Abstract

This study aims to determine the motives of teenagers in purchasing and using virtual products in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang online game, teenagers' communication experience in using virtual products in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, and teenagers' communication behavior with parents in using virtual products in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. This research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach with Phenomenology Theory. Data collection techniques in this research is using in-depth interviews and observation. Informant selection in this research is using purposive sampling technique. Then, data analysis in this research is using the Miles & Huberman interactive analysis technique. The results showed that there are two motives for teenagers to buy and use virtual products in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, namely because-motive which includes the appearance and aesthetics of virtual products, playing and liking heroes from virtual products, not wanting to be inferior to the surrounding environment, and in-order-to motive which includes to improve playing skills, to show off their virtual products, and to gain a sense of prestige and recognition from the surrounding environment. Communication experiences experienced by teenagers in using virtual products are divided into three, namely with parents, the environment, and themselves, all three of which tend to be positive communication experiences. Then, there are meanings about virtual products and relationships between teenagers and parents formed from communication behavior between them regarding the use of virtual products, teenagers interpret virtual products as pride, self-reward, investment, personalization, hobbies, lifestyle, and teenagers interpret their relationship with their parents as encouragement, good communication, parental affection, and reciprocal relationships.

Abstract

In this study, we examined about a tourism that is famous for its culture. Introduction to culture and history that is the main destination on this tour, namely the old comrades located in the old village, Labu Beach. Culture is a legacy from ancestors that must continue to be developed, but because of the many factors that make culture farther from civilization, making the next generation forget and even do not know the existing heritage. Technology is one way to know a culture that has long been lost and even forgotten. In addition, kawan lama tourism is a way to introduce the culture in the old kampung village, the culture is in the form of Malay customs, both dances, typical foods, traditional clothes and traditional Malay tools.

Abstract

The role of interpersonal communication can also occur in a family environment, involving communication relationships between children and parents. Children need interaction with others for their growth. Despite the importance of interpersonal communication to parents and children, many parents face the challenge of establishing effective communication with their children. Factors such as generational differences, good communication styles, and pressure from the environment can be obstacles in creating a healthy communication relationship between parents and children. In this study, interpersonal communication between parents and children on shaping the character of their children in Tangerang. Using qualitative research methods, this study explores communication interactions through observation and questioning deliberate participation, incorporating symbolic theory. The results of this study are that effective interpersonal communication can help parents understand the needs and feelings of their children. A parent who understands the needs and feelings of the child will be able to provide appropriate guidance and guidance to the child.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, mass media has a very significant role in shaping people's behavior and preferences. One of the most popular forms of media is football broadcasts. Football is not just a sport, but also a social phenomenon that can unite various groups and form strong communities. In the midst of community life, there are small groups that are often formed through shared interests and hobbies, one of which is the Kinantan Chicken community. This research aims to investigate the influence of football broadcasts on the personal closeness of members of the Kinantan Chicken Community. Quantitative methods are used by distributing questionnaires to community members who actively watch football broadcasts. It is hoped that the results of statistical data analysis will reveal whether exposure to football broadcasts has a positive impact on personal relationships in the context of the community. The results of this research can provide insight into how football broadcasts can influence personal closeness and interactions within a community. Through quantitative research, we assess the extent to which football viewing intensity can influence interpersonal relationships in these communities. The analysis shows a positive correlation between the frequency of watching football and the level of personal closeness. These findings confirm that football broadcasts are not only entertainment, but also play an important role in forming emotional bonds in a community context. The implications of the results of this research can be a basis for developing strategies to increase personal closeness in the community concerned.

