Abstract

Quality of Service and Facilities is the most important thing in every tourist destination, so if these two things are done well, it will automatically affect the interest in visiting. Thus, this study aims to determine how the influence of the quality of services and facilities on the interest in visiting Karang Setra Waterland. The method used is a verifiative descriptive quantitative method. The types used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study was taken from the average tourist visits in 2019-2023 of 4,700 and the sample used amounted to 100 respondents, the results of using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique is carried out by survey or questionnaire. Data collection was done by observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The questionnaire model in this study used the Likert Scale. The verifiative analysis used in this study is instrument test (validity test and reliability test), normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis test. The results of this study show that each statement item is said to be valid and reliable. The influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable in this study was 52.70%. The results of partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests show that the Quality of Service ( ) and Facilities ( ) has a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on Visiting Interest (Y) in Karang Setra Waterland.

Abstract

The research was conducted at Terminal Wisata Grafika Cikole, located at Jl. Raya Tangkuban Parahu No KM 8, Cikole, Kec. Lembang, Bandung Barat Regency, West Java. The title of the research is "The Influence of Promotion and Brand on Visiting Interest at Terminal Wisata Grafika Cikole" using quantitative methods of multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive and verificative analysis. The independent variables are Promotion and Brand, and the dependent variable is Visiting Interest. The sample size used is 100 respondents. The research objective is to determine the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the instrument test indicate that all questionnaire statements are valid and reliable. The descriptive research results show that Promotion, Brand, and Visiting Interest are all categorized as "Good". Verificative analysis results show that the Promotion and Brand variables have a positive and significant influence on Visiting Interest both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination or R2 value is 65.80%, and the remaining (34.20%) is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Labuan Bajo to analyze the influence of the variables of facilities and staff service on tourists' visiting decisions using a quantitative method. The results of the descriptive analysis indicate that respondents' assessments of the research variables are generally in the good category, as reflected by the high level of agreement regarding the condition of each variable. Two independent variables were found to have a significant impact on the decision to visit. Data analysis using SPSS produced an F-value of 34.133, which is greater than the F-table value, confirming a significant influence of facilities and staff service on the visiting decision, with a coefficient of determination of 33.3%. However, this influence is not yet optimal, necessitating strategic measures to improve the quality of facilities and services. This study provides important insights for destination managers.

Abstract

Tourist attractions are anything that encourages someone to visit a particular location. There are two main categories of tourist attractions: natural attractions and man-made attractions. Currently, many people are visiting many beautiful places in Indonesia, especially the city of Bandung. The city of Bandung has many diverse tourist attractions, ranging from natural tourism, artificial tourism, culinary tourism, to historical tourism. However, with the variety of tourist attractions in the city, do museums still remain a choice for tourists? The focus of this research is to see what attracts tourists to the Gedung Sate Museum in Bandung. One of the main educational and cultural tourist attractions in West Java is Gedung Sate, which is considered an icon of colonial architecture and history. This study will identify the main components that make a museum interesting, such as architectural value, historical elements, and visitor experience. This will be done through a qualitative approach. Data will be collected through interviews with managers and visitors, as well as the examination of relevant documents. The results of this research are expected to help develop more efficient promotional strategies to enhance the tourist attraction of the Gedung Sate Museum and significantly contribute to the growth of the local tourism sector.

Abstract

The city of Bandung as a leading tourist destination was also strengthened based on the results of a survey conducted by the Fastbooking.com site at the end of 2014. At the world level, the city of Bandung is in the 21st position in the most popular/favorite tourist destination in the world. The advantages of the city of Bandung also come from the level of comfort and livability of the city. The city of Bandung still has the potential to become an attraction and tourist destination, namely eternal rice fields which function as food fields as well as Green Open Space (RTH) with an area of ??32.8 hectares. The eternal rice field area is located in the Cisurupan Village area, Pasirluyu District, which is also included in the North Bandung Area (KBU). This research is directed at analyzing the feasibility of tourism potential and data analysis in the Sawah Abadi area, Cisurupan Village, Pasirluyu District, Bandung City within the scope of market aspects, technical/operational and management aspects, as well as financial aspects. The aim of this research is to determine the tourism potential so that it can become a tourist area. The research method used is descriptive, which describes a phenomenon as it is by examining it regularly, prioritizing objectivity, and carrying it out carefully. There is no treatment given or controlled, and there is no hypothesis testing. The targeted output is to produce a written report and it is hoped that this output can be used by the community in the Sawah Abadi Area, Cisurupan Village, Pasirluyu District, Bandung City.

