Abstract

This research aims to describe the management of early childhood education programs at Al-Irshan Islamic Kindergarten Makassar. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The subjects of this research were the principal and teachers at the Al-Irshan Islamic Kindergarten. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis through interviews with the principal and teachers who teach at the Al-Irshan Islamic Kindergarten. The research results show that the management of the early childhood education program at the Al-Irshan Islamic Kindergarten consists of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The research results illustrate (1) that the planning shows that the management has compiled and developed the school's vision and mission as well as determined the program that will be implemented. (2) Organization describes the duties and responsibilities of school principals and teachers as structured. (3) Implementation illustrates that the principal and teachers have carried out their teaching responsibilities well. (4) Supervision describes that the school principal supervises teacher performance so that they carry out their duties and responsibilities well.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas evaluasi program waralaba D'kriuk Fried Chicken Cabang Jl. Arcadia menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) untuk mengevaluasi program secara holistik. Evaluasi menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dalam beberapa aspek seperti lokasi strategis, pemahaman pasar lokal, kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, dan manajemen keuangan. Namun, terdapat area yang perlu ditingkatkan seperti program pelatihan karyawan yang lebih terstruktur, mekanisme pengumpulan feedback pelanggan, dan langkah konkret untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Evaluasi ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas dan layanan yang diberikan dalam waralaba tersebut.

Abstract

This writing aims to understand the concept of the program "Smart Village: Empowering Communities Through Activities to Initiate Literacy Verandas. The writing method used is identifying village potential and community problems, conducting FGDs with partner teams and institutions, designing, implementing and evaluating programs. Smart Village is one of the programs of PPK Ormawa Community Lab PLS FIP UNM as a literacy forum for the Kanjilo village community. The smart village provides various literacy corners in six hamlets, Kanjilo village. Through an innovative and participatory approach, the "Smart Village" program is committed to not only providing access to information, but also empowering people to become independent learners. By involving the community in planning and implementing activities, we hope to encourage active participation and a sense of ownership of this program. Thus, the "Smart Village" not only functions as a place of learning, but also as a community center that supports sustainable education and literacy

Abstract

This research aims to determine the management of early childhood education programs in the Islam Impian Kindergarten Foundation Smart Home Makassar City. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a case study type of research, the subjects of this research are teachers and principals of the Islam Impian Kindergarten. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Testing the validity of research data was carried out using triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the research show that the management of the early childhood education programs in the Islam Impian Kindergarten Foundation Smart Home Makassar City, in this case the Dream Islamic Kindergarten, in the management process consists of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. The results of research on (1) planning show that managers prepare and develop the school's vision, mission and goals. After that, determine the activities and programs that will be carried out, and prepare adequate facilities and infrastructure so that these activities can be carried out well. Stage (2) organizing shows that the division of tasks and responsibilities is structured in the school organizational structure. Furthermore, in (3) the implementation of school principals and teachers makes efforts to implement school programs and activities. However, there are programs and activities that cannot be implemented because there are obstacles, namely insufficient funds. And in stage (4) supervision is carried out by the school principal who monitors the teacher's performance so that they can carry out their duties and responsibilities. And look for solutions to the obstacles faced in implementing activities at school.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine the influence of tutors' social competence on the learning participation of Package C students at UPT SPNF SKB Lasinrang, Pinrang Regency. The independent variable in this research is social competence, while the dependent variable in this research is learning participation. The sample from this research was 51 people. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation methods. The techniques used in data analysis are descriptive frequency, data normality, and simple linear regression. The research results show that: (1) the social competence of tutors at UPT SPNF SKB Lasinrang is in the quite good category with a score of 74%. (2) Learning participation is in the good category with a score of 76%. (3) there is a significant or real influence between the influence of the tutor's social competence on the learning participation of package C students at UPT SPNF SKB Lasinrang, Pinrang Regency. So at UPT SPNF SKB Lasinrang we must further improve the social competence of tutors so that students can participate in the learning process.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the role of parents in facilitating the growth and development of early childhood in Kaccope Hamlet, Bulu-Bulu Village, Tonra District, Bone Regency. The research focus includes the role of parents as facilitators, motivators, and mentors, as well as how these roles can be improved to support children's development more optimally. This research used a descriptive quantitative approach, with a population of 45 parents who had children aged 4-6 years. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires with a Likert scale and documentation of children's daily activities. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to determine the level of implementation of parental roles in three main aspects. The research results show that the role of parents has generally been implemented well, with success rates for each aspect as follows: facilitator (87.9%), motivator (95.6%), and guide (92.9%). However, there are still weaknesses in providing conducive learning facilities and the ability to guide children to make independent decisions. Therefore, a parenting education program is needed to increase the capacity of parents to support the growth and development of early childhood.Keywords: role of parents, early childhood education, facilitator, motivator, guide

