Abstract

Shopee is an e-commerce which is known for frequently changing brand ambassadors with the aim of attracting consumers from all classes and ages. Furthermore, another effort which is made by Shopee is that improve the quality of its products in order to attract more consumers. The aim of this study is that to analyze the influence of brand ambassadors and perceptions of product quality on purchase intention with the subject of student of the Shopee application users. This study used quantitative methods. Moreover, the samples in this study were 107 students who used Shopee application who were selected by using a purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis were analyzed by using multiple linear regressions. The results of the analysis show that there is no influence of brand ambassadors on purchase intention with a sig value. 0.301 (p>0.05). However, there is an effect of perceived product quality on purchase intention of students who use Shopee application with a Sig. 0.00 (p<0.05). Both of them can simultaneously influence the purchase intention of students who use Shopee application with a large influence seen from the R square coefficient of 36.6% so that the other 63.4% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) and brand image on purchasing decisions among Tokopedia e-commerce users. This study uses a quantitative research design with data collection techniques in the form of purposive sampling. The subjects in the study totaled 174 respondents who were users of the e-commerce application Tokopedia who had made at least one purchase aged 17-60. The results showed that the electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) variable had a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia e-commerce. This is evidenced by the results of the tests that have been carried out obtained t count of 3.126 > 1.973 t table. Brand image variable also has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the results of the tests that have been carried out obtained t count of 18.362 > 1.973 t table

Abstract

The digitalization of the economy gave rise to a variety of e-commerce that rivaled and detracted from youth and adult consumers on Facebook. The purpose of this study was to analyze the interest of adolescent and adult consumers in products promoted through Facebook social media in the rural areas of South Brebes, Rembang and Kudus. 10 people were represented in each region consisting of 5 teenagers and 5 adults using a purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection using observation and interviews with researchers as the main research instruments. The research was carried out in each of the designated rural areas. The data from this study were analyzed using inductive analysis techniques and data triangulation was carried out to ensure the validity of the data. The results of this study showed that the interest of rural adolescents and adults in products promoted through social media Facebook had differences in terms of objectives, types of products they were interested in, and types of interest. Teenagers are interested in beauty and fashion products with exploratory interest types, while adults are interested in products from daily necessities, household goods, to hobbies, with interest types including transactional, preferential, referential, explorative, and selling interests. Interest in selling is something that is interesting and different from other interests

Abstract

Menghadapi tantangan dan peluang di pasar ini, Indonesia telah mengadopsi berbagai strategi. Fokus utama strategi ini termasuk peningkatan produksi domestik, diversifikasi energi, peningkatan infrastruktur migas, dan kerja sama regional dan internasional. Meskipun telah dilakukan upaya yang signifikan, masih terdapat tantangan yang perlu diatasi, seperti peningkatan efisiensi produksi, mengurangi ketergantungan pada impor migas, peningkatan daya saing global, dan menghadapi perubahan kebijakan. Dalam rangka menghadapi tantangan ini, rekomendasi termasuk peningkatan investasi, perbaikan kebijakan energi, penguatan regulasi perdagangan, dan pengembangan kapasitas pengelolaan sumber daya migas. jurnal ini memberikan wawasan bagi pemerintah, pelaku industri, dan pemangku kepentingan dalam mengembangkan strategi yang efektif untuk memperkuat posisi Indonesia di pasar ekspor migas dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Science (IPA) is one of the compulsory subjects taught in elementary school. The continued use of learning media to conduct science learning makes students bored and less enthusiastic about participating in learning. Media songs and educational videos can be used as an alternative to science learning. Educational songs and video media can motivate students to engage in science learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of media songs and video learning on interest and learning outcomes in science subjects among her 5th grade students at Baturno Public Primary School, Lembang Regency. The study design used was quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. The subject of this study was his 5th grade student at SD Negeri Baturno School in Lembang province. The sample for this study included all members of the population (saturated sample), 29 students in the experimental class and 28 students in the control class, for a total of 57 students. Data collection techniques used in this study include documentation, observation, and testing. As statistical analyses, Pearson product moments were used to test efficacy and Cronbach's alpha was used to test instrumental reliability. Lilliefors test to test data normality, Levene test to test homogeneity, independent-samples t-test, and sample t-test to test hypotheses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the relationship between breakfast habits and the learning concentration of elementary school students. The method used in this study is the systematic literature review (SLR) method which aims to dig up information about how much research has done on the topic of the effect of breakfast on the level of learning concentration for elementary school students. Systematic literature review is a technique that systematically examines research on a particular topic by identifying, assessing, selecting, and compiling questions that will be specifically discussed according to predetermined criteria, based on previous research that is of high quality and relevant to the question under study. Based on the results, it was shown that of the four journals that had been analyzed, two journals did not have a significant relationship and the other two journals had a significant relationship between breakfast habits and the learning concentration of elementary school students.

Abstract

Cyperaceae is a family of liliopsida plants. Plants belonging to the cyperaaceae are a puzzle. This study aims to determine the diversity and morphological characteristics of the Cyperaceae family in the Rajasanagara Cibiru Residential Area, Bandung. The research was carried out by direct observation, then the results of these observations were described. Cyperus species were found with the species cyperus alternifolius and cyperus kyllingia. The two species have similarities and differences respectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the causes of learning difficulties for elementary school students in learning mathematics, and to find out what materials students think are difficult to understand in learning mathematics. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The aim of the research is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to evaluate, review and recognize relevant research so as to be able to answer questions on the specified research. The results of the study show that the factors causing learning difficulties for elementary school students in learning mathematics are, that internal factors include (1) Interest, students who are less interested in participating in mathematics learning, plus students in the class who are less focused and serious in participating in the teaching and learning process as seen by students always leads to the outside of the class when the teacher explains the material, (2) Factors of students' learning habits, less precise learning of students who only study when there is a test (3) Health factors of students, can affect the level of concentration of students in learning mathematics, if the student body is lacking healthy then it can affect student learning outcomes.

Abstract

In this modern era, it certainly has various kinds of changes, including a very significant technological speed. This is what leads an entrepreneur to innovate and have a very broad creativity in reaching digital markets to market their products. As an example, Segari reaches its consumers, where they market their products through an online application and can be opened anywhere and anytime. Currently companies must be able to provide various kinds of strategies so that their companies can be reached by the general public. Brand Awareness is the ability of a particular brand to display in the minds of consumers when they are thinking about a particular product group and how easy the product is to pronounce.

Abstract

Effective leadership from a school principal is the key to improving the quality and performance of teachers as learning agents in madrasas. This study aims to find out and analyze in depth the leadership behavior of school principals in improving teacher performance at public elementary schools (MIN) 15 Bintaro. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The research subject is the head of the school. Sources of data obtained through observation, interviews and taken from various literature relevant to the research material. The results of the study show that: (1) The principal's leadership behavior in improving teacher performance at MIN 15 Binatro, namely: the principal has influenced and mobilized subordinates, the principal determines the tasks of the teachers and provides training so that teacher performance increases, the principal is able to communicate effectively with teachers, principals involve all interested parties in making decisions; (2) Policies that can be implemented by school principals to improve teacher performance, namely: establishing cooperative relationships with teachers, measuring teacher performance by looking at the abilities of their students, and paying attention to the methods teachers use to teach; (3) In improving teacher performance the principal of the MIN 15 Bintaro school seeks to improve the discipline and responsibility of teachers.
