The sampling technique uses a random area: West, North, East, and South.  Results: The critical importance of digital citizenship education in shaping responsible, ethical, and intelligent behaviour among students in the digital realm. The data indicates a high level of digital access, significant internet usage, and active involvement in various online activities. In this context, digital citizenship education emerges as a key factor in guiding students to navigate the digital world responsibly, understanding online ethics, and promoting a balanced approach to technology use. Novelty:  The absence of detailed insights into specific online activities and the limited data on students' awareness and engagement with emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence.  Future research could explore specific online behaviours and reasons behind limited AI use, and conduct longitudinal studies to assess the long-term impact of digital citizenship education on students' behaviours.

Method:  This research is a preliminary study with a data collection technique in the form of a written test by analyzing the data results descriptively and qualitatively. This research was conducted on 7 students consisting of 3 female and 4 male students in elementary school. Results: This research can be concluded that: It was found that the criteria for students' critical thinking abilities were still very low with an average score of 51.76 or a completion percentage of around 36%. In this research, it is hoped that the application of STEAM-oriented learning can improve students' thinking abilities. So, the conclusion is that if students' critical thinking skills are still low, it is necessary to improve students' critical thinking skills, namely by implementing STEAM-oriented learning. Novelty: Development of learning tools oriented to the STEAM approach to improve the science and science critical thinking abilities of elementary school students in the independent curriculum, so that it will improve students' critical thinking skills in line with the demands of the 21st century.

Abstract

Objective: Women undergo various physiological and psychological changes during the reproductive stage, particularly during the menstrual cycle. Premenstrual symptoms, or dysmenorrhea, are the terms used to describe this. Menstrual pain is another term for dysmenorrhea, and primary dysmenorrhea often starts six months following menarche. Premenstrual symptoms are a complicated collection of symptoms that hurt a student's quality of life in the long run and their ability to succeed in school, participate in social activities, and maintain family relationships. Problems with both physical and mental health can benefit from yoga. Method: This study aims to assess the effectiveness of yoga activities in relieving pain in primary dysmenorrhea and premenstrual syndrome. In this investigation, a review of the literature was used. Six journal databases were searched for articles. Seven articles satisfied the requirements for inclusion. Result: The review's findings indicate that yoga practice is a viable substitute and is suggested as a simple, accessible, and non-invasive strategy for analgesia in primary dysmenorrhea and premenstrual syndrome. Novelty: This study shows the effectiveness of yoga exercises in reducing pain in primary dysmenorrhea and premenstrual syndrome for adolescents, especially women.

Abstract

Objective: Workers often ignore the various aspects that can affect their work, health, and comfort caused by physical and mental fatigue. Hospital nurse fatigue is associated with lower nurse satisfaction, higher turnover, and poor patient outcomes. Fatigue is a common problem for nurses, with 82% of nurses experiencing mild to severe physical fatigue. There are many ways to combat fatigue symptoms and speed recovery after exercise, including massage techniques. It is believed that sports massage supplies oxygen to the muscles. As it circulates in the blood, lactic acid is converted to pyruvic acid, generating ATP, and activating muscle metabolism. This study aims to identify appropriate sports massage therapy to treat caregiver fatigue issues. Method: A literature review was used in this study. Article searches were performed in his six journal databases: PubMed, JSTOR, Taylor, Willey Online, Sage, and Google Scholar. Eight articles that met the inclusion criteria were found. Result: The results of this review indicate that sports massage techniques can be used as an alternative to reduce caregiver fatigue when providing community health services. Novelty: This study shows the effectiveness of sports massage therapy in overcoming and treating caregiver fatigue issues.

Abstract

Objectives: The ladder drill training method to increase agility and speed (speed run) has not been combined in much research. This research tries to combine them in order to improve the quality of professional futsal athletes. Method:  The research approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. This type of research uses a quasi experiment or quasi experiment. This research design uses a matching only design research design . This research variable consists of 1 independent variable (circuit training ladder drill) and 2 dependent variables ( agility and speed ). The population is 100 professional futsal athletes in Madiun City, and the sample is 30 people. This research is only specifically for male samples aged between 18-20 years. The sample was divided into 2 groups, namely the ladder drill circuit training experimental group and the control group. The research instrument used a hexagonal obstacle test and a 30 meter acceleration test. Data collection techniques were carried out first by carrying out normality tests and homogeneity tests. Data analysis techniques were carried out using the formula mean , standard deviation , variance , percentage increase, paired sample t test , one way anova test , and post hoc comparison. Results: There was a difference in agility before and after giving the mixed method training circuit training ladder drill. The difference in agility is shown from the results of parametric statistical analysis using a paired sample t test with the significance value in the sig column showing sig 0.000 < α 0.05. Novelty: The novelty in this research is combining the ladder drill training method to increase agility and speed run aimed at professional futsal athletes.
