Abstract

Pagaralam City, located in South Sumatra, has an area of 633.66 Km2 (63,366 Ha), the city has a strategic geographical position that makes it a link between the highlands and lowlands in South Sumatra. The people of the city are predominantly Besemah, a community known for its unique traditions and rich culture. The word Besemah comes from the words be and semah, where the prefix be signifies presence or ownership, while semah refers to the native fish of the rivers in Pagaralam City. This research uses the historical method with an analytical descriptive qualitative approach. Then, to analyze the findings, the researchers summarized information from literature, books, and internet sources. In addition, researchers also collected information through direct observation and interviews (heuristics), checked the validity of the sources obtained (verification), looked for supporting facts (interpretation), before finally compiling a narrative (historiography). The result of this research is a cleric who played an important role in the spread of Islam in Pagaralam City, namely Sheikh Nurqodim Al-Baharud, or often called Puyang Awak. He broadcasted Islam in Pagaralam in the 17th century AD or in the 1600s. The way he preached in spreading Islam in a fun way, especially with cultural arts, such as the Guritan Art work. He broadcast Islam at the foot of Mount Dempo, precisely in Pardipe Village, besides the mosque there is a tomb of Sheikh Nurqoddim Al-Baharudin which is located about 500 meters from the settlement and is sacred by the Pagaralam people. This mosque was only roofed with zinc without insulation and became the beginning of the process of spreading Islam in Pagaralam.

Abstract

The abundance of animal natural resources is a gift from God Almighty intended for countless Indonesian people. With these diverse types of biological natural resources being very rarely found in their habitats, rare animals whose populations are difficult to find are almost extinct, due to destruction of forests which causes the loss of the protective function of animal life support systems and their ecosystems from the wild, the impact is the extinction of protected animals, illegal wildlife trade and ownership of animals without permits, and the government has issued a law that regulates the prohibition of ownership of wild animals for keeping and determines which animals can and which cannot be kept by the community. Based on the research results, the legal regulations governing the ownership of animals that may be owned for keeping are only types of animals that are not protected, while those that are protected by law are prohibited from being owned and kept and this act is included in the criminal act of owning protected animals without permission, and the perpetrators can be subject to criminal sanctions and can be punished with administrative fines.

Abstract

Perkembangan kosmetik makeuplokal saat ini mengalami peningkatan pesat serta semakin diminati oleh konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran influencer endorsementterhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk kosmetik makeuplokal di tiktok shop. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah 104 orang.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa influencer endorsementmemiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, sebesar 61,3%. Influencermemiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan minat beli produk kosmetik makeuplokal melalui media sosial tiktok. Kemudahan berbelanja melalui tiktok shopjuga semakin memperkuat minat beli konsumen, terutama jika disertai dengan ulasan positif dari influencer.

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien merupakan ukuran sejauh mana pasien merasa puas dengan layanan kesehatan yang diterimanya dari penyedia layanan kesehatan. Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu faktor terpenting yang menentukan keberhasilan suatu fasilitas layanan kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di bidang pelayanan kesehatan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adala kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi target adalah pasien rawat jalan, dengan menggunakan incidental sampling, didapati 388 pasien (77%) yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Skala reliabilitas dihitung dengan menggunakan CronbachsAlpha. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan analisis regresi untuk mengeksplorasi kepuasan pasien terhadap layanan perawatan kesehatan. Hasil utama analisis regresi memvalidasi bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki efek signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Pendapat secara keseluruhan tentang tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap ketersediaan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit adalah kurang baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hipotesis yang diajukan terbukti signifikan secara statistik. Selain itu, penelitian lebih lanjut harus dipertimbangkan untuk mengumpulkan lebih banyak informasi yang tidak dapat diakses karena keterbatasan penelitian ini.

