Abstract

This article examines the values ​​of moral education in the novel Negeri 5 Menara and its relevance to the learning of moral beliefs in class XII of Madrasah Aliyah. This study uses a library research approach with the primary data source of the novel Negeri 5 Menara. This study uses a qualitative approach method with a descriptive-analytical research type. The analysis used in this study is content analysis. The results of the study indicate that there are moral education values ​​in the novel Negeri 5 Menara and they are relevant to the learning of moral beliefs in class XII of Madrasah Aliyah, which includes three main topics, namely: first, morals towards Allah, second, morals towards others and third, morals towards oneself.

Abstract

The thoughts and concepts of punishment according to Muhammad Qutub are important to study, as he is one of the prominent figures in Islamic education who contributed significantly through his writings and activities as a lecturer at the Umm Al-Qura University in Mecca. This article raises this theme because there has been no research specifically discussing the concept of punishment in Islamic education according to Muhammad Qutub. The method used in this article is literature study, utilizing Muhammad Qutub’s book Manhaj Al-Tarbiyah Al-Islamiyah as the primary data source, along with relevant articles or books as secondary data sources. These data are analyzed through descriptive-interpretive analysis. This article finds that Muhammad Qutub’s concept of punishment is a form of sanction that can be applied in the process of Islamic education. While permissible, it is considered a last resort or an alternative measure when other methods do not work. Furthermore, the application of punishment should only be implemented after considering and understanding the physical and psychological conditions of the students.

Abstract

This systematic literature review aims to synthesize factors contributing to cyber aggression, drawn from various empirical studies. This review examines individual, social, and situational factors that shape the tendency of cyber aggression, as well as the interaction between factors. Referring to Grigg's theory, the dynamics of cyber aggression are influenced by various factors, ranging from the motivation of the perpetrator to the conditions of the social environment. Several relevant theories to explain such as Social Learning Theory, Cognitive Theory and Frustration-Aggression Theory. The research design uses a systematic literature review, from 2010-2024. Search through electronic databases: Frontiers, Elsevier, Springer, Routledge, and Google Scholar. Search keywords: "cyber aggression", and "factors that influence". After applying the inclusion criteria and removing several articles according to the research objectives, 19 articles were obtained to be identified and synthesized. The findings highlight the complex and multifactorial nature of cyber aggression, which underscores the need for a holistic approach to address this problem. This review provides a comprehensive overview of the existing literature, identifies gaps in knowledge, and offers implications for future research and practical applications.

Abstract

Depressive disorder is a disorder of emotional, emotional, and mental stress that is recognized globally. The population of depressive disorder is among the forms of mental disorders, especially if the majority of countries experience a change in norms after the pandemic phase that changes lifestyles. Forms of psychotherapy for depressive disorders have been organized with various disciplines, but therapy in this psychology is still widely controlled by the West. It turns out that psychological therapy recorded in the Qur'an is still not handled by the majority of counselors. Regarding this study, the study will focus on the description and concept of depressive disorders recorded in Surah Maryam verses 23 to 26. Furthermore, this study will explain how to overcome depression from a counseling and spiritual perspective based on Surah Maryam verses 23 to 26. The Qur'an and tafsir are the main sources of this research. This research is a type of library research with a qualitative method. The data from this study was obtained from the results of documentation and observation using data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study show that mental disorders are not impossible to apply to humans who face stressful situations. This study concludes that a combination of counseling, spiritual, and physical elements can form a therapy that covers all aspects of human beings and helps depressed people get out of confusion and restore rationality in making choices in life. In conclusion, an approach in therapy to depression that includes psychological aspects can restore rationality and emotions, well-being from human physical nourishment, and spiritually guided peace of mind. And it turns out that in psychology Islam does not only focus on the spiritual aspect but emphasizes the psychological and physical aspects of human beings in achieving prosperity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and management competence of madrasah principals on the entrepreneurial spirit of teachers in MTs Kuningan Regency. The problem raised in this study is the low entrepreneurial spirit of teachers, which is allegedly closely related to leadership factors and management competencies that are not yet optimal. The novelty of this research lies in combining in-depth analysis of the relationship between educational leadership and managerial competence and its impact on entrepreneurship development in the context of Islamic education. Using qualitative methods, data were collected through in-depth interviews and document studies from various madrasahs in Kuningan Regency. The findings of this study show that the leadership of madrasah heads has a significant influence in shaping the entrepreneurial spirit of teachers, while management competencies have not had an adequate impact. The main conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of improving the leadership capacity of madrasah principals in encouraging innovation and entrepreneurial spirit among teachers. The implication of this research is expected to be the basis of policy development and training for madrasah principals to strengthen the quality of leadership and management that is more adaptive to the needs of teachers in developing entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there are students who avoid friends who have problems and prefer not to solve their problems or forgive friends who have problems. The purpose of this research is to describe 1) the regulation of students' emotions, 2) the attitude of forgiveness of students, and 3) the relationship between emotional regulation and forgiveness in students. This study was conducted using a correlational descriptive quantitative method, a population of 206, and a sampling technique using stratified random sampling with a sample number of 136. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. The data analysis in this study is percentage and correlational. The results of this study revealed that: 1) Emotional regulation is in the good category, 2) Forgiveness is in the poor category, and 3) There is a relationship between emotional regulation and forgiveness with a moderate correlation. This research is recommended by students to be able to monitor emotions, evaluate the emotions experienced, and modify the emotions experienced into a good attitude, to students so that they can better harmonize their emotional regulation skills so that they can increase the attitude of forgiveness or forgiveness in students, and to BK teachers so that they can provide services on ways or tips in regulating students' emotions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of guidance and counseling planning management in the digital era in improving the quality of services that are responsive to student's needs as well as addressing the technical and ethical challenges that arise. Using a literature review approach, this study collected, analyzed, and synthesized various relevant literature sources related to the use of technology in guidance and counseling services. The results show that digital technology enables wider access, efficiency in data management, and flexibility in service delivery. However, challenges such as the digital divide, data security, and counselor competence in using technology are still obstacles. Therefore, careful planning, training for counselors, and strengthening regulations related to data privacy are needed so that guidance and counseling services can be more effective and responsive in the digital era.

