Abstract

This research is quantitative research using descriptive methods which aims to determine the description of the leadership of school principals, the performance of kindergarten teachers and the influence of the leadership of kindergarten principals on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Amali District, Bone Regency. The independent variable in this research is leadership, while the dependent variable in this research is teacher performance. The population in this study was the entire kindergarten teaching staff in Amali subdistrict, Bone district, while the sample in this study was taken as a whole from the total population using a sampling technique, namely nonprobability sampling. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it was found that the principal's leadership was classified as good with a percentage of 48.3% and teacher performance with a percentage of 43.3% was classified as very low. There is a positive influence between the leadership of kindergarten principals on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Amali District, Bone Regency. With a coefficient of determination value of 46.8% which is in the very low category, it can be concluded that teacher performance can run well even though the principal's leadership has not been optimal in carrying out its duties and functions, so the principal's leadership needs to be improved so that teacher performance is better.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what programmes of work exist in the HIPMI PARE organization affect the development potential. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. The subjects of this study are members of HIPMI PARE, while the object of this research is the organization HIPMY PARE. The collection is done by the method of interviews, observations and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are information collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Triangulation is used to explain the validity of data using source triangulation and triangulation techniques. Through the HIPMI PARE work programme our potential can be developed through various activities where we are motivated, dig potential, awaken awareness of the potential that we have, and give the opportunity to play a role to its widest. By developing self-potential, we can become more self-reliant, creative individuals, and have the ability to make a positive contribution to society. Therefore, it is important for organizations of both students' and youth organizations to provide the means for us young people to develop their own potential.Keywords: Potential Teenagers, Organization

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Keterampilan Membuat Anyaman Bosara Dari Daun Lontar Di PKBM Arham Dusun Manrumpa Desa Turatea Timur Kecamatan Tamalatea Kabupaten Jeneponto. Fokus maslah penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana tahapan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Keterampilan Membuat Anyaman Bosara Dari Daun Lontar Di PKBM Arham Dusun Manrumpa Desa Turatea Timur Kecamatan Tamalatea Kabupaten Jeneponto. (2) Faktor Apakah Yang Menjadi Pendukung dan penghambat Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Keterampilan membuat Anyaman Bosara Dari Daun Lontar di PKBM ARHAM Dusun Manrumpa, Desa Turatea Timur, Kecamatan Tamalatea, Kabupaten Jeneponto. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahu Tahapan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Keterampilan Membuat Anyaman Bosara Dari Daun Lontar Di PKBM Arham Dusun Manrumpa Desa Turatea Timur Kecamatan Tamalatea Kabupaten Jeneponto (2) Untuk Memahami Faktor Pendukung dan penghambat dari Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Keterampilan membuat Anyaman Bosara Dari Daun Lontar di PKBM ARHAM Dusun Manrumpa, Desa Turatea Timur, Kecamatan Tamalatea, Kabupaten Jeneponto. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tahapan Pemberdayaan masyarakat terdiri dari; a. tahap penyadaran,yaitu menyadarkan masyarakat dan warga belajar akan pentingnya keterampilan dimiliki dalam kehidupan. b. tahap pengkapasitasan, yaitu memampukan masyarakat yang kurang mampu agar memiliki keterampilan, dan c. tahap pendayaan, yaitu masyarakat dan warga belajar menjadi berdaya dengan bekal memiliki keterampilan membuat anyaman bosara dan kemudian di pasarkan. (2) Faktor pendukung dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah adanya respon yang positif dan dukungan dari masyarakat dan pemerintah. Dan Faktor penghambat pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah, sulitnya mendapatkan tukang panjat pohon lontar, dan lambatnya pencairan dana.Kata Kunci: Tahapan pemberdayaan masyarakat

Abstract

This education aims to analyze: the effect of fishermen's income on increasing economic activity. This study used a quantitative approach with a type of survey research. The subjects of this study are community residents, fishermen, while the object of this study is the fisherman program. Data collection is carried out by interview, observation, documentation methods. The technique used in data analysis is product moment correlation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the effect of nelyan income on economic improvement in Wewangriu Village, Malili District, North Luwu Regency. The increase in fishermen has an influence on economic improvement because with the income of fishermen they can produce fish and increase the income of the community, especially the fishing community. Doubts that often arise in community members to produce fish and increase community income, especially fishing communities due to feeling income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of flashcard media educational games on the English skills of children aged 3-6 years in Ujung Pandang District. This research uses a quantitative approach with a type of experimental research. The subjects of this study were educators and children aged 3-6 years. While the object of this study is TK – Baby House or PAUD. Data collection using observation, interview, pre-test and post-test methods. The technique used in data analysis using re-experiment design (pretest – posttest control group design) is that if there is a difference between pretest and posttest scores, where the posttest score is significantly higher than the pretest score, it can be concluded that the treatment given has an influence or is effective on changes that occur in the dependent variable. Based on the results of the study shows that there is a significant relationship between flashcard media educational games on the English skills of children aged 3-6 years in Ujung Pandang district