Abstract

Law No. 6/2014 on Villages gives villages broad authority in managing governance and development. The increase in village fund allocations from IDR 20.7 trillion in 2015 to IDR 71 trillion in 2024 places villages at the center of national development. However, along with this, there has been an increase in cases of corruption of village funds, as reported by ICW. Factors causing corruption include unclear regulations, personal factors of the village head, and lack of community participation. Transparency and accountability in the management of village funds are key in preventing corruption. Therefore, optimizing the implementation of the Village Law is necessary to ensure that village funds are used as intended and to avoid legal problems. This research uses an empirical juridical method with a focus on analyzing primary and secondary data, collected through interviews. The approaches include statutory, conceptual, and case, with qualitative data analysis to understand and present the findings. Sempajaya Village has successfully implemented Law No. 6/2014 on Villages by applying transparency and accountability in the management of village funds. Active community participation in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of village funds creates an open and accountable government. This ensures that village funds are used for development, empowerment, and community services, preventing corruption, and realizing independent, strong, and prosperous villages.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) Describe the background to the emergence of the southern region of Tangerang Regency to become a new autonomous region, (2) Analyze the process of regional expansion of South Tangerang City (2000-2008). The research method used is the historical research method which consists of heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The theory in this study uses the theory of regional expansion, the theory of decentralization and regional autonomy, and the theory of the city. This theory is used as an analysis of the research process of regional expansion, especially the southern region which became South Tangerang City in 2000-2008. The results of this study indicate that the background of this expansion stems from public concern over the process driven by rapid growth in the South, which has given rise to the need for better governance, especially related to infrastructure and public services that are felt to be less effective and efficient. This study highlights the role of local communities in it to fight to separate their regions with community organizations such as the Cipasera City Autonomous Region Formation Committee (KPPDO-KC), Bakor Cipasera, Formats, and the Ciputat Communication Forum (FKMC). Through a historical approach and analysis of the legislative framework, this study attempts to reconstruct the journey of decentralization which finally culminated in the formation of South Tangerang City based on Law Number 51 of 2008.Keywords: Process, Regional Expansion, South Tangerang City, 2000-2008

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap SAK EMKM. Berdasarkan hipotesis penelitian yang telah ditetapkan diketahui bahwa tingkat pendidikan, skala usaha, dan umur usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemahaman pelaku UMKM. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 1.225.403 responden dan penentuan sampel dengan teknik sampel jenuh sebanyak 301 responden. Teknik pengolahan dana menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tingkat pendidikan, skala usaha, dan umur usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemahaman pelaku UMKM dan secara simultan tingkat pendidikan, skala usaha, dan umur usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemahaman pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan premi, hasil investasi dan pertumbuhan aset terhadap laba. Berdasarkan hipotesis penelitian yang telah ditentukan diketahui bahwa pendapatan premi, hasil investasi dan pertumbuhan aset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 15 perusahaan sektor asuransi dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 12 perusahaan dalam kurun waktu 4 tahun dengan jumlah data sebanyak 48 data. Teknik pengolahan dana menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pendapatan premi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba, hasil investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba dan pertumbuhan aset tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba dan secara simultan pendapatan premi, hasil investasi dan pertumbuhan aset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of fiqh teachers in the independent learning curriculum learning process in fiqh subjects in class X of Madrasah Aliyah Miftahussalam Medan. (a) The independent learning curriculum emphasizes flexible, contextual learning, and is oriented towards developing students' competencies as a whole. In fiqh subjects, learning strategies focus on strengthening the understanding of fiqh concepts that can be applied in everyday life, as well as developing students' critical thinking skills and character. This study found that the application of project-based learning, discussion, and the use of technology are effective methods in exploring fiqh material. In addition, continuous and competency-based evaluation is also an important aspect in monitoring student development. (b) This study was conducted using a qualitative method, with a field study approach. (c) The results of this study are expected to provide important insights for educators in developing more relevant learning strategies according to the needs of students in facing the challenges of the 21st century.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in modern accounting practices. The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) enables the automation of accounting processes, big data analysis, and increased efficiency and accuracy in financial management. AI is applied in various aspects, including transaction recording, financial analysis, and anomaly and fraud detection. Various studies have shown that the use of AI in accounting can reduce human error, increase data processing speed, and enable more accurate strategic decision-making. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach to explore the extent of AI's influence on modern accounting systems. The results show that AI supports the automation of repetitive tasks, improves the accuracy of financial reports, and reduces operational costs. However, challenges in implementing AI include data security, algorithm bias, and the need for accountants to have technology and data analysis skills. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of adopting AI in accounting by considering ethical aspects, regulations, and human resource competencies. With the right strategy, AI can be a tool that supports the digital transformation of accounting without replacing the strategic role of accountants.
