Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether the marketing strategy with the live streaming feature is effective for revenue at Shopee. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, which focus on collecting and analyzing data in words to understand the phenomenon being studied. Based on the results of research using the literature review method that has been carried out, it can be concluded that Shopee's digital marketing strategy, using the live streaming feature (Shopee Live), has a positive effect on increasing e-business revenue. With changes in consumer behavior shifting from traditional to online shopping, Shopee utilizes the Shopee Live feature to create direct interactions between sellers and buyers. This interaction introduces products in real-time and provides a more engaging shopping experience. Utilizing digital marketing allows Shopee to understand consumer preferences and tailor marketing content effectively. The research results show that this effective and responsive marketing strategy has succeeded in increasing purchasing decisions for potential consumers which can increase e-business revenue.

Abstract

Sistem matematika Babilonia, terutama yang berkaitan dengan bilangan, aljabar, geometri, dan astronomi, adalah salah satu yang paling tua dan berdampak besar pada kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan. Studi ini menyelidiki sistem bilangan seksagesimal yang digunakan oleh orang-orang Babilonia dan aplikasinya dalam berbagai bidang ilmu. Sistem bilangan ini memungkinkan perhitungan yang lebih kompleks dan presisi, menurut metode deskriptif kualitatif yang didasarkan pada studi pustaka. Hingga saat ini, sistem waktu dan pengukuran sudut masih digunakan. Selain itu, orang-orang Babilonia juga memahami teori tripel Pythagoras, membuat persamaan kuadrat menggunakan teknik numerik, dan membuat tabel astronomi yang dapat memprediksi gerhana dan pergerakan planet. Seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh penelitian ini, warisan matematis Babilonia berkontribusi pada perkembangan masyarakat Yunani dan Islam serta memberikan dasar untuk matematika modern, yang digunakan dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan memberikan pemahaman komprehensif terkait peserta didik dalam pendidikan Islam memegang peranan yang sangat penting sebagai individu yang tidak hanya memerlukan pengajaran ilmu pengetahuan, tetapi juga pembentukan karakter dan akhlak yang baik. Pendidikan Islam tidak hanya berfokus pada transfer pengetahuan, tetapi juga pada pembinaan moral dan spiritual peserta didik agar mereka dapat mengembangkan potensi diri secara optimal. Dalam konteks ini, peserta didik dipandang sebagai subjek yang aktif, yang memiliki hak dan kewajiban untuk memperoleh pendidikan yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam, sekaligus menjadi individu yang dapat mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

The exploitation of marine sand as a high-value natural resource has sparked debate in Indonesia, particularly after the issuance of Government Regulation Number 26 of 2023, which regulates the export of marine sand. This policy legally permits the export of marine sand under specific conditions, yet concerns arise regarding its impact on coastal ecosystems and spatial planning, potentially disrupting environmental balance and affecting coastal communities. This study aims to assess the legality of this policy from the perspective of spatial and environmental law and to analyze its implications for marine environmental sustainability. Using a normative juridical approach, the research examines relevant regulations and legal principles. Findings indicate that although the marine sand export policy is legally grounded, its implementation poses significant risks of marine ecosystem degradation, coastal erosion, and changes to coastal spatial planning. Therefore, strict monitoring of this policy is essential to mitigate adverse environmental impacts.

