Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus mencari dan menganalisis Makna Simbolik Ornamen pada Makam Raja-Raja Binamu Jeneponto ditinjau dari kajian semiotika. Pada makam raja-raja, telah temukan berbagai bentuk ragam hias yang unik, dan dibalik keindahan dan keunikannya terdapat makna dibalik setiap ukirannya. metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan library research. Kemudian, setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan menganalisis data yang ada sesuai dengan metode analisis data dalam bidang sejarah. Dari jenis penelitian kualitatif yang telah dilakukan, maka ditemukan hasil bahwa ragam hias yang terdapat pada makam terbagi menjadi enam bagian, yaitu flora, fauna, geometris, non-geomteris, manusia dan juga peralatan. Penggunaan kategori ragam hias yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah ragam hias flora dengan varian berupa sulur-sulur dan bunga.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and job characteristics on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance in the Central Java High Court. The study population includes all 154 employees, with 122 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 23. Validity, reliability, and model feasibility tests were conducted to ensure the quality of the data and analysis model. The results of the study indicate that well-structured workloads have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Job characteristics such as task variety, responsibility, and role clarity were also found to increase employee satisfaction. Additionally, workload and job characteristics have a direct and significant influence on performance improvement. Job satisfaction acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between workload and performance, as well as between job characteristics and performance. These findings emphasize the importance of managing a healthy and supportive work environment to create satisfied and high-performing employees. Non-technical factors such as perceptions of work are proven to play a significant role in shaping overall organizational performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran merek terhadap loyalitas merek, dengan Kopi Kapal Api sebagai studi kasus. Latar belakang penelitian ini didorong oleh persaingan ketat di industri kopi Indonesia, di mana Kapal Api sebagai merek mapan menghadapi gempuran merek "kekinian". Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 192 responden di Pulau Jawa yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner berskala Likert yang disebarkan melalui Google Forms. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Partial Least Squares (PLS) menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek (=0.609; p=0.000), membuktikan bahwa kesadaran merek yang kuat, yang dibangun melalui strategi pemasaran efektif seperti slogan "Jelas Lebih Enak", berperan penting dalam mempertahankan loyalitas konsumen. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan merek untuk menjaga posisi pasar di tengah persaingan.

Abstract

The Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) is a global movement that aims to end international support for Israeli aggression against Palestinians and pressure Israel to comply with international law. This movement targets companies and products closely connected to Israeli violations, as any business relations with them are considered direct support for Israeli aggression against Palestine. Indonesia and Malaysia, as two Muslim majority countries in Southeast Asia, demonstrate their solidarity with the Palestinian people through the BDS Movement. This study employs a comparative method to examine similarities and differences in the implementation of the BDS Movement in both countries. The analysis is guided by the Transnational Advocacy Network (TAN) theory to explain the role of networks, framing strategies, and mobilization in shaping each country's BDS efforts. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the BDS Movement in Malaysia and Indonesia, as well as to compare its dynamics, challenges, and impacts in the two contexts. The results of this study indicate that the Indonesian public remains selective in implementing the BDS Movement, while the Malaysian public has been more consistent in their actions. The study also finds that the BDS Movement in Malaysia has had a substantial impact on companies, resulting in stock declines, whereas in Indonesia, the movement has had a more direct effect on employees of the boycotted companies, who are vulnerable to layoffs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of educational technology in fostering the critical thinking abilities of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Wargabinangun, Kaliwedi Subdistrict. The background of the study is the lack of integration of critical thinking habits in learning and the scarcity of varied learning resources. The method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the use of educational technology can enhance learning activities as well as students' critical thinking skills. Out of 33 students, 28 (80%) have completed the requirements, while 5 (20%) others have not yet completed, surpassing the target set at 75%. Thus, educational technology has proven to be effective in improving students' critical thinkingabilities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pertama; menganalisis strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pengembangan pendidikan Islam di empat sekolah dasar Manokwari, kedua; menganalisis faktor penghambat kepemimpinan dalam pengembangan pendidikan islam di Sekolah Dasar Manokwari. Ketiga; menganalisis hasil yang telah dicapai dari Pengembangan pendidikan Islam di Sekolah Dasar Manokwari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Pendekatan Penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder. teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama; Strategi Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Kepala sekolah menjalankan peran kepemimpinan dengan pendekatan yang berfokus pada nilai-nilai Islam, yang ditunjukkan melalui keteladanan, fasilitasi kegiatan keislaman, dan integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam budaya sekolah. Strategi yang digunakan mencakup pembiasaan ibadah, penguatan program tahfiz, serta pelibatan orang tua dalam pembinaan karakter Islami siswa. Kedua; Faktor Penghambat Pengembangan pendidikan Islam masih menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan guru, kurangnya dukungan dari lingkungan rumah, serta pengaruh negatif media dan pergaulan luar. Namun demikian, upaya kolektif dari kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua telah menjadi faktor pendorong dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Ketiga; Hasil Pengembangan Pendidikan Islam Program pendidikan Islam di sekolah dasar telah memberikan dampak nyata terhadap perilaku dan kesadaran keislaman siswa. Siswa menunjukkan peningkatan dalam ibadah, akhlak, kedisiplinan, dan tanggung jawab. Nilai-nilai Islami juga terbawa ke lingkungan rumah dan menjadi kebiasaan positif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Impilikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah diharapkan kepada Kepala sekolah, agar terus meningkatkan peran kepemimpinan yang tidak hanya administratif tetapi juga sebagai teladan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai Islam melalui pembiasaan, pengarahan, dan komunikasi persuasif kepada guru, siswa, dan warga sekolah lainnya.

