Abstract

Constructivism theory is an approach aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum that positions students as active subjects in constructing knowledge through meaningful learning experiences. This research aims to describe the implementation of constructivism learning theory in differentiated learning strategies in Class V MI Al-Ma`had Roudlotul Huda. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques through observation of learning activities, interviews with class teachers, and documentation of lesson plans. The implementation of constructivist theory in differentiated learning strategies within the Merdeka Curriculum for 5th grade at MI Al Ma'had Roudlotul Huda shows positive results, especially in accommodating kinesthetic learning styles. Learning is designed so that students do not just passively receive material, but actively build understanding through direct activities such as projects, experiments, simulations, and environmental observation. Students with kinesthetic learning styles are given space to explore learning material physically and concretely, making learning more meaningful and aligned with their learning characteristics. Teachers act as facilitators who design a learning environment rich in experience, support collaboration, and encourage students to reflect on the knowledge they construct themselves. Thus, the application of constructivism learning theory in differentiated learning strategies is proven to support the achievement of the Merdeka Curriculum's goals, especially in shaping students who are independent in learning and developing according to their potential.

Abstract

This article aims to explore and analyze the implementation of the managerial values of Prophet Muhammad SAW within the framework of contemporary Islamic education management. The Prophet is recognized not only as a messenger of Allah but also as an exemplary leader and manager who successfully established a civilized society based on divine guidance and universal humanitarian values. This study adopts a qualitative-descriptive approach through a literature review of both classical and modern references, including works by George R. Terry, Imam Machali, and Mujamil Qomar. The findings indicate that the leadership principles of Prophet Muhammad SAW—such as shiddiq (truthfulness), amanah (trustworthiness), tabligh (communication), fathanah (wisdom), as well as musyawarah (consultation) and istiqamah (consistency)—greatly contribute to building effective and ethical Islamic educational leadership. These values remain highly relevant for today’s educational leadership in facing globalization, moral decline, and the challenges of digital transformation. By adopting the Prophet’s prophetic values as a managerial and educational role model, Islamic educational institutions can achieve governance that is both professional and spiritual. Therefore, mainstreaming these prophetic managerial values is a strategic necessity for navigating contemporary educational dynamics.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a mathematical model of the representation of Qur’an verses about education. Partially, the study examines the epistemology of Qur’an education based on educational aspects and indicators, relevant educational concepts in the Qur'an, and mathematical models to analyze the relationship between Qur'an-based education qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of this study offer a new quantitative analytical framework for Qur’an education, a structured Islamic curriculum development tool, the potential to improve the quality of evaluation of Islamic education programs through quantitative metrics, interdisciplinary collaboration opportunities, and a unique perspective from Islamic traditions for global education discourse. This research is new because it applies mathematical modelling to the epistemology of the Qur'an (not yet exists), uses a quantitative approach in the study of Qur’an education (generally qualitative), and integrates religious epistemology with scientific methodology. The research gap lies in the lack of a quantitative approach and exploration of structured Qur’an education epistemology, as well as the lack of bridges between religious theory and modern educational practice. The latest Islamic education research trends focus on the integration of Islamic values, the development of Islamic learning models, the analysis of character thoughts, and character studies. Recommendations include exploration of the potential of mathematical modelling by researchers in Islamic education and mathematics, consideration of the use of models in curriculum development and evaluation by Islamic educational institutions, as well as the expansion of the model with other variables and empirical testing in subsequent research.

Abstract

Businesses worldwide are becoming increasingly competitive, pushing entrepreneurs to innovate, including in the production of traditional foods like Tajin Sobih. This research aims to: (1) analyze how development strategies impact the marketing of Tajin Sobih; and (2) determine how SWAT analysis influences the business development strategy. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods including interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results indicate that the marketing mix is the main strategy for developing the Tajin Sobih business. This strategy includes increased promotion, packaging innovation, and distribution expansion. SWAT analysis places this business as having significant strengths and opportunities to remain viable. The main strengths are the distinctive taste, local customer loyalty, and the cultural value inherent in the product as part of the region's culinary identity. The opportunity comes from the increasing interest in traditional food and public awareness of the importance of Local Cultural Literacy, which is understanding and appreciating local cultural heritage. Challenges such as limited digital promotion and brand awareness still restrict sales of Tajin Sobih. Therefore, development strategies need to be directed toward strengthening branding based on local cultural literacy, sustainable innovation, and adaptation to the modern market so that Tajin Sobih remains competitive and continues to grow.
