Abstract

With around 267 million inhabitants in SUPAS 2019, Indonesia is the fourth most densely populated nation behind the United States. Its population is diverse in terms of social, religious, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds. There are various variables that influence the variety of Indonesian society, and it comes from within and outside the community itself. The integrity of the Indonesian nation may be threatened by this challenge of such variety. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to assess diversity using a single Bhinneka framework. This study use a library technique to gather literature related to the research that is being conducted. The study's findings demonstrate that, in the current state of affairs, efforts to strengthen ties between tribal, religious, and other social groups can be made via collaboration utilizing the equality, respect, and equality tenets found in Bhinneka Singh Ika's framework for the national integration of the Indonesian people.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of service quality, price, and facilities on customer satisfaction at Wuling Arista Bekasi. The automotive industry faces increasing competition, requiring each car dealer to attract customers through various strategies based on their offerings. Consumers generally desire faster and better car buying and selling services. Car dealers, including Wuling Arista Bekasi, must achieve customer satisfaction through various tactics to consistently provide high-quality services. The results of the study indicate that the three variables play an important role in shaping customer satisfaction. Most respondents are satisfied with the quality of service provided, consider the offered prices to be competitive, and appreciate the adequate facilities. However, there is an expectation for more promotions and facility improvements to further enhance customer satisfaction.

Abstract

In light of Imam Shafi'i's opinions on the topic of marriage law for pregnant women, this study seeks to understand why the judge approved the request for a marriage dispensation due to pregnancy. This research makes use of a qualitative methodology. Interviews are conducted as a means of gathering information. This study employs descriptive data analysis. Case Number: 70/Pdt.P/2023/PA, a marriage dispensation, is also investigated in this research. How Sby and the judge feel about pregnant women getting married, and how Imam Shafi'i feels about it. Based on the findings, it is legal to marry a pregnant woman, according to both Islamic law and the teachings of Imam Shafi'i on the subject of marriage. Nonetheless, the gender of the husband makes a difference. A man is considered to be the one who impregnates a woman if he marries her outside of a marriage contract, according to Law No. 1 of 1974 in the Compilation of Islamic Law. Imam Shafi'i, on the other hand, says that a man may legally wed a pregnant woman even if she impregnates him. It is advisable to wait for the baby to be born if a lady becomes pregnant as a result of talaq. others.

Abstract

Digital transformation has brought significant changes in various aspects of the organization, including management management. This study aims to review the impact of digital transformation on the change in processes and roles of technology in management management. The research method used is the literature study and analysis of case studies in several organizations that have implemented deditalization of confurtion. The results showed that digitization in management management not only increased efficiency and accuracy in document management, but also accelerated workflow and reduced operational costs. Technology such as digital document management systems, electronic signatures, and collaboration platforms are key factors that encourage effectiveness in management management. This study concluded that digital transformation is an essential strategic step for organizations to remain competitive in the digital era, with significant implications for increasing productivity and quality of service. Recommendations for further implementation include increasing technology infrastructure and staff training to ensure optimal adaptation to this change.

Abstract

In this modern era, technological developments have spurred changes in individual habits in carrying out buying and selling transactions. Currently the buying and selling model has progressed, which we know as online buying and selling, where when a buyer wants to buy an item no longer needs to come and meet face to face with the seller, just by using a gedjet and laptop, the item ordered will arrive. With the various conveniences available, many people choose to shop online on the grounds that they can save time and don't have to leave the house. However, there are some drawbacks and impacts for the real market. One of the impacts is that the market is starting to be empty of buyers. In some cases, there are shortcomings in online shopping, including the presence of sellers who are not trustworthy, so that the goods ordered do not match those in the picture. Sometimes the description of the item does not match the photo shown. Another case is that there is a buyer who is not trustworthy with his order, when he orders goods purchased using the COD payment method, after the goods arrive the buyer does not want to pay for them. This aims to analyze the e-commerce transaction mechanism according to perfective sharia economics. The results of the analysis concluded that in terms of technical transactions, whether in the form of buying and selling services or goods, if the goods are delivered in a reliable manner because they are non-digital, then e-commerce transactions can be analogous to buying and selling al-salam, which has been regulated since its inception. Islam through the Sunnah of the Prophet PBUH. The use of e-commerce in Indonesia is permitted as long as both parties understand each other. The development of the use of e-commerce has had a big influence on various countries, both locally and internationally, including Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is a very important aspect that plays a role in a company to ensure organizational processes run effectively. Employees need to understand the ins and outs of their work in order to be able to carry out their work optimally and fulfill the needs and responsibilities of their position. Job description is a clear and detailed description or guideline that must be completed by an employee. The literature review method was carried out by collecting books and journals from various information sources, both national and international. It was found that there were significant results between the influence of job descriptions on job satisfaction. Employees who have clarity regarding their duties will be more focused in understanding the direction of their work, and in the end can achieve maximum performance results and bring job satisfaction.

