Abstract

Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and public consultations for the preparation of the Preliminary Draft Regional Long Term Development Plan (RPJPD) for South Buru Regency 2025-2045 are strategic steps in formulating a long-term development vision that is in line with the National Long Term Development Plan (RPJPN) 2025-2045 and Maluku Province RPJPD 2025-2045. FGD activities and public consultations are carried out to identify specific regional issues and needs, collect accurate information and data, develop solutions and strategies, and increase community participation and transparency in the planning process. The method for implementing FGDs and public consultations involves various stakeholders, including regional apparatus organizations (OPD), DPRD, community leaders, academics, business associations, NGOs and youth organizations. This activity aims to ensure comprehensive input so that the resulting plan is more accurate, inclusive and implementable. The results of FGDs and public consultations include identification of problems such as accessibility and connectivity, limited infrastructure, poverty, environmental damage and land conversion issues. The vision of South Buru Regency 2025-2045 is "South Buru is Developed, Independent and Sustainable Ecoagromarine Based", which reflects a commitment to development that focuses on natural resource potential by considering social and environmental aspects. The preparation of this RPJPD is also expected to be able to increase economic competitiveness, the quality of human resources, and adaptive governance and integrity. Implementation of this activity will complement the South Buru Regency RPJPD strategic document which reflects the synergy between the government and the community in realizing inclusive and sustainable development over the next two decades.

Abstract

Saung Farm Market is an MSME that operates in the field of freshwater fish cultivation, the cultivation produced includes; tilapia, catfish, and other fish. This business uses a marketing model by opening a re-seller or commonly known as reselling fish that have been purchased from MSMEs and to buyers and customers from local residents only. However, in practice, MSME owners have obstacles, namely they are still embarrassed and hesitant to start marketing and lack the knowledge to use promotions in online media. Therefore, this research aims to provide training and educate the importance of promotions in online media to increase market share and market upgrading so that they are able to compete with other cultivators. The method used in working on this project is qualitative, the methods used in this method are going directly to obtain information by interviewing business actors and collecting data related to observations in the field. With this activity, business actors will indirectly be helped to spread their wings to develop a business.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of the role of Civic Education (Civics Education) on the penetration of foreign cultures into Indonesian culture among adolescents. In the era of globalization, Indonesian teenagers are increasingly exposed to various foreign cultures through social media, entertainment, and direct interaction. This study aims to identify the extent to which Civics Education can shape adolescents’ attitudes and behaviors in dealing with foreign cultural influences and maintaining Indonesian cultural values. The methodology used in this study includes surveys and in-depth interviews with a sample of teenagers from various schools in Indonesia. The results showed that Civics Education plays a significant role in raising adolescents’ awareness of the importance of maintaining national cultural identity. In addition, it was found that adolescents who have a good understanding of Civics Education tend to be more selective in accepting foreign cultural elements, and are better able to filter negative influences that can damage local culture. Overall, this study confirms the importance of strengthening the Civics curriculum in schools as a strategic effort to protect and promote Indonesian culture in the midst of globalization. Thus, it is hoped that Indonesia’s young generation can become agents of change who not only appreciate, but also maintain the nation’s cultural heritage.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan fokus utama pada pembangunan motivasi siswa di tingkat sekolah menengah untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan berbagai metode interaktif dan pendekatan partisipatif untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang manfaat pendidikan tinggi. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan penyelenggaraan seminar dengan siswa orang tua serta tenaga pendidik di beberapa sekolah menengah di wilayah tertentu. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mencakup distribusi materi informasi mengenai berbagai pilihan pendidikan tinggi, proses seleksi, dan sumber daya keuangan yang dapat diakses oleh siswa. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terkait manfaat pendidikan tinggi, pilihan karir yang mungkin, serta dukungan yang tersedia untuk mewujudkan perjalanan pendidikan mereka. Dalam partisipasi orang tua dan guru, kegiatan ini berhasil menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung dan memotivasi siswa untuk menjalani proses pendidikan lebih lanjut. Implikasi dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membantu meningkatkan minat siswa untuk melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. Oleh karena itu, keberlanjutan dari kegiatan ini dan implementasi strategi yang diperoleh dapat menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan program pembinaan motivasi di tingkat sekolah menengah lainnya.

Abstract

Informasi data kependudukan maupun potensi kampung lainnya pada tingkat kampung maupun kelurahan terkadang masih menggunakan sistem yang manual serta tidak adanya pembaharuan data, sehingga menimbulkan kendala, terutama pada ketidakvalidan dan ketidakcocokan data. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, maka melalui Kegiatan KKN ini, diangkat satu program yaitu sosialisasi pengelolaan data penduduk dan potensi kampung berbasis teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Kampung Maribu, Distrik Sentani Barat Kabupaten Jayapura yang bertujuan untuk membantu aparat kelurahan dalam mengelola data kependudukan dan informasi desa sehingga dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh masyarakat. Sistem informasi ini dirancang dengan sederhana, sehingga mudah diakses. Hasil perancangan sistem informasi kampung berbasis website ini diharapkan dapat menyederhanakan penyampaian informasi yang dibutuhkan terhadap penentuan kebijakan perencanaan, pengelolaan, pengawasan dan pembangunan kampung.

Abstract

This research explores efforts to implement Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the village level through the Community Service Program (KKN) which involves students. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participant observation as data collection techniques. This research was conducted in Wiroditan Village, Bojong District, Pekalongan Regency. The results of this research show that the implementation of SDGs in this village includes education and public health promotion, improving educational facilities, and business development and digital marketing workshops for women. Research findings show that through collaboration between students, village government and local communities, various programs that support the achievement of SDGs have been implemented in the village. This research provides valuable insights for parties involved in sustainable development at the local level.