Abstract

Human beings are the most noble creatures created by God and have a uniqueness that distinguishes between one individual and another. This uniqueness is a distinctive distinguishing feature between each individual, both psychologically and physiologically. The most basic thing for counselors to understand the individual as the orientation of counseling practice is whether or not the needs of the individual are met because the problems that arise in an individual are not met by their basic needs such as physical, technical, social, taste, and the needs of faith and piety. This will encourage individuals to be in disturbed daily effective life behaviors. Thus, a counselor must try to analyze the condition of the individual as a counseling practice, namely whether or not these five basic needs are fulfilled to be able to provide intervention or assistance to clients when providing counseling services so that they are ineffective daily living conditions.

Abstract

Early childhood autonomy is a condition where children are ready to do everything without the help of other people, including being able to be left by their parents for a while, choosing their activities, being able to use the toilet but still being helped or reminded, eating and drinking by themselves. Autonomy can be formed from two factors: 1) Internal factors, including physiological and psychological conditions, and 2) External factors, including the environment, feelings of love and affection, parenting patterns in the family, life experiences and habits. Besides being cared for at home, young children are also cared for in Daycare (TPA) because their parents work. This research aims to describe the factors that influence the development of autonomy in children aged 2-3 years in daycare settings. The type of research used is qualitative, using Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques. The stages of data analysis include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects are children aged 2-3 years who were entrusted to the TPA. The research results show that the factors that influence the development of independence in children aged 2-3 years at TPA to try it yourself in stages, fulfil feelings of love and affection, encourage children to communicate, and implement a democratic parenting style. Experiences that are influential in developing autonomy are playing and interacting experiences. In TPA, the dominant factors that influence the development of children's independence are habituation accompanied by direction from caregivers and adjusting to the child's character and mood.

Abstract

As an application, Liveworksheet really helps users to manage English learning activities because this application is practical, dynamic and interesting. . This application has various advantages compared to conventional English language proficiency testing methods. This research aims to analyze the benefits of using the live worksheet application for teachers in carrying out English tests. The method used in this research is a literature study by collecting secondary data and the results of the authors' studies regarding the use and benefits of the liveworksheet application. With this data, the writing team examined the benefits of using live worksheets in administering English tests. With liveworksheets, teachers don't need paper, don't need to print files, don't need to duplicate questions, don't need to share questions and don't need to check the suitability of the answer key with the answer. In the application, there are many question formats that can be used, including: multiple choice, fill in the blanks, matching and essay. Overall, the liveworksheet application is more practical than conventional methods and has a more authentic appearance compared to other applications.
