Abstract

This research is motivated by maintenance related to the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure which is not yet optimal, as can be seen from several phenomena that have emerged. This research aims to find out how to maintain facilities and infrastructure routinely, how to maintain facilities and infrastructure in a preventive manner, how to monitor the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure and how to monitor the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 7 Padang. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique uses snowball sampling technique with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validitytechniques use triangulation techniques to get more effective and accurate results. The informants in this research consisted of the Head of Facilities and Infrastructure, teachers, students, school officers and school guards. The research results obtained in research related to the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 7 Padang include: 1) continuous maintenance of facilities and infrastructure by planning, 2) preventative maintenance of facilities and infrastructure carried out with certain criteria, 3) maintenance supervision facilities and infrastructure carried out by the school principal, deputy head of school facilities and infrastructure and facilities and infrastructure coordinator, 4) efforts to supervise the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure by carrying out direct supervision in the field

Abstract

E-report is a web-based software for compiling reports on student competency achievements by educational unit level developed by the SMA curriculum sub-division. By using the e-report application, it can make it easier for teachers to input the grades obtained by students. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of satisfaction of e-Rapor users with the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model as seen from the five variables, namely content, accuracy, form, ease of use, and timeliness. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, with a population of 84 sample teachers in this study using a non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated samples so that all populations are used as samples. Using the EUCS method, this research found that teacher satisfaction with the e-report at Pancung Soal 1 Public Senior High School (SMA) Pesisir Selatan regency was satisfied with the percentage of content 80.57%, accuracy 80.95% , format 80.05%, ease of use 80.00%, timeliness 80.60%

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan masih rendahnya pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik oleh Kepala Sekolah di SMA Se – Kecamatan Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh Kota Bukittinggi. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik oleh Kepala Sekolah di SMA se-Kecamatan Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh Kota Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi tentang Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik oleh Kepala Sekolah di SMA Se – Kecamatan Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh Kota Bukittinggi yang ditinjau dari aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptip kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru SMA Se – Kecamatan Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh Kota Bukittinggi yang berjumlah 82 orang, kemudian dilakukan penelitian dengan teknik sampel jenuh yang pada akhirnya responden berjumlah 54 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah model skala likert dengan lima pilihan jawaban yaitu selalu (SL), sering (SR), jarang (JR), kadang – kadang (KD), tidak pernah (TP). Angket penelitian ini telah diuji cobakan pada 18 orang dan diolah menggunakan program SPSS 26.0.0, hasilnya instrument dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus rata – rata (mean). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik oleh Kepala Sekolah pada aspek 1) perencanaan dengan skor rata – rata index TCR 92,1% berada pada kategori sangat mampu. 2) pelaksanaan dengan skor rata – rata index TCR 79,68% berada pada kategori mampu. 3) tindak lanjut dengan skor rata – rata index TCR 57,04% berada pada kategori cukup mampu. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik oleh Kepala Sekolah di SMA se-Kecamatan Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh Kota Bukittinggi berada pada kategori mampu dengan skor rata-rata index TCR 76,28% . Berdasarkan hasil tersebut penulis menyarankan agar pelaksanaan supervise akademik oleh kepala sekolah di SMA Se – Kecamatan Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh Kota Bukittinggi dipertahankan dan perlu ditingkatkan lagi sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah tersebut.

Abstract

This research was motivated by problems regarding the effectiveness of e-reports at Padang City Vocational Schools according to teachers' perceptions. The aim of this research is to explore information about the effectiveness of e-reports according to homeroom teachers' perceptions in terms of achieving goals, adaptation and job satisfaction. The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method with a population of 248 homeroom teachers at SMKN and a sample of 73 people was selected using the Slovin formula and the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of e-reports in Padang City Vocational Schools according to teachers' perceptions obtained an average score of 4.17 in the high/capable category. From these results it can be concluded that the homeroom teacher's perception of the effectiveness of e-reports at SMKN Padang City is said to be high/capable

