Abstract

It takes ability and insight to address the different issues that the community faces when constructing a village or nagari. There is no ivory that is uncracked. This indicates that despite my frailty as the Guardian of the Nagari Kumanis, Sijunjung Regency, West Sumatra, a powerful force is guiding me as I work with the Nagari Kumanis populace. UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar is the group. The university and LPPM have always collaborated to advance Nagari Kumanis ever since it was known as STAIN Batusangkar, then changed to IAIN Batusangkar, and is currently known as UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. The five keys service initiatives for LPPM UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar in Nagari Kumanis include management of BUMNAG and UMKN, promotion of traditional Nagari institutions, increasing religiosity through monthly wirids, and educational growth through parental activities. UMKN is supported and managed by Featured Program for Service to LPPM UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar through BUMDES Batu Jonggi Kumanis. Central BRI and Pajajaran University have ranked BUMDES Batu Jonggi as the 16th best village in the country as a consequence of its intensive and persistent coaching. We, the Nagari Kumanis, would want to convey our sincere appreciation to LPPM UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar.

Abstract

This dedication is motivated by the lack of optimal learning and teaching processes for students at school in receiving the material presented by the teacher. Since the pandemic, MAS TI students in Agam Regency have felt bored because the method used by Mr/Mrs Teachers must be online, while MAS teachers in Agam Regency are still relatively weak in IT knowledge. So the IAIN Batusangkar Service Team seeks to provide assistance for teachers to utilize IT in designing learning media that is attractive to students. From the results of the assistance, it was described that 35 participants consisted of 30 people who met the eligibility requirements for the content of teaching materials, 33 people who met the language eligibility requirements, and 25 people who met the eligibility requirements for presentation. This diversity is influenced by the teacher's ability to manage electronic teaching materials, namely the use of design applications such as Adobe Photoshop and KVI Soft, with regular training from practitioners in providing knowledge of developing teaching materials, of course, will further improve the ability of teachers. In the workshop activities carried out it consisted of 20 people aged 25-40 years and the rest were over 40 years old, this also affected teacher productivity in developing IT-based teaching materials.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to increase community literacy in the Al-Qur'an. The ABCD (Asset Based Community Driven Development) strategy is the technique employed. It was discovered that there are still not enough people available, particularly for those who teach the QurÔÇÖan. These restrictions include things like instructing pupils without a specified curriculum. Additionally, the honorarium paid to instructors is still below the legal minimum wage. This is so that parents of students can contribute to the honorarium. The ability to read and write the Koran is something that parents genuinely want for their children, though. Gave aid to instructors in creating curricula and effective learning techniques for the Holy QurÔÇÖan.
