Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of worker competence and position equality on work culture among outsourcing workers in the Dumai Integrated Development Zone. Worker competence is measured through their skills and knowledge, while position equality refers to workers' perceptions of fair treatment in task distribution and career opportunities. The work culture examined involves the values, norms, and behaviors applied in the work environment. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey research design. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to outsourcing workers in the area and analyzed using linear regression techniques to test the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The results indicate that both worker competence and position equality significantly influence the formation of a positive work culture. These findings provide insights for managers and related parties in formulating human resource management policies, particularly for outsourcing workers, to create a more productive and harmonious work environment.

Abstract

With the increasing population in Lanny Jaya District Tiom District, the Lanny Jaya District Government through the PUPR Office has prepared a Clean waterpipeline network in the Tiom Ollo district of Giari Kali Ninu Village. However, based on performance audit data in 2023, service coverage only reached 9,989 people or 1.05% of the population. This is worrying, because Ninu spring has a discharge capacity of 114 ltr/s, which should be able to serve the entire population in Tiom District, Lanny Jaya Regency. This study will examine the potential use of Ninu Spring to overcome the problem of clean water services in Tiom District and the obstacles faced so that the coverage of clean water services is not maximized. This research is quantitative research. The research is limited to Lanny Jaya Regency and the financial feasibility study analysis is limited to the NPV (Net Present Value) and IRR (Internal Rate of Return) methods. The results showed that the NPV is positive, indicating that the value of the project investment is smaller than the amount of income from the construction of the Lanny Jaya Regency Raw Water Intake so that it can be concluded that the development is feasible. The amount of IRR value in the Raw Water Intake Development of Lanny jaya Regency was obtained at 12%. This IRR value is much greater than the interest rate set at 10%, so it is concluded that the project is feasible to build. By paying attention to the research, recommendations are obtained to carry out maintenance, optimization of piping networks and intakes that are temporarily under construction.

Abstract

Objective: to analyze the role of agricultural extension workers in the implementation of the Rural Empowerment and Agricultural Development Scaling Up Initiative (READSI) program on empowering cocoa farmers in Lasusua district, North Kolaka regency and to analyze the impact of the Rural Empowerment and Agricultural Development Scaling Up Initiative (READSI) program on farmer empowerment in terms of cocoa farming income through field school activities (SL-Kakao) in Lasusua district, North Kolaka regency. Method: this type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research is more specific using a case study method. Results: the role of extension workers of the READSI program in Lasusua district is quite effective. As a dynamic, their role is classified as moderate because there are still challenges in increasing the independence and networking of farmer groups. However, their role as facilitators and motivators is classified as high, as seen from the success in delivering technology and increasing farmer enthusiasm. As a liaison, extension workers are very successful in bridging farmers with various parties, strengthening agribusiness networks, and facilitating access to resources. Conclusion: Overall, the synergistic role of extension workers has supported the increase in capacity and independence of cocoa farmers, while accelerating the successful implementation of the READSI program in Lasusua district, North Kolaka regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the structure, efficiency, and marketing margins of cocoa in North Kolaka Regency, focusing on two main distribution channels. Channel I follows the Farmer Collector/Wholesaler Factory pattern, with a marketing margin of Rp. 10,081/kg, while Channel II follows the Farmer Company pattern, with a margin of Rp. 7,329/kg. Efficiency calculations indicate that Channel I has an efficiency level of 0.25% and Channel II 0.21%, with lower percentage values indicating higher cost efficiency. Market concentration analysis using the concentration ratio of the four largest companies (CR4) yielded a value of 92%, indicating a very strong oligopoly market structure approaching monopoly. This condition indicates that pricing, supply volume, and product quality standards are heavily influenced by a handful of dominant players. Although product distribution is efficient, the high level of market concentration poses a risk of dependence on dominant players and barriers to entry for new players. Therefore, strengthening competition regulations, empowering farmer institutions, limiting distribution chains, and implementing product innovation strategies are necessary to improve the bargaining position of farmers and the cocoa supply chain.

Abstract

https://jurnal.usk.ac.id/riwayatThe consumer goods manufacturing sector is projected to remain the main driver of growth in Indonesias manufacturing industry. Although the sectors shares are relatively stable despite economic fluctuations, the companys value often experiences instability, one of which is caused by internal factors. This study examines the effect of managerial share ownership, institutional share ownership, eco-efficiency, and dividend policy on firm value, both partially and simultaneously, in consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2022-2024. This research uses an associative quantitative method. The population consists of 125 consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during 2022-2024, with 18 companies selected as samples through purposive sampling. Secondary data were obtained from annual finansial reports downloaded from www.idx.co.id. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, supported by descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS version 25. The result show that partially, managerial share ownership has a significant positive effect on firm value. However, institutional share ownership, eco-efficiency, and dividend policy have a positive but not significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, eco-efficiency, and dividend policy have a significant positive effect on firm value. The adjusted R square value of 17,2% indicates the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable, while the remaining 82,8% is influenced by other.

Abstract

Changes in educational organizations are inevitable in the midst of external dynamics that continue to develop. In the context of community-based Islamic schools, organizational change requires not only a structural strategy, but also a values-laden and spirituality approach. Transformational leadership is considered relevant in directing change because it is able to build long-term vision, innovation, and empowerment. When combined with intuition as a reflective instrument in decision-making, this approach has the potential to result in meaningful and sustainable transformation. This study aims to systematically synthesize the scientific literature on the integration of transformational leadership and intuition in the management of organizational change in Islamic educational institutions. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, which produced 14 relevant and valid scientific articles. The results of the study show that intuition-based transformational leadership is able to accelerate the adoption of change, build organizational trust, and increase stakeholder participation. Leadership practices in Islamic schools have peculiarities in aspects of spirituality, exemplary, and community culture. This study contributes to the development of educational leadership models that are contextual, reflective, and adaptive to the dynamics of change, as well as enriching the treasure of Islamic education management literature.

Abstract

This study examines the metaphor of expressing panyandra in the behavioral and bad categories in the web series Tilik by Wahyu Agung Prasetyo. In addition to the web series using Javanese and having many viewers, the web series also contains many panyandra, using a cognitive semantic approach, data collection using the listening and noting technique from the WeTv application. The analysis was carried out to identify the types of metaphors according to Kerbrat Orecchiomi, reference sources, and reference targets. This study aims to explain the types of metaphors, reference sources, and reference targets. The findings of this study reveal the types of metaphors according to Kerbrat Orecchiomi, namely explicit metaphors (in praesentia) and implicit metaphors (in absentia), and describes the source (source domain) and target reference (target domain). Explicit metaphor (in praesentia) is a metaphor that contains explicit meaning, while implicit metaphor (in absentia) is a metaphor that contains implied meaning and must be interpreted more deeply. After being classified into metaphor types, then analyzed phrases containing metaphors through reference sources (source domain) and reference targets (target domain). The results of the study show that the types of metaphors according to Kerbrat Orecchiomi in this study there are five types of explicit metaphors and three types of implicit metaphors, then mapping the table of reference sources and reference targets aims to interpret the meaning of panyandra from the speaker to the interlocutor, whether it is in the form of praise, sarcasm, criticism, and blame. The implication of this study for the study of cognitive semantics is to broaden the understanding of the meaning of language, because the study of cognitive semantics helps understand the formation of language meaning that is processed through the human mind.