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian analisis korelasi data yang dijabarkan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola interaksi dalam keluarga terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini di PAUD Ratna Amaliah PKBM Batu Tujua Kabupaten Bulukumba. Penelitian ini mengkaji perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini sebagai variabel terikat dan pola interaksi sebagai variabel bebas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua anak didik program PAUD Ratna Amalia PKBM Batu Tujua Kabupaten Bulukumba. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 80 orang tua peseta didik dan karena populasi jumlahnya sedikit, maka semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian yang telah dikumpulkan peneliti dianalisis menggunakan Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu angka Rsquare adalah 0,488 artinya pengaruh pola interaksi dalam keluarga terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini di PKBM Batu Tujua sebesar 48%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pola interaksi terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini di PAUD Ratna Amalia PKBM Batu Tujua Kabupaten Bulukumba yang ditunjukkan dari uji analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan nilai t hitung 5,500 dan nilai signifikan 0,05 > 0,000 artinya Ho ditolak kebenarannya dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program pencegahan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat (P2M) yang dilaksanakan oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) di Kota Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, serta menerapkan model evaluasi CIPP. Hasil evaluasi menyoroti bahwa meskipun program P2M telah memberikan manfaat signifikan bagi penggiat dan lembaga terkait, masih ada kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan sumber daya, memperbaiki proses program, dan menyesuaikan tugas penggiat agar lebih efektif dalam menghasilkan dampak positif bagi masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang capaian program pencegahan narkotika di Kota Cimahi serta menyajikan rekomendasi yang berpotensi untuk memperbaiki program di masa mendatang. Dengan demikian, diharapkan bahwa penelitian ini akan memberikan kontribusi yang positif dalam upaya menanggulangi penyalahgunaan narkotika dan meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat di wilayah tersebut

Abstract

This research aims to (1) Describe and analyze the role of facilitators in developing tourist destinations, (2) Reveal data regarding how Waterfall tourist destinations are implemented in community empowerment, (3) Analyze facilitators' obstacles in developing tourist destinations. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Triangulation is used to explain the validity of the data by using source triangulation. Based on the results of the research, it is hoped that it will bring about changes in the important role of all aspects of supporting the ideas of youth youth organizations in Singki Village in building a Laburan waterfall tourist attraction. Abstract

AbstrakPetani memegang peran sentral dalam ketahanan pangan dan pembangunan pedesaan, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam peningkatan kompetensi akibat keterbatasan pendidikan formal dan akses pelatihan. Pendekatan experiential learning (pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman), sebagaimana dikembangkan oleh Kolb, menawarkan kerangka yang relevan untuk membangun kapasitas petani melalui proses belajar yang bersumber dari pengalaman nyata. Kajian sistematis ini bertujuan menelaah praktik experiential learning dalam pendidikan petani berdasarkan literatur global terbitan 2015–2024, serta menilai implikasinya bagi pengembangan pendidikan petani di Indonesia. Metode mengikuti pedoman PRISMA dengan pencarian di database Scopus, menghasilkan 141 artikel, dan diseleksi hingga tersisa 4 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa experiential learning diterapkan dalam berbagai konteks melalui simulasi iklim, pertukaran pengetahuan komunitas, diskusi reflektif, dan eksperimen lapangan. Seluruh praktik mencerminkan tahapan siklus Kolb secara utuh atau parsial. Pembelajaran global memperlihatkan pentingnya ruang belajar yang partisipatif, berbasis komunitas, dan kontekstual. Kesimpulannya, experiential learning terbukti mampu meningkatkan kompetensi petani secara reflektif dan adaptif. Kajian ini merekomendasikan integrasi pendekatan ini ke dalam sistem pendidikan petani di Indonesia, dengan menekankan pentingnya fasilitasi lokal, ruang eksperimen sosial, dan pengakuan atas pengalaman petani sebagai sumber pengetahuan utama. Kata Kunci: Siklus Kolb, kompetensi petani, experiential learning
