Abstract

Collaboration programs between educational institutions and the business world and the industrial world include curriculum validation and synchronization, industrial visits, apprenticeship or industrial practice programs, training programs, vocational competency tests, production programs and graduate distribution programs. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this research show that vocational high school 3 bandar lampung, Indonesia, has implemented public relations management with the business world and the industrial world by paying attention to ethics/rules/principles from an Islamic perspective. Planning analyzes the world of business and industry that will work together, plans programs in proposals and drafts of activity budgets sourced from national school operational assistance and committees, communicates with the business world and the industrial world; organizing the design of the responsibilities and authorities for each individual position and stipulating these positions to be grouped into certain sections as stated in the decision letter; the control carried out by the school is the existence of a team in charge, the existence of a set time and the form of absence used; the evaluation carried out by the school is to carry out stages in the form of student tests, hold joint meetings related to the MoU agreement and determine the continuity of cooperation with the business world and the industrial world and carry out cost evaluations.

Abstract

The process of providing data information in an easy, fast, meaningful, global, sustainable and meaningful way by madrasas to customer satisfaction which is really needed through a digital basis. This study aims to analyze and describe digital-based communication, distribution and educational services in madrasa tsanawiyah. The approach used is naturalistic phenomenology, with descriptive qualitative methods. Collecting data with interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis by reducing data, displaying data and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data by using triangulation techniques and sources. The results of this study indicate that Madasa Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung has carried out digital marketing of education in the form of related information 1) Communication of MTs N 2 Bandar Lampung is carried out by paying attention to what is the customer's need, in which communication is published through information on student achievements and is useful for archiving data the basic considerations are the values that exist in the vision and mission and goals of the madrasa by forming a team. 2) Distribution by publishing on digital media regarding the location and strategic location of madrasas, the use of places and locations for positive activities which are carried out by developing the use of information technology-based facilities. 3) The service focuses on accepting new students for the publication of MTs N 2 Bandar Lampung service programs, which are in the form of digital registration, manual registration and then announcements via digital. Digital marketing at MTs N 2 Bandar Lampung has also carried out digital marketing of education according to Islam where the head of the madrasa implements the traits exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad in doing business, including sidiq, amanah, tabligh and fatonah accompanied by ethical principles.

Abstract

the internalization of Islam education values in extracurricular scouting activities will make humans who are able to balance the needs of the world and the hereafter as well as religious science and general science. Internalization can produce high-quality education, namely education that can provide knowledge, both religious science and universal general science, mastery of modern technology, skills, experience, broad relationships, and noble morals. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of the internalization of Islamic education values through extracurricular scouting activities at SMP Negeri 23 Bandar Lampung. The method used in This research is qualitative and descriptive. Data collection techniques The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed the internalization of Islamic educational values contained in extracurricular scout activities, namely the value of akidah, worship, and morals, namely through camp activities and scout training. in which there are congregational prayer activities, kultum, spiritual inspiration, and reading prayers before and after scout activities or training. prayers before and after scouting activities or training, the inauguration of councils and signs of general proficiency in grasshoppers, and evaluation of activities

Abstract

Teachers already have competencies, namely pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, professional competence, and leadership competence. and leadership competence, but in implementing this needs to be improved again to be more optimal, especially in terms of effective use of information technology-based learning in the learning process learning. Based on the above, this research needs to be done to describe the utilization of Information and Communication TechnologyBased Learning Media in Islamic Education Learning. Information and Communication TechnologyBased Learning Media in Islamic Religious Education Learning at SMK Bina Mulya Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. This research seeks to analyze how the actual picture of the utilization of learning media based on communication and communication technology (ICT) in The subjects in this research were, 1 ICT teacher; 4 teachers of non-educational subjects; 2 of them were Islamic Education teachers; and 2 of them were Islamic Education teachers. Two of them are PAI teachers, and the other 20 are students at SMK Bina Mulya Bandar Lampung. 20 students were at the school. Data were collected by observation, interview, and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out using Miles and Huberman techniques. then to examine the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation.

Abstract

There are fundamental problems in the world of education regarding human resources that have not fully developed the potential stored in each educator. Research on human resource management with its operational functions emerged as a strategy to manage human resources to have optimal competence and performance in achieving common goals. this study aims to obtain an overview of Human Resource Development in Improving the Quality of Educators through Subject Teacher Deliberations at Madrasa Aliyah Negeri Lampung Utara, Indonesia. Research data were obtained through the process of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative analysis stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, conclusions, and data verification. the results showed that the development of human resources through the Subject Teacher Conference (MGMP) of Madrasa Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Lampung Utara was as follows: 1) Planning starts from the work program meeting stage, then making a work program. 2) Implementation of MGMP activities which include the preparation of learning tools, development of media and learning resources, development of strategies and media and learning resources, development of strategies and methods of learning strategies and methods, and preparation and development of evaluations. 3) Evaluation of the results of HR development policies through subject-teacher meetings (MGMP).

