The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the knowledge of the patient's family and the prevention of diarrheal diseases at the Makassar Akademis Hospital. This type of research is descriptive with the research design used is the Cross-Sectional method, namely the type of research that emphasizes the time of measurement / observation of independent and dependent variable data only once. Place This research was conducted in the inpatient room of the Makassar Akademis Hospital. According to the results of data analysis using the chi-square statistical test, a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05) was obtained, this means that there is an environmental relationship with the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers in the child care room at the Makassar Akademis Hospital. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between environmental, socio-economic conditions, and mother's knowledge with the incidence of diarrhea in the child care room at the Makassar Akademis Hospital.

Abstract

Hypertension is a condition where a person experiences an increase in blood pressure above normal which results in morbidity (mordibility) and mortality/mortality. Blood pressure 140/90 mmHg is based on two phases in each heartbeat, namely the systolic phase of 140 mmHg indicating the phase of blood being pumped by the heart and the diastolic phase of 90 mmHg indicating the phase of blood returning to the heart. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress and the incidence of hypertension. The research method used in this study is a surveyanalytic study using a cross-sectional design, namely each respondent is only observed once and the measurement of the respondent's variables is carried out at the time of the examination. The population in this study were all patients with hypertension who were hospitalized in the Internal Medicine room, totaling 54 people. From the results of research on the relationship between stress and the incidence of hypertension in the Interna Treatment Room of Jayapura Regional General Hospital, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between stress and the incidence of hypertension in the Interna Treatment Room of Jayapura Regional General Hospital with a significant value obtained ρ < α (0.036 < 0.05).

Abstract

Drinking water is water that has gone through a processing process or without a processing process that meets health requirements and can be drunk directly. Drinking water is safe for health if it meets the Physical, Microbiological, Chemical and Radioactive requirements contained in the mandatory parameters and additional parameters. The purpose of this study was to determine the content of E.coli, Coliform and Iron (Fe) Bacteria with a Refill Drinking Water Treatment System in Tinggimoncong District. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach, namely the type of research used to analyze data by describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is. This sampling technique is total sampling. This research was conducted on August 12-13 2022. The sample in this study was refill drinking water in Tinggimoncong District. In examining the laboratory test, the researcher used the Sanitarian Kit. Drinking water samples were taken from 11 drinking water depots spread across Tinggimoncong District. The results of this study indicated that of the 11 samples of drinking water that did not contain E.coli, and 7 samples of drinking water that contained coliform, 11 samples contained iron (Fe) according to the permissible levels and 4 samples of drinking water were free of microbiological and chemical content. From the results of this study, it is suggested that the Health Service and Community Health Centers improve supervision of the quality of DAMIU not only checking the quality of AMIU but also the feasibility of DAM and PHBS of employees and DAMIU quality is not only checked on processed products but on DAMIU that is ready to be distributed because contamination can occur during packaging.