Abstract

The process of learning the piano involves more than the acquisition of technical skills; it also encompasses theoretical understanding, aesthetic appreciation, and adaptation to individual learner needs. This literature review examines the assimilation of piano learning through the integration of technique, theory, and technology, synthesizing findings from ten recent academic studies. The analysis reveals that effective assimilation occurs across five key dimensions: (1) multidimensional integration of technical proficiency, theoretical knowledge, and artistic expression; (2) combination of multiple memory strategies, including aural, visual, kinesthetic, and analytical approaches; (3) adaptation of teaching methods for learners with special needs; (4) interdisciplinary collaboration between music pedagogy and related sciences such as biomechanics; and (5) incorporation of technological innovations, ranging from adaptive visualisation tools to passive haptic rehearsal devices. The findings highlight that assimilation in piano learning is a dynamic, creative, and adaptive process that bridges traditional pedagogy with modern advancements. This integrated approach not only enhances skill acquisition but also fosters a deeper, more sustainable engagement with music. Future research is recommended to explore how these dimensions can be optimized simultaneously to achieve more inclusive and effective piano learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the lyrics of the song "Kawanen Saur" using a Peircean semiotic approach, focusing on understanding the signs contained in the lyrics and how these lyrics reflect the life experiences and cultural values of Indonesian society, especially during the month of Ramadan. The results of the analysis show that the lyrics of this song describe a person's concrete experience, especially the difficulty of waking up in the morning, through a combination of representamen, objects, and interpretants that produce a deep understanding of the behavior and situations experienced by the individual. The lyrics also describe the struggle between physical needs, social norms, and religious morality, by showing the internal conflict that arises due to the difference between desires and applicable rules. In addition, this analysis reveals that the lyrics function as a representation of Indonesian culture, by describing the experience of breaking the fast and conveying a profound moral message. Through the elements of representamen, objects, and interpretants, a humorous and reflective meaning is created that not only provides entertainment but also reflects a culture rich in spiritual and social values. In conclusion, the lyrics of the song Kawanen Saur not only represent a personal story, but also describe collective values in society, as well as showing the spirit of hard work and the hope for spiritual rewards through dedication and devotion.

Abstract

Violin learning presents its own set of challenges, particularly in developing students fundamental techniques and musical sensitivity, which require refined motor coordination and heightened auditory perception. The observed low effectiveness of conventional violin instructionoften centered on verbal guidance and repetition without sufficient sensory supporthighlights the need for more innovative pedagogical approaches. This study aims to investigate the role of stimuli in violin learning through a comprehensive academic literature review, with a specific focus on visual, auditory, and haptic modalities. The research adopts a qualitative literature review method, drawing from peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2015 and 2025. Findings indicate that the application of multimodal stimuli significantly enhances technical accuracy, accelerates the learning process, and boosts student motivation and engagement. These results underscore that stimuli function not merely as supplementary tools, but as essential components in effective violin teaching strategies that are responsive to students diverse learning needs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work-life balance and work environment on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Batang Regency Secretariat. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 109 respondents from a total population of 189 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test validity, reliability testing using Cronbach's Alpha, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression with the Statistical Package for Social Sciences Version 27 application, and mediation testing using the Sobel Test. The results of the study indicate that (1) work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (6) job satisfaction mediates work-life balance on employee performance (7) job satisfaction mediates work environment on employee performance.