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Strategi pengelola TPA Nurussalam Dalam Meningkatkan Minat Baca Al Quran di Kecamatan Turikale Kabupaten Maros. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaiman strategi pengelola dalam meningkatkan minat baca pada santri TPA Nurussalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 3 orang terdiri dari 1 ketua pengelola dan 2 guru. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data diolah dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi langkah. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian setelah dianalisis maka dapat disimpulkan dari Strategi dalam meningkatkan minat baca pada anak yang dilakukan oleh Pengelola TPA Nurussalam melalui empat tahapan, yaitu: Perencanaan, mengiidentifikasi kebutuhan belajar peserta didiK dengan cara mengelompokkan anak berdasarkan umur, kemampuan memahami huruf hijaiyah, karakter dan sikap, penyusunan RPP, silabus. Pengorganisasian, yaitu strategi pembelajaran dilakukan dengan mengelompokkan peserta didik berdasarkan umur  dan kemampuan anak membaca Al-Qur’an melalui metode iqra yang dibagi menjadi dua tahap kelompok paling bawah iqra 1-3, sedangkan kelompok sedang yaitu iqro 4-6, dan kelompok paling atas yaitu (Al-Qur’an) dan metode Ummi adalah kelompok yang paling tinggi. Pengarahan, dilakukan dengan cara pendidik memotivasi anak melalui pembimbingan metode pembiasaan yaitu kegiatan membaca secara berulang ulang. Pengawasan, dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan anak didik diakhir semester melalui tes tertulis dan hafalan, pemberian  tugas rumah (PR), serta memberikan motivasi kepada anak yang belum lulus. Peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa Strategi yang dilakukan oleh TPA Nurussalam sangat dirasakan oleh peserta didik dan sangat membantu mereka membaca Al Quran sebaik mungkin, baik itu dalam penyebutan huruf hijaiyah, penghafalan dan serta motivasinya dalam belajar. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pengelola, Minat Baca Al Quran

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of performing arts as a tool for community empowerment in Tana Toraja. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The subjects of this research are the Tana Toraja government, artists, and local residents of Tana Toraja. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation and documentation methods. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Triangulation is used to explain the validity of the data by using source triangulation. Based on the research results, it shows that one of the tools for community empowerment is performing arts. The context that includes Performing Arts is 1) Musical Arts in the form of traditional musical instruments and traditional songs., 2) Dance Arts in the form of ceremonial dance, entertainment dance and performance dance., 3) Fine Arts in the form of paintings, drawings, sculptures, printmaking and artistic crafts, and 4) Dramatic Arts in the form of traditional drama and modern drama.

Abstract

This research explains the learning process carried out at SekolahMaha homeschooling which uses contextual learning methods with art as a learning medium. SekolahMaha involves children in creating curriculum, study schedules, and learning subjects based on children's reflections and needs. This process is then packaged and presented through works of art. This research is qualitative research with an autoethnographic approach. Researchers are parents as well as facilitators and organizers of SekolahMaha. Data were analyzed using the concept of child protection based on the Convention on the Rights of the Child which is based on four main pillars, namely the principle of non-discrimination, the best interests of the child, prioritizing children's growth and development and listening to children's opinions. This research proves that SekolahMaha's homeschooling, which implements arts-based contextual learning, is based on fulfilling children's basic rights

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh dinamika kelompok teman sebaya terhadap penggunaan bahasa gaul pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah remaja SMA yang ada di Kecamatan Tallo, Kelurahan Lembo, Kota Makassar. Sedangkan objek dari penelitian ini adalah dinamika kelompok teman sebaya. Penggumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket/kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara dinamika kelompok teman sebaya terhadap penggunaan Bahasa gaul pada remaja.Kata Kunci: Dinamika Kelompok, Teman Sebaya, Penggunaan Bahasa Gaul