Abstract

The development of banking in Indonesia has begun to increase as shown by the increasing number of Islamic banks in Indonesia. This study aims to find out how physiological influences, attention, interests, unidirectional needs, knowledge and customer moods have on the conversion of Bank Riau Kepri to Bank Riau Kepri Syariah. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection through distributing questionnaires and accompanied by documentation. The technique for determining the number of samples uses a sample table according to Sugiyono (2017), namely 383 customers of Bank Riau Kepri Syariah. The research used an accidental sampling technique to determine the sample. Data processing techniques using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 23 program, where the data analysis used in this study consisted of validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, partial correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, t test and f test . The results showed that physiological customers (X1) had a significant positive effect on the conversion of Bank Riau Kepri to Bank Riau Kepri Syariah, customer attention (X2) had a significant positive effect on the conversion of Bank Riau Kepri to Bank Riau Kepri Syariah, customer interest (X3) had a significant positive effect on the conversion of Bank Riau Kepri to Bank Riau Kepri Syariah, needs that are in the same direction as the customer (X4) have a significant effect on the conversion of Bank Riau Kepri to Bank Riau Kepri Syariah, customer knowledge (X5) has a significant positive effect on the conversion of Bank Riau Kepri to Bank Riau Kepri Syariah, customer mood (X6) has a significant positive effect on the conversion of Bank Riau Kepri to Bank Riau Kepri Syariah.

Abstract

The study was intended to find out what legal representations are found in the poem by W.S. Rendra, entitled Kesaksian Akhir Abad and the song by Navicula, entitled Mafia Hukum. The theory used in this study is a generic structural theory, which examined a work of literature in relation to the world's social body of authors. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method of research that is a method of research that utilizes qualitative data and described in a descriptive history. The source of the data used by the researcher is Kesaksian Akhir Abad by W.S. Rendra poem and the lyrics of Mafia Hukum song. In data collecting, researchers first collected research materials, reading and understanding the content of the poems of Kesaksian Akhir Abad to Navicula's Mafia Hukum song, then composed the legal elements therein. The data analysis technique in this study is the content analysis technique. Studies describe how Kesaksian Akhir Abad poems and lyrics of Mafia Hukum song have similarities and differences in response to Indonesian government systems.

This research aims to explore the application of adaptive value of local culture in Islamic Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in public primary schools in Bukittinggi City. Bukittinggi. Abstract

The environmental cleanliness problem on campus is caused by students' lack of awareness of the importance of maintaining a clean environment, especially regarding the disposal of cigarette butts. The objective of this study was to determine the campus environmental cleanliness regarding cigarette butt issues at University X. The research method employed direct observation supported by documentation. The subjects of this study consisted of 6 students from University X. The research findings revealed that there were instances of littering, specifically cigarette butts, in the campus area, and students were observed discarding cigarette butts into the fountain, which is considered to pollute water sources and damage the aesthetic appeal of the campus environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji status hukum pernikahan wanita hamil di luar nikah serta nasab anak yang dilahirkan, dalam perspektif hukum Islam. Fenomena kehamilan di luar nikah menghadirkan dilema sosial, hukum, dan agama yang kompleks, terutama di tengah meningkatnya angka kasus ini akibat faktor-faktor seperti lemahnya pendidikan seksualitas dan pengawasan keluarga. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis kajian pustaka, penelitian ini menganalisis pandangan empat mazhab utama Islam Hanafi, Maliki, Syafi'i, dan Hanbali serta relevansinya terhadap hukum positif di Indonesia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan variasi pendapat di kalangan ulama terkait sahnya pernikahan wanita hamil dan hubungan nasab anak yang lahir di luar nikah. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya perlindungan hukum dan keadilan bagi ibu serta anak, sekaligus mendorong edukasi hukum Islam yang lebih inklusif untuk mencegah kehamilan di luar nikah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang adil dan sesuai dengan prinsip hukum Islam serta konteks sosial modern.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the history of the multicultural perspective of Islamic education and its relevance in the current educational era. This research uses the literature study method. The results of this research show that: the multicultural history of Islamic education perspective can develop the potential of students and foster mutual respect for ethnic, cultural and religious diversity. The challenge faced is that many people still vilify people of different sects (religions), ethnicities and cultures. As with issues regarding religion. We often hear non-Muslims taking issue with the sound of the call to prayer. They think the sound of the call to prayer disturbs them. This includes the challenge for educators to provide multicultural education to students who have traits that are not tolerant or respectful.