Abstract

Tindakan kekerasan dan bullying merupakan fenomena yang lagi ramai terjadi yang dilakukan oleh para pelajar dilingkungan sekolah maupun diluar diberbagai daerah khususnya Kabupaten Bekasi. Kondisi ini menjadi fenomena yang harus segera dicegar oleh semua kalangan seperti masyarat setempat, pihak sekolah, dan pemerintah daerah agar tidak perkepanjangan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi terkait dampat negatif secara jangka pendek dan jangka Panjang dari tindakan kekerasan dan bullying di lingkungan sekolah dengan edukasi dan pemahaman secara konseling terhadap para pelajar khususnya pelajar SMK Garuda Nusantara. Metode yang dilakukan dengan edukasi dan sosialiasi langsung kepada para pelajar SMK Garuda Nusantara terkait dengan pencegahan tindakan kekerasan dan bullying di lingkungan sekolah dan diluar sekolah. Setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan tema Sosialisasi Pencegahan Tindakan Kererasan dan Bullying di Lingkungan SMK Garuda Nusantara dengan peserta perwakilan dari setiap kelas dan Angkatan berjalan dengan lancar, peserta mampu memahami dan mengevaluasi dari setiap sesi materi kegiatan, dan tumbuh rasa kepercayaan diri terhadap masa depan dan rasa sosial terhadap sesame Pelajaran dengan pencegahan Bersama-sama.

Abstract

Interaction is the process by which people communicate and influence each other in thoughts and actions. Basically, humans in everyday life cannot be separated from their relationships with each other, where the behavior of each individual influences, changes or improves the behavior of other individuals or vice versa. In lectures, students must also have the ability to interact socially with lecturers. Student is the term for people who study at universities. A person can be called a student if he is active as a student and is registered at a university. Students are an intellectual community that better understands the problems that are occurring. Students have a role in analyzing problems that exist in society and then voicing them as aspirations to the government. As academics, students have the responsibility to implement the Tridharma of Higher Education. Students should be able to carry out academic tasks well and not rely on other people. Students have a role in society that needs to be maintained and strived to be achieved. Lecturers as student supervisors substantively play a role not only in teaching or transferring knowledge (cognitive), but are also required to be able to provide guidance and training. In Law no. 20 of 2003 concerning teachers and lecturers is confirmed in article 39 that; Apart from being tasked with carrying out administration, management, development and services in the Development Unit, lecturers are also professional staff tasked with planning and implementing processes and assessing learning outcomes, guidance and training. This research uses Research Method According to the researcher, a qualitative descriptive method is used in the name of research, which accurately understands the nature of field data and research objectives. Abstract

SMEs are the driving force of the economy in communities with limited economies. The most common SME business sector is the culinary sector. People from various circles can run this business field. The products that can be offered are very diverse, and can also be adapted to each person's abilities. One of the potentials that can be developed is the UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) industrial sector. One of the SMEs on a home industry scale which operates in the food business sector is the Lomang Panas Jaya Business which is located on Jalan Flamboyan Raya No. 5, Tanjung Selamat-Medan, Tanjung Selamat Village. The existence of this business attracts the attention of local residents, because the specialty of the food products offered is food that is always hot but is still in great demand by the public. However, the problem is the lack of understanding about good product packaging, the lack of a brand name or brand and systematic marketing activities. This is a common problem for development. The result of this problem is that it is difficult to reach new customers. The activity plan is designed to be able to answer and find solutions to these problems. Assistance from implementation to evaluation is carried out by first carrying out a situation analysis to truly understand the conditions and potential of the Lomang Panas Jaya Business. The output target of this community service activity is increasing knowledge of good and attractive packaging, strategic marketing plans and sustainable business plans.

Abstract

Kebersihan merupakan cerminan setiap individu dalam menjaga kesehatan yang begitu penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kebersihan lingkungan adalah suatu keadaan yang bebas dari segala kotoran dan penyakit, yang dapat merugikan segala aspek yang menyangkut setiap kegiatan dan perilaku lingkungan masyarakat, dimana kehidupan manusia tidak bisa dipisahkan baik lingkungan alam maupun lingkungan sosial. Kehidupan dalam bermasyarakat memanglah sangat penting menjadikan kebersihan sebagai perhatian bersama. Lingkungan yang bersih membantu masyarakat agar terhindar dari penyakit-penyakit. Melakukan penerapan hidup dalam lingkungan yang bersih terdapat banyak manfaat di dalamnya, badan yang sehat, terasa asri dan nyaman yang membangkitkan energi positif untuk beraktifitas. Kebiasaan-kebiasaan suatu masyarakat dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungannya tersebut dapat dimulai dari memiliki kesadaran untuk tidak membuang sampah sembarangan, sehingga berpengaruh pada tetap bersihnya lingkungan. Lingkungan lebih baik jika semua orang sadar dan bertanggungjawab terhadap kebersihan lingkungan, karena hal itu harus ditanamkan sejak dini, mulai dari sekolah dasar harus sudah diajarkan untuk selalu hidup bersih dan sehat. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah serta bagaimana tingkat kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah di Kelurahan Percut Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Kedasaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah di Kelurahan  Percut Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan diperoleh dari lima parameter, yaitu partisipasi dalam bentuk buah pikiran, partisipasi dalam bentuk tenaga, partisipasi dalam bentuk uang dan barang, partisipasi dalam bentuk kemahiran dan keterampilan, dan bentuk pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat.
