Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sampling technique was Proportional Random Sampling with a total sample of 113 students. The results showed that: 1), peers have a significant effect on learning achievement. Where indicated by the coefficient value of 0.336. This coefficient value is significant because the t-count is 3,477 > t-table is 1,65909. 2), character education has a significant effect on learning achievement. Where indicated by the coefficient value of 0.326. This coefficient value is significant because the value of t-count is 3.153 > t-table of 1.65909. 3), learning skills have a significant effect on learning achievement. Where indicated by the coefficient value of 0.180. This coefficient valueis significant because the value of t-count is 2.246 > t-table of 1.65909. 4), giving rewards have a significant effect on learning achievement. Where indicated by the coefficient value of 0.206. This coefficient value is significant because the value of t-count is 2,929 > t-table of 1,65909. 5), social family interactions have a significant effect on learning achievement. Where indicated by the coefficient value of 0.640. This coefficient value is significant because the value of t-count is 5,002 > t-table of 1,65909. 6), character education, learning skills, giving rewards, and social family interaction together have a significant effect on the learning achievement. Where obtained by the value of F-count 142.226 > F-table 2.30 with a significant level of 0.000 <= 0.05. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepercayaan guru dalam penggunaan Youtube sebagai media pembelajaran dalam mengajar Bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan  case study dengan jumlah 1 orang responden guru Bahasa Inggris  yang mengajar menggunakan media youtube di SMAN 5 Sijunjung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi ceklis, catatan lapangan dan wawancara dalam bentuk semi-struktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru Bahasa Inggris di SMAN 5 Sijunjung memiliki kepercayaan direct transmission dalam penggunaan youtube sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of profitability on firm value, 2) the effect of capital structure on firm value, 3) the effect of firm size on firm value, 4) the effect of sales growth on firm value, 5) the effect of the current ratio on firm value, 6) the influence of profitability, capital structure, company size, sales growth and current ratio together affect firm value. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the application of blended learning on the learning outcomes of class X MIA students at SMA PGRI 2 Padang. This study used a pre-experimental design in the form of a One-Shot Case Study by taking research subjects by Purposive Sampling. The sample of this research was the students of class X MIA. This study used descriptive questions as a final test instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research was a t-test. Based on the data collection techniques and data analysis carried out, it was obtained that tcount = 1.81 and ttable = 1.68, because tcount > ttable, then reject H0 at a significant level of 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an effect of applying blended learning on studensts’ learning outcomes of class X MIA at SMA PGRI 2 Padang. Keywords: Blended Learning, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) To determine the effect of learning methods on the learning outcomes of class X accounting students at SMK N 1 Sutera. 2) To determine the effect of learning motivation on the learning outcomes of class X accounting students at SMK Negeri 1 Sutera. 3) To determine the effect of the school environment on the learning outcomes of class X accounting students at SMK Negeri 1 Sutera. 4) To determine the effect of learning methods, learning motivation and school environment simultaneously affect the learning outcomes of class X accounting students at SMK Negeri 1 Sutera. This type of research is associative and descriptive. The population of this research is accounting students of class X at SMK Negeri 1 Sutera totaling 101 people. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling with a sample size of 81 people. Data analysis was assisted by SPSS version 15 and eviews version 8. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Learning methods have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes. Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes. The school environment has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. There is a simultaneous influence of learning methods, learning motivation and school environment on learning outcomes, so it can be concluded that Hypothesis 4 is accepted which means there is an influence of learning methods (X1), learning motivation (X2) and school environment (X3). Based on the results of this study, the authors suggest that teachers can provide varied learning methods and make students not bored, suggest students to further increase student learning motivation, it is hoped that in learning, especially in completing the tasks given by the teacher, it should be done faster and not negligently as well as the environment. a clean and good school to take part in learning because the school environment is very important for the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of free time , parental attention , giving rewards , learning facilities , critical thinking skills , on the learning achievement of class VIII students in integrated social studies subjects at SMP N 1 Sitiung . This type of research is descriptive associative. The population is 229 people . The sample is 100 people. The instrument used is a closed questionnaire. To determine the effect of the use of free time, parental attention, reward, learning facilities, critical thinking skills partially and simultaneously t test and F test are used. The results of data analysis show that (1) There is a significant effect between the use of free time on learning achievement. VIII grade students of SMPN 1 Sitiung, with a score of 5,510 (2) There is a significant influence between parental attention on the learning achievement of class VIII students of SMPN 1 Sitiung, with a tcount of 6,624 (3) There is a significant influence between giving rewards to class VIII students' learning achievement SMPN 1 Sitiung, with thining 3,147 (4) There is a significant influence between learning facilities on student achievement in class VIII SMPN 1 Sitiung, with tinne 4,533 (5) There is a significant influence between critical thinking skills on student achievement in class VIII SMPN 1 Sitiung , with tcount 4.109 ( 6 ) There is an effect yes There is a significant relationship between the use of free time, parental attention, giving rewards, learning facilities, critical thinking skills on the learning achievement of class VIII students of SMPN 1 Sitiung, with Fcount 91,141. The amount of use of free time, parental attention, reward, learning facilities, critical thinking skills on student achievement of class VIII SMPN 1 Sitiung is 82.9% and the remaining 17.1% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.   Keywords : utilization of free time, parental attention, rewarding, learning facilities, critical thinking skills on learning achievement .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) Effect of Rt Consumption on the income of cocoa farmers, 2) Effect of Climate Change on cocoa farmers 'income, 3) Effect of Price Monopoly on cocoa farmers' income, 4) Effect of Land Area on the incomT of cocoa farmers, 5) Effect of Capital on Cocoa farmers' income, 6) The influence of household consumption, climate change, price monopoly, land area, and capital together on the income of cocoa farmers. When this research was conducted in December 2019. This type of research is descriptive and associative. The population in this study were cocoa farmers living in Nagari Kubang, Guguak District, Lima Puluh Kota District. he results showed that: (1) Rt consumption affected the income of cocoa farmers t counted 4.011084> table 1.663. (2) Climate change affects the income of cocoa farmers t count 2.184027> t table 1.663. (3) Price monopoly affects the income of cocoa farmers, t count is 1.681352> table 1.663. (4) Land area has no effect on the income of cocoa farmers t count of 0.844364 <t table 1.663. (5) Capital influences the income of cocoa farmers t arithmetic as big as 14.15188> table 1.663. (6) Household consumption, climate change, price monopoly, land area, and capital together have a significant influence on the income of cocoa farmers, the calculated F value is 175.5961> F tables 2.32 and 7.213212> F table 2.32 and value significant 0.00000 <0.05 and 0.000040 <0.05.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problem of being able to find the values of character education in the novel Gunung Ungaran by Nh. Dini. The purpose of this study is to describe the values of character education in the novel Gunung Ungaran by Nh. Dini. This research is a qualitative research using content analysis method. The object of this research is the novel Gunung Ungaran by Nh. Dini. The data in this study are words, phrases, sentences and discourses which are the values of character education. The data source in this research is the novel Gunung Ungaran by Nh. Dini. The data techniques used are reading novels, marking data related to the value of character education, recording data, making inventory, and classifying. The results of this study indicate that there are ten values of character education found in the novel Gunung Ungaran. In addition to the value of character education, other character education values are also found, such as: 1) religious, 2) Tolerance, 3) Work hard, 4) Independent, 5) Curiosity, 6) Love the homeland, 7) Friendly/communicative, 8) Caring for the environment, 9) Social care, 10) Responsibility.Keywords: Education, Character, Novel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya mempelajari grammar dalam menulis, khususnya menulis grammar dalam pengunaan tenses dalam paragraph writing di STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat untuk mengetahui kesalahan-kesalahan yang dilakukan mahasiswa saat menulis paragraph writing. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode penelitian descriptive research   dengan pendekatan qualitative research. Peneliti melakukan analisa pada source of data dar iparagraph writing mahasiswa dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 3 kelas dari program studi pendidikan bahasa inggris tahun ajaran 2019/2020, atau sebanyak 79 data mahasiswadengan instrument yaitu dokumen ceklis. Pengumpulan data dengan cara menganalisa lembar jawaban ujian mid semester mahasiswa sebanyak 79 lembar data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beberapa mahasiswa memiliki masalah dalam pengunaan grammar khusunya pada tenses yang tidaksesuaidenganaturan tenses itusendiri. Jadipenelitimenyimpulkanbahwa 8 data yang peneliti temukan didalam paragraph writing belum benar berdasarkan rules dari penggunaan tenses itu sendiri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Pengaruh perilaku belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, 2) Pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar siswa, 3) Pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, 4) Pengaruh pendidikan orang tua terhadap hasil belajar siswa, 5) Pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, 6) Minat belajar memperkuat pengaruh perilaku belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, 7) Minat belajar memperkuat pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar siswa, 8) Minat belajar memperkuat pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dan 9) Minat belajar memperkuat pengaruh pendidikan orang tua terhadap hasil belajar siswa.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perilaku belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi variabel perilaku belajar (X1) sebesar 0.388 yang bertanda positif dengan thitung sebesar 4.653 > ttabel sebesar 1.665 dengan signifikan 0.000 0.05. Artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. 2) Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi variabel variabel kecerdasan emosional (X2) sebesar 0.436 yang bertanda positif dengan thitung sebesar 4.653> ttabel sebesar 1.665 dengan signifikan 0.000 0.05. Artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. 3) Kemandirian belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi variabel kemandirian belajar (X3) sebesar 0.049 yang bertanda positif dengan thitung sebesar 1.998<ttabel sebesar 1.665 dengan signifikan 0.049 0,05. Artinya Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima.  4) Pendidikan orang tua berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi variabel pendidikan orang tua (X4) sebesar 0.363 yang bertanda positif dengan thitung sebesar 2.998>ttabel sebesar 1.665 dengan signifikan 0.004 0.05. Artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. 5) Minat Belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan koefisien regresi variabel minat belajar (Z) sebesar 0.172 yang bertanda positif dengan thitung sebesar 2.203>ttabel sebesar 1.665 dengan signifikan 0.031 0.05. Artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. 6) Minat belajar memperkuat pengaruh perilaku belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi variabel perilaku belajar dengan minat belajar (X1*Z) secara bersama-sama dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000. Nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari alpha (α=0.05), Selanjutnya dari hasil analisis data diketahui nilai R Square (R2) pada model II lebih besar dari R2 model I (0.686>0.644), artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. 7) Minat belajar memperkuat pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar siswa, yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi variabel kecerdasan emosional dengan minat belajar (X2*Z) secara bersama-sama dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000. Nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari alpha (α=0.05), Selanjutnya dari hasil analisis data diketahui nilai R Square (R2) pada model II lebih besar dari R2 model I (0.641>0.593), artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. 8) Minat belajar memperkuat pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi variabel kemandirian belajar belajar dengan minat belajar (X3*Z) dengan nilai signifikansi model I sebesar 0.290 dan nilai signifikansi midel II sebesar 0.000. Nilai signifikansi lebih ke dari alpha (α=0.05), Selanjutnya dari hasil analisis data diketahui nilai R Square (R2) pada model II lebih besar dari R2 model I (0.409>0.014), artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. 9) Minat belajar memperkuat pengaruh pendidikan orang tua terhadap hasil belajar siswa,   yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi variabel pendidikan orang tua dengan minat belajar (X4*Z) dengan nilai signifikansi model I sebesar 0.022 dan nilai signifikansi model II sebesar 0.000. Nilai signifikansi lebih ke dari alpha (α=0.05), Selanjutnya dari hasil analisis data diketahui nilai R Square (R2) pada model II lebih besar dari R2 model I (0.403>0.063), artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.
