Abstract

Indonesian language has a complex morphological structure, one of which is through the use of morphemes, the smallest units with meaning in word formation. Deep understanding and recognition of morphemes are crucial, especially in the context of teaching the Indonesian language at the elementary school level. However, mistakes in the use of word structures, such as incorrect affixation or non-standard forms, are still often found among students, both in writing and daily conversation. This study aims to analyze the classification of morphemes and the principles of their recognition in the Indonesian language, as well as explore how the correct application of morphology can improve students' language comprehension. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with library research from SINTA-accredited scientific journals. The results of the study show that morphemes can be classified into free morphemes, bound morphemes, derivational morphemes, inflectional morphemes, and functional morphemes, each of which plays an essential role in word formation and meaning. Furthermore, the study also identifies that systematic and practical recognition of morphemes can enhance students' language skills, particularly in writing and reading. Mistakes in the use of morphemes in social media also indicate that morphological education is crucial for digital literacy. It is hoped that these findings can contribute to the development of Indonesian language teaching that is more applicable and relevant to students' communication needs in the digital age.

Abstract

Education and Islam are closely intertwined as the foundation for shaping both worldly and spiritual life. The absence of character values, particularly morality, has led to a moral crisis in modern society. In this context, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a crucial role as moral and ethical guidance, with significant contributions from Islamic figures such as KH. Hasyim Asy’ari, the founder of Nahdlatul Ulama and a reformer of Islamic education in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze KH. Hasyim Asy’ari's educational thoughts in shaping students' character and to examine their relevance to the moral and educational challenges in the era of globalization. Using a library research method with a qualitative approach, this research finds that KH. Hasyim Asy’ari's educational philosophy emphasizes a balance between religious and general knowledge, the cultivation of noble character, effective teaching methods, the role of teachers as mentors, and the importance of an educational environment rooted in Islamic values. These principles remain relevant in the digital era to address moral challenges such as intolerance and corruption while fostering a generation with strong character. In conclusion, KH. Hasyim Asy’ari's educational thoughts offer a solid foundation for Islamic education based on morality, making them a vital guide in modern education to tackle global challenges and ensure future generations possess noble character.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the Digital Coretax system in improving Corporate Income Tax (CIT) compliance in Indonesia. The methodology employed is a literature review by analyzing various academic sources, tax regulations, and official reports and publications from the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT). The findings indicate that the implementation of Digital Coretax has had a positive impact on tax administration efficiency, increased reporting transparency, and enhanced monitoring of corporate taxpayer compliance through digital-based data integration and risk analysis. However, challenges such as technological infrastructure readiness, users’ digital literacy, and inter-agency coordination still influence the system’s effectiveness. Therefore, this study concludes by emphasizing the importance of strengthening regulatory support, providing continuous education for taxpayers and tax officers, and optimizing system features to achieve sustainable tax compliance.

Abstract

The issues of teacher shortages and employment status disparities have become central concerns in Indonesia’s education system. The government responded with two major policies: the appointment of non-permanent teachers through the Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) scheme and the Transformational Teacher program, which offers a direct pathway to school leadership positions. This article critically analyzes the implementation of both policies in terms of fairness, professionalism, and their impact on the educational ecosystem. The findings reveal that while the PPPK policy provides legal status and improved welfare for non-permanent teachers, it also causes a shortage of teachers in private schools due to large-scale transfers to public schools. Meanwhile, appointing Transformational Teachers as school principals introduces new leadership opportunities but also sparks social tension due to career acceleration that bypasses traditional hierarchical processes. This study recommends a comprehensive evaluation of both policies to ensure they are fair, accountable, and aligned with the actual needs in the field.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze tax planning strategies related to Income Tax Article 21 to improve corporate tax burden efficiency. The research focuses on PT IHP using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study compares three calculation methods of Income Tax Article 21, namely the net method, gross method, and gross-up method. The analysis results indicate that the company currently uses the net method, which causes the tax burden to be non-deductible and reduces fiscal efficiency. Calculation simulations show that the gross method yields the highest tax efficiency with the lowest total tax burden, while also increasing the company’s net profit. Meanwhile, the gross-up method is considered optimal from the employee welfare perspective but increases company costs. Therefore, the gross method is recommended as the most effective tax planning strategy for PT IHP to reduce the tax burden and improve the company’s financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the managerial effectiveness of foundation leaders in improving the quality of private educational institutions in Bogor, Indonesia. Conducting a quantitative approach, data were collected from 103 educational foundations through structured questionnaires directed at foundation leaders, supervisors, and principals. The analysis applied path analysis to examine the direct and indirect effects of four main variables: organizational culture, servant leadership, personality, and organizational commitment. Results revealed that servant leadership had the strongest direct influence on managerial effectiveness (β = 0.374), followed by organizational culture (β = 0.234), organizational commitment (β = 0.185), and personality (β = 0.157). While all independent variables also significantly influenced organizational commitment, their indirect effects on managerial effectiveness through commitment were found to be weaker. Thus, organizational commitment was not an effective mediating variable. The study proposes an empirical model for enhancing managerial performance and offers strategic recommendations for foundation leadership development and educational governance improvement.
