Abstract

Objective: The technology is main component in innovation, especially on industry manufacturing to increases production capability. The aim of this study is to examine the total factor productivity growth (TFPg) and its component in Indonesian industry manufacturing based on technology improvement. Method: The stochastic frontier analyses are used to calculate (TFPg). This study attempts to analyses the variation in the TFPg across year, and technology adaption. Results:  The first is the analysis of year-wise comparison, show that experiences negative TFP growth or the average TFP score of current period degrades down from average score in the prior period. Second is the analysis based on technology adaption, show that the degression of productivities are mainly driven by technological regress indicating that the majority firms need innovation in technology utilized in the production process. The medium-high technology on industry manufacturing has highest score of TFP, means technology improvement support on firm productivity. Novelty: The lack of analysis regarding TFPg using a technology adaptation approach makes it a challenge to dig deeper.

Abstract

Objective: This research try to identify the condition of circular migration still exist in Surabaya particularly weekly and monthly shuttle migrants and the settled migrants. The research was to examine demographic of the migrant students of State University of Surabaya Campus and their impact on the organizational culture. Furthermore, the study aimed at establishing whether economic characteristics and different demographic factors, to name but employment status of parents, wages, and region of origin of the migrants affected circular migration and joining organizations. Method: In this research, a survey was administered in the year 2023, out of which seven factors were selected under the two broad headings of economic and demographic factors. For descriptive analysis, the probit analysis was performed while for estimation of the impact of the above independent variables, the regression analysis with Stata 10 based on Linear Probability Model (LPW) was conducted. Results: The findings of the result indicated that employment in service sector and urban origin has a positive and significant effect of the participation in circular migration and joining organisations. On the other hand, employment in the industrial sector and parents’ greater distance are factors that inherently reduce this option. Therefore, the last analysis revealed that both parent wages and trade employment have a relatively little impact on organizational membership and migration, but gender does not have such an impact. Novelty:  The current work is an effort to unfold some aspects of circular migration which has not received much attention in the existing literature with the focus on the city of Surabaya. It alone focuses on how economic and demography variable, thus employment status of parents and wages, and urban/rural background, moreover influences circular migration and organisational participation of the students at the State University of Surabaya. This study uses more sophisticated method of probit analysis and Linear Probability Model (LPW) to identify the nature of these variables affecting migration behaviour with a clear differentiation between the service sector and the industrial sector, and impact of the population density of urban centres.

Abstract

Objectives: This research is to facilitate the diversity of student conditions in learning and can even be used simply for students with special needs at a low level such as deaf students and other limitations that can still be facilitated with a combination of audio visual media. Method:  The type of research method used in this study is a research and development design . Reaserch and development is a research method used to produce a certain product and test the effectiveness of the product. The development model used in this study is a development research model by proposing a series of stages that must be taken in this approach, including research and information collecting, planning, developing preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision, operational field testing, final product revision, and dissemination and implementation. Results: Based on the results of validation that have been carried out by experts in media, language, and materials, as well as in limited trials, this book is considered very good and worthy of application in learning. The integration of technology in this textbook reflects significant developments in the development of interactive and digital educational resources. Novelty: A combination of video barcodes in diverse learning contexts This innovative approach combines digital technology with traditional teaching materials, so students can choose the most effective way of learning according to their learning style. Either visually, auditory, or kinesthetic. Thus, the ADDIE model is used to develop textbooks in getting positive assessments from each expert and limited trials. Abstract

Objective: The mechanism for dismissing the President and/or Vice President in Indonesia is regulated by the 1945 Constitution. This process is initiated by the House of Representatives submitting a proposal to the People's Consultative Assembly, stipulating that the President and/or Vice President has violated the provisions in Articles 7A and 7B, and this must be proven first by the Constitutional Court through examination and proof. If it is proven that the President and/or Vice President has violated these provisions, the results of the Constitutional Court trial will be submitted to the People's Consultative Assembly. Subsequently, the People's Consultative Assembly is obliged to hold a trial to decide whether the President and/or Vice President will be impeached. Article 7A of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia regulates the impeachment of the president and the provisions related to the presidential office in Indonesia. Method: According Mahmud Marzuki, this normative legal research, as it is defined entails the process of finding, comprehending and solving legal problems embracing the practice rather its theory. This work in particular focuses on the way in which the House of Representatives can investigate and possibly remove the President and Vice President from their offices. Result: Some of the author's findings related to the essence of impeachment in the Indonesian constitution are, first, to maintain a system of checks and balances in the presidential office through oversight. Second, the direction of the presidential impeachment regulations needs to be improved by clarifying the reasons and mechanisms for impeachment, aiming to avoid dismissing the president for political rather than legal reasons. Novelty: The present study also analyzes the Indonesian Constitution of 1945 about presidential removal from office, stressing the weak legal rationale as well as the appropriate procedure to remove a president to avoid the potential manipulation for political gains. This calls for regulatory improvement to improve checks and balances in order to prop up a better legal framework of fair and constitutional presidential accountability.

Abstract

Objective: This research refers to the purpose of student organizations that function as a means for students to develop intellectual abilities and skills, so student interest talent development activities as part of the educational process can be carried out through student organizations. This is important because honing skills through self-habituation and fulfilling the needs of life can form a balance between knowledge and skills as the basis of quality human resources in the development of the time. Method: It was carried out by analyzing the research model of the influence between student leadership training, including Pre-LKKMTD, LKKMTD, and LKKMTM on CLEI (measurement of higher education learning effectiveness inventory) in this measurement method. This procedure was used to test multiple regression research models. Results: It was stated that the participation of students in the leadership training of Pre-LKKMTD, LKKMTD, and LKKMTM students had a partial and simultaneous effect on student learning ability through the measurement of student learning ability effectiveness inventory (CLEI).  Novelty: in this study is to measure the impact of participation in the level of student leadership training on students' learning abilities by using a variety of six learning abilities, including self-efficacy, organization and attention to learning, stress control due to time and environmental pressures, involvement in college activities, emotional satisfaction, and communication in learning adapted from a research questionnaire called inventory higher learning effectiveness (CLEI).
