Abstract

The research discusses the implementation of educational programming (strategic planning) that has been established as a guide in an effort to provide clarity of direction for each activity, so that each activity can be pursued and carried out as efficiently and effectively as possible to maintain the quality of the institution. This research aims to find out how the formulation of vision and mission, analysis of internal and external environment, analysis of strategy options and key success factors, and the determination of goals, objectives and strategies at MTs Negeri 1 Martapura. The research is a field research, with the nature of research in the form of qualitative descriptive methods. In collecting data, the author uses the methods of interview, observation, and documentation. The source of data is the head of the madrasa, the deputy head of the facilities and infrastructure section, the head of administration. Then the data that has been collected is analysed using the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the research that the author has done, the strategic planning stage at MTs Negeri 1 Martapura OKU Timur has been carried out well. The process of formulating the vision and mission fulfils the criteria for a good vision and mission according to Sedarmarmayanti's theory. Analysis of the internal and external environment has been carried out and produces information about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the madrasa, analysis of strategic choices and key success factors has been carried out and continues to be pursued to be even better, the madrasa has also obtained goals and objectives.

Abstract

Teachers in madrasas have a central role in realizing educational goals. Teacher performance affects students' academic achievement and shapes their attitudes, values, and moral character. Managing teacher performance in madrasah has its challenges, including fulfilling training and professional development needs, objective performance appraisal, appropriate motivation and rewards, and efficient resource management. This study aims to analyze teacher performance management at MTs Negeri 1 Lampung Utara. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques were interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects were the madrasah head and teachers. The results showed that teacher performance management is carried out in four aspects, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. Based on the research data, it was found that planning and supervision were effective. However, in terms of implementation, several problems were found, namely external and internal problems. To overcome these problems, several things are applied, namely, developing several characteristics in planning, organizing personnel, implementing programs, providing intensive supervision, instilling Islamic values and brotherhood, and optimizing the functions and roles of teachers.

Abstract

Literacy can be acquired through the learning process through two literacy skills that students can acquire gradually, namely reading and writing. This research is motivated by the fact that there is no literacy program at elementary school 1 sukarame dua, teluk betung, Lampung, Indonesia that has been conceptualized by the school as it should be, then educators have not received training on literacy programs, there is no School Literacy Team (TLS), the availability of books in the library is relatively poor, both in terms of quantity and quality, including the absence of a comfortable reading room for school residents. This study aims to determine and analyze the management of the literacy program at State Elementary School I Sukarame Dua, West Teluk Betung Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung City, from the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the literacy program at elementary school 1 sukarame dua, teluk betung, Lampung, Indonesia has an integration process of all school components, starting from the planning process, then the implementation process which has several stages, namely the habituation, learning and development stages. As a new program, the implementation of literacy at elementary school 1 sukarame dua, teluk betung, Lampung, Indonesia is seen as good by all school components. In addition, in the evaluation process, elementary school 1 sukarame dua, teluk betung, Lampung, Indonesia can provide the results of what are the inhibiting factors, namely the lack of books in the library, and the lack of awareness of students to read, some things that can be a solution to the results of the evaluation of the literacy program carried out, namely elementary school 1 sukarame dua, teluk betung, Lampung, Indonesia can provide a variety of new books, approach parents and each school component, especially homeroom teachers, provide reinforcement, enthusiasm and encouragement to students about reading books and always encourage and give prizes to students who diligently read books.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial management of the Bustanul 'Ulum Islamic Boarding School Foundation Jaya Sakti Anak Tuha Central Lampung. This research uses descriptive research methods by collecting data through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that the financial management of the Boarding School had been carried out properly, including the budgeting process, the implementation of cash inflows and outflows, and evaluation through supervision and audits. The leadership of the Boarding School and its staff have carried out educational planning, expenditure planning, and income planning to ensure that the planned programs are in accordance with the vision, mission, and conditions of the institution. Financial inflows and outflows have been carried out effectively through the separation of activities, facilitating the implementation, supervision, and management of funds. Financial evaluation shows effectiveness in supervision, but transparency and community participation still need to be improved. The results of this study confirm the importance of transparent and accountable financial governance to support the sustainability of pesantren.

