Abstract

This study attempts to analyze the influence of brand image, brand ambassador, and trust on online shopping decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving respondents who have shopped online in Indonesia. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique. The results of the study indicate that brand image, brand ambassador, and trust have a positive and significant effect on online shopping decisions. In addition, brand image and brand ambassadors also have a positive and significant effect on trust. These findings indicate the importance of companies to strengthen brand image and choose the right brand ambassador to build consumer trust, so that it can encourage online purchasing decisions. This study contributes to a better understanding of consumer behavior in the context of e-commerce and strategic implications for digital marketing management

Abstract

This program is designed to provide hands-on training, resources, and long-term support to individuals and families, especially women and youth, in rural areas. By equipping participants with the knowledge and tools necessary for successful goat rearing, the program not only creates opportunities for additional income but also strengthens food resilience and self-sufficiency at the grassroots level. This community service program employs a participatory and sustainable development approach to implement goat farming as a tool for empowerment and livelihood improvement. The methodology consists of five main phases: community assessment, participant selection, training and capacity-building, implementation, and monitoring & evaluation. The Micro-Livestock and Macro-Impact program demonstrated that small-scale goat farming can serve as a powerful tool for community empowerment, particularly in rural areas with limited income sources. Through training, resource provision, and cooperative support, participants significantly improved their knowledge, increased their household income, and began to experience the benefits of sustainable livestock management. The success of this program highlights the potential of micro-livestock farming to serve as a replicable and scalable model for rural development. It shows that even small agricultural interventions, when paired with training and community engagement, can lead to measurable improvements in food security, income generation, and social empowerment.

Abstract

Chandra Lie Expedition is a truck rental company started by Chandra Lie in 2018 and used for shipping kernels, coal, palm oil, and shells. The address of this expedition is 36135, East Jambi District, Jalan Sentot Ali Basa Payo Agile. When admins want to report invoices, recapitulation of invoices previously recorded using the book technique, this often occurs errors in summing the total bill and entering the transaction date. The admin needs to use Microsoft Word to draft a road letter for the driver after creating an invoice recapitulation report. It will take some time. Owners and admins should meet daily to request invoice reports for the previous day. Data that is not connected to each other. The goal of the project is to develop a web-based design tool that will make it easier for actors to perform. The steps to be taken to solve this challenge include identification, information retrieval based on theoretical foundations, observation techniques, and analysis to identify solutions to the problems faced by the expedition. Devices and software serve as research tools and materials. The purpose of the conclusion of this study is to facilitate reporting and summary of invoice reports.

Abstract

The environmental challenges faced by Batik Bujang and Batik Candafa, two Riau-based SMEs, stem primarily from the production process, which generates substantial wastewater containing harmful chemicals. The improper disposal of these by-products poses serious risks to water bodies and surrounding ecosystems. This research aims to design a waste management system using eco-friendly technologies capable of processing up to 40 liters of wastewater, thereby minimizing environmental harm. A mixed-method approach was adopted, combining quantitative analysis of waste volume and chemical composition with qualitative insights from SME owners. The findings indicate a significant reduction in chemical pollutants post-treatment, aligning with eco-sustainability goals. This study fills the research gap by providing a technological solution specifically tailored to the needs of small-scale batik producers, emphasizing sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Abstract

A situation known as .financial distress. occurs when the company's finances are in poor or experiencing a decline before bankruptcy occurs. To test and predict transport, you can use an Artificial Neural Network. The purpose aims to predict Banks .that are listed on the. Indonesian stock exchange. are experiencing financial difficulties using predictive indicators, namely the current .ratio, .return on equity, .and BOPO. Based on the research results of the summary model in neural network testing, the Artificial Neural Network backpropagation algorithm was applied to obtain 3-2-2 architecture results. Based on the results of the three tests, the percent incorrect prediction value was obtained, which had the lowest error rate, namely in the first test, namely 11.7% or a model correctness level of 88.3% in determining the neural network. The highest influence on financial distress is the Current Ratio variable, with an importance value of 0.521. Based on three tests, it is stated that the prediction model using the artificial neural network algorithm backpropagation indicators CR, ROE, and BOPO can predict financial distress. CR is the most dominant influencer in financial distress. The outcome of this research have implications for banking companies that need to pay attention to or maintain liquidity levels because this proportion shows how much money the organization has plus assets that can turn into money in the short term.

Abstract

Mochicrush ID is an individual business engaged in selling food, specifically mochi, using a pre-order system. Promotion is conducted through Instagram; however, order recording often faces challenges as it is still done manually using books or mobile phones, which risks lost records and calculation errors. This issue affects the accuracy of sales information and can hinder overall business operations. This study aims to design an efficient and integrated system to manage sales transactions and pre-order processes via a web-based platform to improve the order recording and processing. The system is developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database with the Waterfall software development method. The resulting system is expected to minimize errors in order recording, increase operational efficiency, and simplify the management of orders for the business owner. With the implementation of this computerized system, the operational performance of Mochicrush ID can be enhanced, ultimately contributing to improved customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of Blue Innovation and IoT-based accounting on value creation in the manufacturing sector. Novelty on this research are integration of Blue Innovation and IoT-Based Accounting. Real-Time Value Creation Metrics introduces a framework for evaluating real-time financial and environmental impact through IoT-enabled accounting systems, providing a more dynamic approach compared to traditional static reporting methods. This research follows a qualitative exploratory approach to understand the intersection of Blue Innovation and IoT-based accounting in manufacturing. To ensure the novelty of this research, the following methodological steps are undertaken Comparative Gap Analysis, Conceptual Model Development, Validation Through Expert Panels, and Empirical Case Study Verification. The study provides empirical evidence that IoT-driven financial tracking improves both cost efficiency and sustainability compliance. Blue Innovation practices emphasize the integration of sustainable processes into core business operations. The development of Real-Time Value Creation Metrics (RTVCM) marks a significant contribution to modern accounting frameworks, offering a more dynamic and data-driven approach compared to traditional financial reporting. Future studies can expand the RTVCM framework by integrating AI-driven predictive analytics for sustainability reporting.
