Agama dan sedalam apapun simpati kita pada perjuangan mereka melawan intoleransi yang telah berurat berakar, kenyataannya adalah bahwa proyek teologis mereka gagal. Dan kegagalan itu tidak ditemukan dalam filosofi politik liberal. Islam dengan dalil Al-Qur’annya memiliki teori tersendiri tentang pluralisme agama ini, karena ini bukanlah sesuatu yang asing dan baru menurut Islam. Agama Yahudi dan Nasrani yang kini, dianggap memiliki keyakinan yang bathil, meskipun demikian, Tuhan tidak akan menolak mereka untuk membalas mereka dengan ganjaran yang sesuai. Dalam Al-Qur’an bahkan pahala dijanjikan kepada kaum Shabiin yang disepakati oleh banyak mufassir sebagai para penyembah bintang, mengingat mereka mengimani Allah dan hari akhir serta beramal saleh.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam mencetak generasi yang unggul, dan kualitas guru sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran menjadi aspek yang sangat fundamental dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. SMPIT Darul Fikri Makassar menyadari pentingnya pengembangan profesional guru, sehingga merancang Program Sekolah Guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional mereka. Program ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat pemahaman kurikulum, menguasai metode pembelajaran inovatif, serta mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islami dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mengevaluasi program dengan model Four Level yang terdiri dari empat tahapan: reaksi, pembelajaran, perilaku, dan hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan dampak positif, seperti peningkatan komunikasi antara guru dan murid, kemampuan adaptasi terhadap perubahan kurikulum, serta kemudahan dalam penerapan modul ajar. Selain itu, peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan profesional guru turut mendukung pencapaian visi dan misi sekolah. Evaluasi hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Meskipun demikian, diperlukan penguatan materi tertentu agar program ini dapat lebih efektif di masa mendatang.

Abstract

An inclusive and collaborative organizational culture is a key element in improving organizational performance and creating a healthy and productive work environment. Organizations that have an inclusive culture can increase creativity, innovation, and engagement of employees from various backgrounds. This article reviews the concept of organizational culture, factors that influence cultural inclusion, and challenges and barriers in building it. In addition, this article also discusses the evaluation methods used to measure the success of an inclusive and collaborative culture in an organization. The research method used is a literature study that examines various theories and practices related to organizational culture, motivation, and the implementation of inclusive strategies in the work environment. The results of this study indicate that an inclusive and collaborative organizational culture can be achieved through policies that support diversity, open communication, and training that makes employees aware of the importance of inclusivity. The main challenges faced are conscious and unconscious bias and resistance to change in established cultures in the organization.

Abstract

When studying, students do more than just sit back and listen to the instructor's words. Active involvement in the learning process is also expected from students. Student engagement, teacher-student communication, and overall enthusiasm for Islamic religious education can all benefit from the use of Spinning Wheel media. Student engagement, teacher-student communication, and overall enthusiasm for Islamic religious education can all benefit from the use of Spinning Wheel media. The main aim of this research is to determine the impact of using Spinning Wheel media on the learning outcomes of class VII students. Bukittinggi, SMP Negeri 7, in the Islamic Religious Education class. Using a posttest-only control group design, this quantitative study employed a quasi-experimental methodology. The use of Spinning Wheel media is one of two independent factors in this research, while the results of learning activities are the dependent variable. The experimental group and control group each completed 16 multiple choice test questions to collect data. In this study, a random selection procedure was used to select 60 students from a population of 217. If the decision making value is less than 0.05, it means that the dependent and independent variables are significantly different. Because there is an influence of variations in the treatment of each variable, the sig value of the questions filled in by the control and experimental classes is 0.022. Therefore, it is natural to assume that class VII students of SMP Negeri 7 Bukittinggi benefit academically from using the Spinning Wheel media in their Islamic religious education classes.