Abstract

Education in boarding schools has a significant role in character-building and increasing religious knowledge among students. However, to ensure that the education provided is by the times and the required competency standards, it is important to pay attention to the role of training and supervision in improving the professional competence of educators in boarding schools. This study aims to determine the effect of training and supervision on improving the professional competence of educators at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 Kalianda South Lampung. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative approach with an associative research type design. The sampling technique in this study used a probability sampling system. Data collection methods in this study include questionnaires/surveys, interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results stated that there was an influence of training on the professional competence of teachers at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7. The positive influence given by training on teacher professional competence is 66.8% and the rest is influenced by other variables that are not studied. There is an influence of supervision on the professional competence of teachers at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 with a positive influence given by supervision on the professional competence of teachers at 61.9% and the rest is influenced by other variables not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the values of akhlaq education from an Islamic perspective, especially those found in two important works, namely Kitab Sullam Taufiq by Shaykh Abdullah bin Husain Ba'alawi and Kitab Nasoikhul 'Ibad. Through a literature review approach, this research explores various concepts of akhlaq, character development, and ethical values found in the two books. This research methodology uses text and content analysis approaches to evaluate the teaching of akhlaq in these works. The search results present a series of values essential in shaping human character per Islamic teachings, such as patience, honesty, generosity, and self-control. The research also discusses the practical implementation of these values in the context of modern education, highlighting their relevance in shaping a noble and responsible generation. The implications of this understanding are integrated into the current educational context, offering an in-depth perspective on how Islamic akhlaq values can be applied in formal and informal education. This research contributes to broadening the understanding of the values of akhlaq education in Islam as well as providing a foundation for the development of educational strategies that focus on character-building rooted in Islamic teachings

Abstract

This research aims to find out the planning, analyze organization, identify implementation, and evaluate cooperation with business and industry at State Vocational High School 7 Bandar Lampung in improving the competence of its graduates. Approach with descriptive qualitative method. Data collection with interview techniques, observation and documentation. Analyze the data by reducing data, displaying data and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and sources. Abstract

This thesis discusses the Implementation of the Inclusive School Program Management at SMP Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung. The problem is discussed through a field study. This type of research is qualitative research. The data was obtained by using, observation, interviews and documentation. All data obtained were then analyzed using qualitative data analysis. The results of the study found that: 1) Inclusive school planning is carried out by planning students, curriculum and teaching staff. infrastructure, and financing. 2) Organizing inclusive schools at SMP Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung by dividing tasks, there is someone appointed as the person in charge of implementing inclusive education, assisted by class teachers, subject teachers and accompanying teachers; 3) The implementation of inclusive schools uses the modified K-13 curriculum and the learning model uses Two Teachers, which is learning carried out by two teachers; 4) Monitoring of the inclusive school at SMP Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung is carried out every three months. This monitoring is also carried out by sharing the evaluation results of students with special needs which will be submitted to the students' guardians. In addition, every month a monthly meeting is held as a way of direction and control.

Abstract

This study aims to determine planning, analyze organizing, identify implementation, and supervise supervision in learning Islamic religious education in public elementary school 1 Surabaya and public elementary school 2 Sawah Brebes, Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. Qualitative descriptive research method approach, two data components namely primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The validity test uses data triangulation and method triangulation. The subjects of this research are the Principal and Islamic Religious Education Teacher. both schools have good efforts in classroom management in Islamic religious education. However, there are differences in the focus and approach used in the aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the class.

Abstract

This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, the data sources in this study are from various sources, namely: madrasa head, vice head, staff, teachers and students. Data collection techniques and instruments through observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity test using source tringulation. The results showed that 1) Implementation of the socialization of religious values through moral education and religious activities. The success of moral education can be seen from the improvement of students' morals and discipline, with supporting factors such as teacher cooperation, religious culture in the community, and parental support. Time and budget limitations are inhibiting factors. 2) Implementation of the weekly Action Plan determination through management functions. Madrasa Jabal An-Nur Al-Islami Bandar Lampung implements planning, organizing, implementing and controlling educational services. Supporters include the existing human resources and the madrasa principal's ability to manage them. 3) Implementation of rewards through planning and implementation. The madrasa principal plays a role in planning, implementing, and shaping the character of educators and students. Madrasas also display learners' work and upload learners' activities to social media. Constraints include the large number of learners, preparation of equipment, limited teacher observation, and lack of guidelines in giving rewards.