Abstract

The tourism industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth, particularly following the post-COVID-19 recovery and the rise of the creative economy. As the sector rebounds, travel agencies play a crucial role in facilitating domestic ticket sales and travel packages. Traditional travel agencies, such as PT Anta Express Tour & Travel, face competition from online booking platforms, which calls for a study on the unique value offered by travel consultants in enhancing customer experiences and the sales process. This study aims to explore the role of travel consultants at PT Anta Express Tour & Travel in domestic travel ticket sales. Using a qualitative research approach, data was gathered through direct observation, semi-structured interviews, and a review of relevant literature. The findings highlight four key roles played by travel consultants: providing personalized advice and recommendations, managing bookings, resolving issues, and delivering customer service. Additionally, three main reasons were identified for why customers still prefer using travel consultants: convenience, access to exclusive offers, and ongoing support during the trip. The study concludes that travel agencies can maintain their competitiveness by focusing on personalized services that appeal to specific customer segments, particularly those who value professional advice and human interaction in their travel planning. Therefore, traditional and online booking channels can coexist in the future, serving different market needs.

Abstract

The Gedung Sate Museum, a historical educational tourism destination in Bandung, is the focus of this research. This study aims to analyze the tourist attraction and the implementation of historical education tourism in the museum. The methods used include observation, interviews with visitors, and documentary studies. The research results show that the attraction of the Gedung Sate Museum lies in a unique combination of core resources in the form of an iconic historical building, modern and interactive additional services such as augmented reality technology, interactive floors, and interactive picture frames, intangible values that evoke nationalism through the stories of heroes' struggles, and strong context markers related to the history of Gedung Sate. Furthermore, the implementation of historical education tourism in this museum successfully integrates clear instructions, diverse teaching methods through visual and interactive media, and active learning experiences that directly involve visitors. These findings provide valuable insights for the development of historical education tourism in other museums, especially those adopting the smart museum concept.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has greatly changed the marketing landscape in the world, where marketing methods that were previously completely traditional and conventional have now been integrated into the digital world. Understanding and awareness of the importance, role and influence of digital marketing in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is still low. Its implementation is still considered not that important, on the grounds that the business being run is not a large business that requires digital marketing. Including its implementation of sharia principles is still very minimal. Research that explores the role of digital marketing in MSMEs with sharia principles in a comprehensive manner has never been conducted before. The aim of the research is to explore the role of digital marketing in MSMEs with sharia principles. The method used is library research, using critical analysis techniques. The results of research regarding the role or impact or influence of digital marketing in MSMEs with sharia principles are on the following 15 things: (1) facilitate access to information; (2) marketing products; (3) become a superior product; (4) healthy competition; (5) expanding target/market share; (6) expanding geographic reach; (7) building trust and reputation; (8) purchasing decisions; (9) increase in income; (10) increase in sales; (11) increasing business performance; (12) business sustainability and success; (13) application of Islamic marketing ethics; (14) development of halal label MSMEs; and (15) development of MSMEs through cooperatives.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Facilities and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Cinnamon Hotel Boutique Syariah Bandung, this study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The research method uses a quantitative method using multiple linear regression tests, with questionnaire data collection techniques, observation and literature studies. where the independent variables are facilities and service quality, and the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. data processing using SPSS software. The results showed that the facility variable had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the service quality variable had a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction. simultaneously (simultaneously) had a positive and significant effect. The coefficient of determination or R² value was (76.8%), and the rest (23.2%) was influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Grand Cemara Hotel Jakarta. The study aims to evaluate "The Effect of Workload and Compensation on Employee Performance of Grand Cemara Hotel Central Jakarta" using descriptive and verification quantitative analysis methods with multiple linear regression approaches. The independent variables in this study are Workload and Compensation, while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. The number of samples used was 52. This study aims to identify the impact of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the validity and reliability of the questionnaire show that all questionnaire statements are reliable and valid. Descriptively, Workload is rated "Fair", as well as Compensation and Employee Performance. The verification analysis results show that Workload and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance partially. Together, both have a positive and significant effect. The coefficient of determination or R2 reaches 98.70%, while the remaining 1.30% is influenced by other variables not included in the scope of this study.
