Abstract

Calligraphy learning at Sirajul Huda Islamic Boarding School is an integral part of Islamic religious education that aims to develop artistic skills while strengthening spiritual values. This study uses a qualitative approach to analyze the development of calligraphy learning, the challenges faced, and opportunities that can be utilized to improve the quality of teaching. The methods applied at the Islamic boarding school combine traditional techniques with modern technology, and involve collaboration between Islamic boarding school managers, teachers, and the calligraphy art community. The results of the study indicate that despite challenges such as time constraints and variations in student abilities, the program has developed positively with the support of adequate facilities, competitions, and teacher training. Government support and collaboration with the calligraphy art community were also identified as important factors in strengthening the quality of learning. Sirajul Huda Islamic Boarding School has the potential to become a center of excellence for Islamic calligraphy learning by integrating art, spirituality, and technology.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of the book Duruss Al-Lughah Al-'Arabiyyah in SDS IT Risalatul Haq Cicadas. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collected through observation, interviews and teaching practice. The subjects in this research were grade 3 students. Arabic language learning in this research emphasized the use of books in teaching and learning.The research results show that the direct method can be used as an effective learning method when learning Arabic. The advantage of direct media is that it makes it easier for students to understand and memorize the Arabic vocabulary conveyed by the teacher. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Gojek Customer Loyalty in Palembang City which produces a positive impact. Service quality has a positive impact on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction positively influences Gojek customer loyalty in Palembang City. This study is based on several studies that have obtained negative and insignificant results from Service quality and customer satisfaction having an influence on increasing Gojek customer loyalty. This study used 100 respondents consisting of 37 women and 63 men from Palembang City and had used the Gojek application. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire that assessed customer perceptions of service quality and their level of satisfaction. Furthermore, the analyzes used to test the relationship between the independent variables (service quality and customer satisfaction) with the dependent variable (customer loyalty). The data collection technique for this study used multiple linear regression techniques and several test tools used such as validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and regression tests. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction as mediating variables have a positive and significant effect on Gojek Customer Loyalty in Palembang City.

Abstract

This study examines regional financing and its impact on economic development through a literature review of 10 relevant journals. Regional financing plays a crucial role in supporting infrastructure development, regional economic empowerment, and fiscal stability. Through the review of various sources, it was found that regional financing, which includes general allocation funds, regional bonds, and ultra-micro financing, has a significant impact on economic growth and community welfare. Furthermore, transparency, accountability, and the use of technology in managing regional budgets have proven to enhance the effectiveness of regional financing. The study’s findings indicate that well-managed regional financing can accelerate the achievement of regional development goals and strengthen the local economy. Therefore, regional financing must be carefully

Abstract

Agreement disputes are a phenomenon that often occurs in the practice of civil law. The application of civil law in resolving these disputes must be based on treaty principles such as pacta sunt servanda, good faith, and freedom of contract. This research analyzes the suitability of the application of civil law with these principles through a case study of a property sale and purchase contract dispute. The findings show that although the principle of pacta sunt servanda is recognized, the interpretation of good faith is often a source of disagreement. In conclusion, the application of civil law is generally in accordance with the principles of the agreement, but more consistent interpretation guidelines are needed to ensure fairness and legal certainty. Recommendations are provided to improve the understanding and application of the principles of agreement in civil law practice.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Independent Learning Curriculum policy in improving student learning achievement. The study uses a literature study method, which involves collecting and analyzing data from various library sources, such as books, journals, scientific articles, and policy documents. The sub-discussion of this study includes the definition of the Independent Curriculum education policy and the concept of student learning achievement. The Independent Curriculum is designed to provide freedom for schools and educators in determining learning strategies that are appropriate to the needs and potential of students. This policy emphasizes project-based learning, curriculum flexibility, and strengthening the Pancasila Student profile. Student learning achievement is defined as the achievement of learning outcomes that include cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects in accordance with educational objectives. The results of the analysis show that the Independent Curriculum policy can improve student learning achievement by providing wider exploration space, developing creativity, and strengthening critical thinking skills. However, the implementation of this policy requires support from various parties, including educators, policy makers, and parents of students, as well as adequate training for teachers. This study concludes that the Independent Learning Curriculum is a relevant policy to improve the quality of education and student learning achievement, as long as it is implemented consistently and comprehensively.

