Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of village funds, the number of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), and unemployment on the welfare of the community in the Province of West Nusa Tenggara. The research employs a quantitative method, with data analysis using a panel data regression model. This study utilizes secondary data, which combines a seven-year time series and cross-sectional data from eight regencies in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The results indicate that village funds, the number of BUMDes, and unemployment have a significant effect on community welfare. However, GRDP does not have an effect on community welfare. Furthermore, village funds, the number of BUMDes, GRDP, and unemployment collectively influence community welfare in West Nusa Tenggara Province.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of Research and Development (R&D) in fostering innovation within oligopolistic markets, addressing whether firms in these markets are more innovative compared to those in other market structures. Employing a systematic literature review approach, 15 Scopus-indexed publications were analyzed to synthesize insights on R&D intensity, innovation strategies, and the influence of regulatory environments in oligopolies. The findings reveal that firms in oligopolistic markets exhibit higher R&D intensity due to their resource capabilities and competitive dynamics. Innovation is driven by rivalry, collaborative strategies, and supportive regulatory frameworks. However, excessive market concentration can dampen innovation by reducing competitive pressures. Industry-specific trends further highlight variations in innovation outcomes, with high-tech sectors demonstrating higher R&D activity. These results have implications for policymakers and business leaders, emphasizing the need for balanced regulatory policies and strategic R&D investments to maximize innovation outcomes in oligopolistic markets.

Abstract

Omnichannel retailing has emerged as a transformative strategy in the retail sector, integrating online and offline channels to provide a seamless shopping experience. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis using data from Scopus and visualization techniques with VOSviewer to map the research landscape, trends, and future directions in omnichannel retailing. The findings reveal a significant increase in academic interest post-2020, driven by digital transformation and changing consumer behaviors. The keyword co-occurrence network highlights dominant themes such as customer experience, supply chain management, pricing strategies, and technological advancements. Additionally, the author and country collaboration networks identify key contributors and research hubs, with China and the United States leading in scholarly output. Despite progress in omnichannel research, gaps remain in areas such as sustainability, AI-driven personalization, and omnichannel adoption in emerging markets. This study provides valuable insights for researchers and practitioners, emphasizing the need for interdisciplinary collaboration and technological innovation to enhance omnichannel strategies.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of strategic financial planning on company resilience in an uncertain market environment in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 55 companies through a structured questionnaire. Strategic financial planning was assessed through budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and resource allocation, while company resilience was measured by adaptability, sustainability, and financial stability. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25, incorporating descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results indicate a strong positive relationship (r=0.72,p<0.01r = 0.72, p < 0.01r=0.72,p<0.01) between financial planning and resilience. Regression analysis confirmed the significant impact of financial planning (β=0.68,p<0.001\beta = 0.68, p < 0.001β=0.68,p<0.001), explaining 52% of the variance in resilience. These findings highlight the critical role of financial planning in enabling companies to adapt and thrive in uncertain markets. The study concludes with practical recommendations for enhancing financial planning practices to strengthen resilience.

Abstract

This study explores the pivotal role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through a systematic literature review of 25 documents sourced from the Scopus database. The analysis highlights MSMEs as drivers of economic growth, social inclusion, and environmental sustainability. Key findings include their contributions to job creation, innovation, and local community development, alongside increasing adoption of sustainable practices such as energy efficiency and waste reduction. However, challenges persist, including limited access to finance, resources, and green technologies. This study underscores the need for supportive ecosystems, capacity-building programs, and targeted policy interventions to maximize MSMEs' contributions to the SDGs. It concludes that fostering collaboration among stakeholders and addressing structural barriers can unlock the full potential of MSMEs in achieving sustainable development.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction, and Switching Costs on Customer Loyalty using a quantitative approach with 150 respondents. Data were collected using a Likert scale (1–5) and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that all three constructs significantly influence customer loyalty, with perceived value having the strongest impact. Customer satisfaction and switching costs also demonstrate positive and significant relationships with loyalty, highlighting their critical roles. The study concludes that enhancing perceived value, ensuring customer satisfaction, and increasing switching costs collectively strengthen customer loyalty. Practical implications for businesses include strategies to enhance value perception, address customer satisfaction, and create switching barriers. These findings contribute to understanding loyalty formation and offer actionable insights for improving customer retention.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of circular economy (CE) principles within sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) in the fashion industry through a systematic review of 35 Scopus-indexed documents. The findings reveal that CE strategies, such as recycling, upcycling, and product life extension, are increasingly adopted to reduce waste and promote resource efficiency. Sustainable sourcing, green manufacturing, and efficient logistics are identified as critical SSCM activities supporting circular practices. However, challenges such as economic barriers, technological gaps, and consumer awareness hinder widespread adoption. The study highlights the importance of policy support, collaborative efforts, and technological advancements as enablers of CE implementation. Comparative insights from other industries further underscore the potential for scalable and innovative circular practices in fashion. These findings provide actionable recommendations for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers to enhance sustainability in the fashion industry's supply chains.