Abstract

Muslim Pro is one of the most popular Islamic-based applications among Muslims, providing worship-supporting features such as prayer time calculation, Qibla direction, and a digital Qur'an. However, the accuracy of prayer time calculations and Qibla direction within this application still needs to be evaluated to ensure its reliability. Additionally, data security concerns have arisen due to reports of data breaches involving this application. This study aims to evaluate the accuracy of prayer times and Qibla direction in Muslim Pro and review its data security system. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, collecting data through questionnaires, direct observations, and comparisons with official sources. The findings indicate that while Muslim Pro demonstrates a relatively high level of accuracy in determining prayer times, discrepancies exist when compared to official schedules from Islamic institutions. Furthermore, the Qibla direction feature is prone to deviations due to magnetic sensor interference. Regarding data security, concerns over user privacy persist despite Muslim Pro denying allegations of data breaches. Therefore, updates to the calculation algorithms for prayer times and Qibla direction, along with improvements in privacy policies, are necessary to enhance user trust.

Abstract

Principal leadership was a determining factor in the education process in  Special Program Kartasura. Principal leadership emphasized the formation of student character and not on student grades. The purpose of this study was to describe the leadership style applied and the role of principals as leaders in building high-quality school. This type of research was qualitative research. The research design used was phenomenology. Research used primary data in the form of interviews and observations and used secondary data in the form of documents obtained from school. The data analysis used was an interactive model analysis with source triangulation and methods. The results of this study were: First. Principal leadership had a democratic-monarchic leadership style. This was based on the system that applied in the process of determining policies and decision-making processes carried out jointly. Second, the role of the principal included several aspects that had been carried out, namely: as an educator, as a manager, as an administrator, as a supervisor, as a leader, as an innovator, as a very good motivator. The principal could be an example in carrying out their duties. Therefore, the type and character of the leader must be observed and assessed properly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere, product innovation, and service quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret in Palembang City. The data collection technique employed was purposive sampling, by selecting respondents to fill out a Google Form questionnaire based on the required criteria for eligible respondents. A total of 102 respondents who met the researcher's desired criteria participated in the study. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with statistical testing. Data collection was conducted using a Likert-scale questionnaire. The results of the study, based on the (t-test), indicate that the store atmosphere, product innovation, and service quality at Indomaret in Palembang have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The expected benefit of this research is that PT Indomarco Prismatama can maintain the store atmosphere and service quality at Indomaret to retain loyal customers and increase sales. Additionally, consumer feedback was collected through the questionnaire and research findings.

Abstract

to have good attitudes, behavior and habits in line with the Shari'a, both in relation to God, fellow creatures and the surrounding environment. So, PAI learning is expected to be able to grow and build students' morals so that they become better, especially for elementary school age children, at this age the peak of developing students' personalities who are very sensitive to various things around them. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence PAI learning has on student morals at SD Negeri 023 Kebun Nenas Jake District. Central Kuantan District. Kuantan Singingi Riau Province. This research includes ex post facto research which uses a quantitative approach. The research location is at SD Negeri 023 Kebun Nenas Jake, Kec. Central Kuantan District. Kuantan Singingi Riau Province. The research subjects were 46 students in grades IV and V who were Muslim. This research was conducted in May 2024. The data collection technique was a closed questionnaire. Data analysis techniques are normality tests, linearity tests, hypothesis tests (simple linear regression tests) and determination tests. Based on research findings that: there is an influence of PAI learning on students' morals at SD Negeri 023 Kebun Nenas Jake, proven by the normality test which obtained a variable (X) sign value. 0.293 > 0.05 and the student moral variable (Y) has a sign value of 0.528 > 0.05. Test the linearity of the sign value. equal to 0.980 > 0.05. Hypothesis test (simple linear regression test) with Sign level. amounting to 0.000 < 0.05, and from the determination test the magnitude of the relationship (R) was obtained, namely 0.574. And obtained a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.330, which means that the influence of Islamic Religious Education learning on student morals is 33%.

Abstract

Islam will not be destroyed by physical destruction. The devastating blow of the Mongol troops that killed millions of Muslims actually raised the spirit of Muslims to unite. The land of Syria, which was previously hostile to Egypt, finally united against the Mongol troops and forgot their hostility. With unity, they won the war of 'Ain Jalut. This study is a historical study to see the incident of the Mongol attack on Muslim territory. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive approach with a data collection method from library data. As is common in historical studies, the best data is data that is closest in tempo to the event being discussed. This study begins with data coding, data reduction and drawing conclusions as is commonly used in qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the defeat of the Muslims against the Mongols was not only because the Mongol troops were trained in war, but also due to the internal weaknesses of the Muslims. Muslim countries were divided and many of their rulers and people lived in worldly luxury which caused them to be unprepared to carry out jihad.