Abstract

Latarbelakang dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bersifat correlational dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling dimana jumlah populasi dan sampel adalah sama yaitu berjumlah 45 orang. Instrumen penelitian adalah angket model skala likert yang memiliki 5 alternatif jawaban yaitu Selalu, Sering, Kadang-Kadang, Jarang, dan Tidak Pernah. Sebelum angket digunakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji coba ke 20 responden diluar sampel untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan bantuan SPSS 27.00. Analisa hipotesis memakai uji linear regresi sederhana. Hasil uji regresi linear sederhana X terhadap Y dengan taraf signifikasi 5% diperoleh nilai R square 0,764 (76,4%) yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif iklim sekolah terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Maka disimpulkan bahwa iklim sekolah mempengaruhi mutu pembelajaran dalam kategori kuat/ tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan pada variabel mutu pembelajaran diperoleh bahwa hampir seluruh indikator berada pada taraf sangat baik, kecuali indikator efisiensi dengan kategori baik. Maka dari itu, perlu meningkatkan efisiensi dengan cara lebih memperhatikan rancangan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan berdasarkan model yang mengacu pada kepentingan, memperhatikan kondisi dan kebutuhan peserta didik baik dalam lingkup akademik maupun lingkungan. Sedangkan untuk hasil temuan pada variabel iklim sekolah ditemukan bahwa hampir seluruh indikator berada pada taraf sangat baik, kecuali pada indikator inovasi dengan kategori baik. Dengan demikian perlu bagi sekolah untuk meningkatkan inovasi sekolah dengan meningkatkan pemanfaatan teknologi, memperbaharui sistem dan metode ajar yang mulai tertinggal, dan memberdayakan potensi guru dalam mengembangkan kreativitasnya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of centralization and decentralization policies on teacher performance at the Hidayatullah Education Institution in Balikpapan. Using a quantitative approach, the research employs questionnaires, interviews, and observations as data collection methods. The findings indicate that centralization policies help maintain consistency in curriculum standards and evaluation, while decentralization policies enhance creativity and innovation in teaching. However, coordination between these two policies remains a challenge. With a balanced strategy, the combination of centralization and decentralization policies can improve teacher performance and the quality of education. This study offers practical and theoretical contributions to the development of more adaptive educational policies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain and evaluate how State University of Padang's Faculty of Education's students feel about academic services. This research employs a quantitative descriptive methodology. There were 1168 students in the study's population, and 308 students were selected at random using the Proportional Random Sampling approach, with the sample size calculated using the Slovin formula at a 5% error rate. The data analysis's conclusions demonstrate how students view the academic services provided by FIP UNP's education staff from the following perspectives: 1) tangible, with an average score of 3.99; 2) reliable, with an average score of 3.90; 3) responsive, with an average score of 3.84; 4) assured, with an average score of 3.93; and 5) emphatic, with an average score of 3.48. Overall, students' perceptions of the academic services provided by FIP UNP educators fall into the good category, with an average score of 3.83.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya kedisiplinan siswa di SMKN 9 Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap kedisiplinan siswa SMKN 9 Padang dan mengkaji seberapa besar iklim sekolah mempengaruhi kedisiplinan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan analisa regresi linear sederhana dalam menjawab hipotesis. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner, jumlah populasinya 819 siswa, dimana teknik pengambilan sampel adalah proportional stratified random sampling yang disebarkan kepada 107 siswa. Iklim sekolah yang baik terbukti memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap kedisiplinan siswa. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik iklim sekolah, semakin tinggi pula tingkat kedisiplinan siswa di SMKN 9 Padang. Untuk meningkatkan kondusifitas iklim sekolah di SMKN 9 Padang adalah dengan cara meningkatkan inovasi. Untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa dalam hal disiplin dalam mengikuti pelajaran di sekolah adalah guru harus berperan sebagai contoh yang baik bagi para siswanya dan guru harus berusaha membiasakan siswa agar menjaga suasana yang harmonis di kelas.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the library staff services that have not been optimal as expected at SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about students’ perceptions of library staff services at SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh, as seen from circulation, reference, preservation and conservation services, and reading rooms. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with the research population is all class XI students, at SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh, totaling 666 people and a sample of 87 people, the sample was drawn using the slovin formula and taken using the proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used is a Likert Scale model questionnaire which has been tested to determine its validity and reliability. The result is 37 valid questionnaire items and 3 invalid items and the research instrument is declared reliable. The data is processed using the mean formula (average). From the results of data processing, the average score of student perceptions of circulation services is 3.81, the average score of student perceptions of reference services is 3.74, the average score of student perceptions of preservation and conservation services is 3.82, and the average score of student perceptions of reading room services is 3.90. From these results it can be concluded that according to students’ perceptions of library staff services at SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan-permasalahan yang ditemukan bahwa adanya kesulitan guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SMK Negeri se-Kecamatan Padang Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi tentang kesulitan guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SMK Negeri se-Kecamatan Padang Barat yang ditinjau dari aspek 1) perencanaan pembelajaran, 2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran, 3) penilaian pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah guru di SMK Negeri se-Kecamatan Padang Barat yang berjumlah 170 orang . Diambil sampel sebanyak 66 orang menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah angket model Skala Likert dengan lima pilihan jawaban yaitu Sangat Sulit (SS), Sulit (S), Cukup Sulit (CS), Mudah (M), Sangat Mudah (SM). Angket penelitian ini telah diuji cobakan kepada 20 orang diluar sampel dalam populasi dan diolah menggunakan program SPSS 27, dengan validitas 0,444, 45 item dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Selanjutnya data diolah dengan rumus rata-rata (mean). Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa identifikasi kesulitan guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SMK Negeri se-Kecamatan Padang Barat pada aspek 1) perencanaan pembelajaran dengan skor rata-rata 3,56 berada pada kategori cukup sulit, 2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan skor rata-rata 3,48 berada pada kategori cukup sulit, 3) penilaian pembelajaran dengan skor rata-rata 3,68 berada pada kategori sulit. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa identifikasi kesulitan guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SMK Negeri se-Kecamatan Padang Barat berada pada kategori cukup sulit dengan skor rata-rata 3,58.