Abstract

Improving the quality of teachers is one of the fundamental factors in education that directly affects student learning achievement. The Law on Teachers and Lecturers explicitly defines teachers as professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching or guiding, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating students in early childhood education through formal education, primary education, and secondary education. According to Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 20 of 2016, Graduate Competency Standards (SKL) are criteria regarding the qualifications of graduates' abilities which include attitudes, knowledge, and skills. The type of research that will be used in this study is a qualitative approach because according to the researcher, it is very appropriate to explore the problem and find out the professionalism of teachers in improving the quality of education by using interviews, direct observation in the field, and documentation. The results showed that there are 10 indicators of professional teacher competence in their fields at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. and these 10 indicators must be carried out by teachers to achieve an optimal teacher role in schools.

Abstract

Madrasa education in the era of computerization has gradually changed various aspects of life in the public arena. For this reason, various difficulties, benefits, and obstacles in the implementation of learning are a source for educators and other partners to play an effective role in understanding the vision and mission to be achieved in their respective schools. Instructive change has transformed disconnected training into online schooling. Distance is not a barrier to training. Advanced learning is web-based learning utilizing web information, known as on the web. This exploration strategy uses subjective examination with subjective enlightenment techniques through perception. This research explains how MTs Riydhol Jannah and West Lampung improve education quality management. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of the program and the system used by Madrasa Tsanawiyah is different but has their own uniqueness and characteristics, as well as the uniqueness of the subjects studied. In general education institutions such as the Education System (KBM), Madrasa education emphasizes more on religious subjects. The learning methods are applied using an educational approach that supports the active role of students. The curriculum uses the 2013 Free Learning Curriculum (KMB) (K13) issued by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Culture. Because home education developed by Madrasa is adapted to the development and practices taught at MTs Riydhol Jannah West Lampung. Evaluation to determine and assess the results of the implementation of efforts to improve the quality of the madrasa using the CIIP evaluation approach model. The method of this research is qualitative by conducting interviews, and observations to find out how the implementation of the program in an effort to improve the quality of the madrasa in the third era at Madrasa Tsanawiyah Riydhol Jannah West Lampung, Indonesia

Abstract

The problems in this study: (1) Is The the madrasa head's managerial skills affect teacher performance? (2) Is The madrasa climate affect teacher performance? (3) Is The motivation affect teacher performance? (4) Is The madrasa principal's managerial skills, madrasa climate, and work motivation jointly influence performance? The research objectives (1) determine the effect of the madrasa principal's managerial skills on teacher performance. (2) determine the effect of madrasa climate on teacher performance. (3) determine the effect of teacher work motivation on teacher performance. (4) to determine the effect of the skills of the madrasa headmaster, madrasa climate and teacher work motivation together on teacher performance. This research uses Quantitative method. The population is 105 teachers, the sample is 21 teachers. Data collection techniques in this study, questionnaires, observation, linear analysis techniques. The results of this study: (1) There is an influence of the madrasa head's managerial skills on teacher performance. (2) There is an influence of the madrasa climate on teacher performance. (3) There is a positive influence of work motivation on teacher performance. (4) There is a positive influence on the managerial skills of madrasa headsmaster, madrasa climate, and work motivation together on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the significant effect of learning management on student learning motivation at the College of Tarbiyah Pringsewu, Lampung, Indonesia, measure the significant effect of lecturer performance on student learning motivation at STIT Pringsewu and measure the significant effect of learning management and lecturer performance together on student learning motivation at STIT Pringsewu. This type of research is quantitative with a population of 134 students and a research sample of 100 students. The sample in this study used probability sampling technique, and data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed that the p-value (Sig.) of the learning management variable X1 of 0.000 was smaller than 0.05. The t-count value is greater than the t-test. The tcount value is greater than the ttable, which is 5.162 greater than 1.985. The p-value (Sig.) of the lecturer performance variable X2 of 0.00 is smaller than 0.05. The tcount result is greater than the ttable, namely 4.317 greater than 1.985. The p-value (Sig.) of variable X1 learning management of 0.000 and X2 lecturer performance of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. It is concluded that there is a significant effect of learning management on student learning motivation at STIT Pringsewu, there is a significant effect of lecturer performance on student learning motivation at STIT Pringsewu, and there is a significant effect of learning management and lecturer performance on student learning motivation at STIT Pringsewu.

Abstract

With the spirit of Dedication to the Country, Bank Indonesia will always be present in every sense of Indonesia, and provide the best service to realize a just, prosperous and prosperous Indonesian society. What Bank Indonesia does is a reflection of how a company also has the responsibility to give rights to others, in this case pesantren where people with religious and nationalist characters are printed. By distributing this social assistance, including the provision of infaq. At Darul Islah Tulang Bawang Islamic Boarding School, the Bank Indonesia Social Assistance Program (PBSI) is realized in the form of a green house project used as a place for intanon melon cultivation from the Netherlands. The formulation of the problem in this study is, first, how to plan the Bank Indonesia Social Assistance Program (PBSI) at Darul Islah Tulang Bawang Islamic Boarding School. Second, how to implement the Bank Indonesia Social Assistance Program.