Abstract

In Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, it is stated that villages and traditional villages or what are called by other names are legal community units that have territorial boundaries and are authorized to regulate and manage government affairs, the interests of local communities based on community initiatives, rights of origin, and /or traditional rights recognized and respected in the government system of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The Village Head or other designation is a Village Government official who has the authority, duties and obligations to organize the Village household and carry out tasks from the Government and Regional Government. Organizational Structure and Work Procedures Village Government is an institutional system in arranging tasks and functions as well as work relationships. Abstract

Human resources are important for the development of a country that wants its country to develop or progress. Human resource management is a part of management science that focuses its attention on regulating the role of human resources in an organization. In achieving its goals, of course an organization needs human resources as system managers. In order for this system to run, of course in its management it must pay attention to several important aspects such as training, development, motivation and other aspects. Human resources are a very vital organizational asset, therefore their role and function cannot be replaced by other resources. No matter how modern the technology is used, no matter how much funds are in the archives. However, without professional human resources, everything becomes meaningless. Abstract

Technological developments have penetrated human life. One of the social media that originally only functioned as a means of self-existence, is now changing to influence the political climate of a country. In the democation of the media including the fourth pillar because it is considered more neutral and independent than the elements of state power. With the existence of this social media, the community is increasingly appreciative and active regarding actual issues that occur, of course this can increase public participation related to public issues. This research illustrates that democracy in the digital era can facilitate the process of democracy and social media can be used as a public space to aspire to democracy that is implemented according to the wishes of the people or still needs to be improved, but we as users must be able to choose information so that they do not easily believe in the news hoax. This study uses a survey method with non-physical student subjects at the STISIP Banten Raya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the leadership role of the Village Head in increasing community participation in implementing development in Kadujangkung Village, Mekarjaya District, Pandeglang Regency. Data collection was carried out through observation data, interviews, and field studies, documentation, recordings. , Mekarjaya District, Pandeglang Regency, leadership is really needed to increase community participation so that local communities contribute more to development. There are still local village communities who do not have a sense of responsibility to work together to advance the village where a village will be able to progress if there is participation from own society.In realizing the vision and mission led by the village head, it takes the form of realizing Kadujangkung Village as an independent village to achieve a healthy, intelligent and more prosperous society based on faith and piety. For this reason, it is necessary to create a village government apparatus that is honest, clean, transparent and authoritative. Apart from that, improving the community's economy by empowering the community by empowering the role of BUMDES, improving community health, increasing infrastructure development, especially village road access in a sustainable manner, so that it will facilitate transportation to support the community's economy.

Abstract

The government plays an important role in providing good public services for all its residents. To support the government's role in providing public services, efforts to improve service quality are carried out consistently by taking into account the needs and expectations of the community. This research was conducted to determine the quality of electronic identity cards (E-KTP) in Banjar sub-district, Pandeglang district. The dimensions of service quality used consist of constraints, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence. With a qualitative approach. This research was carried out at the Banjar sub-district office. Data collection and collection was carried out through observation and interviews as a result of this research to show that indicators of service quality and convenience indicate good conditions or lack of service quality. Meanwhile, the responsibility, comfort and complete facilities indicators need to be improved or have entered an unsatisfactory condition.

Abstract

Transportation is a crucial element in people's daily lives. The use of public transportation, particularly online motorcycle taxis, has become a significant alternative in fulfilling mobility needs. The rapid development of the online transportation industry demands further understanding of its impact on the psychological well-being of drivers. Online motorcycle taxi drivers face the risks of traffic accidents and emotional pressure during their duties. The psychological well-being of drivers has significant implications for their productivity and daily lives. This research aims to comprehend the psychological well-being of online motorcycle taxi drivers, with a focus on aspects such as self-acceptance, social relationships, autonomy, self-control, life goals, and personal growth. The study utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted in the city of Surakarta. The results indicate that positive aspects like self-acceptance, positive relationships, autonomy, environmental mastery, clear life goals, and personal growth contribute to the psychological well-being of online motorcycle taxi drivers. Social support also plays a crucial role in enhancing their psychological well-being. Further research should involve other variables related to psychological well-being and expand the study to various online motorcycle taxi companies for a more holistic understanding.