Abstract

Risk management has an important role in business development, including for Nevia Stores. This research aims to analyze the role of risk management in supporting the business development of Nevia Stores. The research method used was qualitative with a case study approach, where data was obtained through information owner of the Nevia Shop. The research results show that implementing effective risk management can help Nevia Stores identify, analyze and control various risks that might hamper operations and business growth. Some of the risks faced include financial, operational and market competition risks. By implementing good risk management, Toko Nevia can minimize potential losses and create a more sustainable business development strategy.

Abstract

Ushuliyyah rules are the basis for understanding Islamic law which is very important to study. This article aims to explain the main concepts in ushuliyyah rules such as Manthuq and Mafhum, Dzahir and Muawwal, Nasakh, and Muradif and Musytarak. The research method uses a qualitative approach with literature study as the main data source. Research findings show that a deep understanding of the rules of ushuliyyah is very crucial for the development of dynamic and contextual Islamic fiqh. This study finds that the application of ushuliyyah rules in contemporary cases, such as legal interpretations of modern financial transactions, provides relevant and contextual solutions. These conclusions provide an important academic contribution to the study of ushul fiqh as well as offering suggestions for further research in this area.

Abstract

CIPP merupakan pendekatan evaluasi yang menyeluruh, mencakup evaluasi formatif dan sumatif. Evaluator, bersama dengan pemangku kepentingan, berusaha memberikan jawaban yang jelas dan tegas terhadap pertanyaan, yang berhubungan dengan konteks, masukan, proses, dan produk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui evaluasi program character Building di sekolah menggunakan model CIPP. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif yaitu dengan mengamati, mencermati dan mendalami berbagai literature, baik berupa buku, jurnal ilmiah, maupun artikel lainnya yang mengulas tentang evaluasi program character Building di sekolah menggunakan model CIPP. Hasil penelitian evaluasi program character Building di sekolah menggunakan model CIPP adalah Bagaimana definisi evaluasi program tersebut, serta definisi character building training, dan bagaimana definisi CIPP, serta mengetahui sistematika penyusunan laporan evaluasi program CIPP, aspek-aspek model evaluasi CIPP, serta implementasi penerapapan evaluasi character building di sekolah dengan menggunakan model CIPP. Dalam program tersebut kita mengetahui bagaimana program character building ini penerapannya di sekolah menggunakan model CIPP, mengetahui evaluasi dalam tahapan konteks, input, proses, dan produk. Tujuan utama model CIPP dalam program character building di sekolah adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas dan keberhasilan program dalam mebangun karakter siswa secara menyeluruh. Dengan menggunakan model CIPP, sekolah dapat secara terstruktur menilai dan memperbaiki program character building agar lebih efektif dalam membentuk karakter siswa, menciptakan lingkungan yang psoitif.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the phenomenon of a significant increase in content upload activity on the Instagram account @prokompimkotacirebon during 2024, which contrasted with a decline in followers compared to previous years. This raised questions about the effectiveness of public communication conducted by the Protocol and Communication Section of the Regional Secretariat of Cirebon City in attracting attention and building public engagement. This phenomenon raises questions about the quality of content as public communication conducted by the Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan (Prokompim) of the Regional Secretariat of Cirebon City in attracting attention and fostering public engagement. The study employed a qualitative method using Philipp Mayring's qualitative content analysis model. Data were collected through an in-depth analysis of 297 posts in the form of images, videos, and infographics; and structured interviews with five informants from Prokompim Kota Cirebon. The findings revealed that the posts on the Instagram account @prokompimkotacirebon predominantly focused on delivering information about leadership involvement in various formal and informal events. Video formats demonstrated the highest engagement levels as they integrated visually appealing elements, text, and audio. Additionally, cross-sectoral collaborations with government institutions, communities, and public figures contributed to broader message outreach and increased information credibility. The study also identified several challenges, such as the lack of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in content management, low interactivity in communication within posts, and human resource limitations affecting message delivery consistency during strategic hours.