Abstract

The marriage system in Gayo, especially in the Hakim community of Lut Tawar District, strictly prohibits marriage with the same village of origin. This is a provision from ancient ancestors who lived in groups and lived in the same area because the group still had sibling relationships. Then to avoid quarrels between kuru, a rule was made that prohibited marriage within one kuru. This is considered an ancestral vow. This marriage only prohibits marriage to the guardian's hometown (father). If there is a violation of this custom, then the mistake that can be punished in the form of parak by slaughtering a buffalo and giving rice and cooking utensils given to the community as village cleaners. This study aims to find out how the parak marriage custom in Central Aceh and the consequences of the parak marriage custom law in Lut Tawar District, Central Aceh District. The research method used is empirical juridical by collecting data from the field. Then the research approach used qualitatively will reveal the social meaning of the phenomena that will be obtained from the respondents. Furthermore, the nature of this research is descriptive qualitative by describing and answering in detail the problems to be studied. Based on the results of the study it is known that the custom of parak marriage does not prohibit same-tribe marriages. However, it is forbidden to marry one kuru (group) that has existed since ancient times. Then parak happened because of relatives who were caused by the marriage of agon, juelen so they moved around the village and now Kosu's marriage always remembers the hometown of the guardian. In Islamic law, marriage is also prohibited because one lineage is an arrangement and result of a marriage relationship.  The author can conclude that the custom of parak marriage is not against Islamic law. It was suggested to Reje (village head), traditional leaders, and community leaders and other parties to carry out a movement in the form of an annual visit to the kuru to strengthen adat because currently there is a lot of mixing of tribes from all over.

Abstract

Research on the Performance of Officials in Administrative Services at the Pasir Putih Subdistrict Office, with problems including the knowledge and motivation of officials in carrying out services to the community. Apart from that, this research also aims to describe the knowledge and motivation of officers in carrying out services. To be able to answer this research problem, this research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomological approach. This needs to be done to understand and know clearly the information that is the main variable in this research. From the results of data analysis, it was found that 1) In principle, the service runs as usual, where every person who is the party being served, both administratively and in connection with consultation, can be served. However, the service process does not meet expectations such as speed and responsiveness and one of the causes is the lack of facilities and relatively low employee attendance. 2) Furthermore, the knowledge possessed by officers who work in the office does not require formal education because it has no impact on existing work, because the principles of service work are more routine oriented, and there are no types of work that are innovative and require special knowledge. Usually there are policies that are implementable from the government/region, sub-districts as technical implementers accompanied by complete technical guidelines. 3) Regarding the motivation of officers working at the Pasir Putih Subdistrict Office, from the results of data analysis, it was found that a person's ability to carry out work can be seen from his enthusiasm, but motivation can also be seen from the impact of carrying out work on self-development achievements which is relatively lacking or even non-existent. Motivation is seen only due to encouragement from an officer because of ASN status and efforts to avoid obstacles in the regular promotion process.

Abstract

The times have made many new media more effective and efficient for promoting advertisements. Product placement is now a proven strategy that has been widely used by marketers. Product marketing through product placement is also able to overcome the tendency of audience saturation and the ineffectiveness of advertising on television media, because product placement carries out promotional activities by simply placing products as elements or properties in movies. In addition, product placement in movie plots can also increase brand awareness by the audience). The researcher intends to investigate the impact of product placement on the brand awareness of "Fullo" among adolescents in the film Mencuri Raden Saleh, as indicated by the aforementioned description. The data collection technique employed in this study was the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents using a Likert scale. A purposive sampling technique was employed in this investigation. The findings of this investigation suggest that the brand awareness variable (Y) is significantly influenced by the product placement variable (X). The hypothesis test yielded a significance value of 0.000, which is less than the 0.05 threshold. Additionally, the Fcount of 124.269 is greater than the Ftable of 2.701. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H0) is refuted and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted, suggesting that the outcome of this investigation is that product placement has a substantial impact on Fullo's brand recognition in the film Mencuri Raden Saleh.

Abstract

The attempt to identify the student’s motivation towards English has been extensively studied. However, identifying the students learning to write in relation to employment is scarcely conducted. In fact, writing skill has been postulated as the most challenging and rewarding skill to acquire future employment. The present study was conducted qualitatively. The reason for using qualitative was the limited time and sources that the researcher had. The sources of data were taken from the students who are currently studying in an English department, where the researcher is working as one of their English lecturers. There were 10 participants who were recruited randomly and voluntarily. The application of random sampling was aimed to allow the participants to freely and conveniently participate in the study. The instrument employed was an open-ended interview. The data analysed was the participants’ verbal responses delivered during the interviews. The finding indicated that learning to write was both important and challenging for them. With regard to the students’ future, learning to write was perceived important for students as they had to compete with the other university graduates to secure a decent employment. They thought that being an English graduate was not viewed from the way they communicate orally but more on the way to create formal impression through written media in which they are using to find jobs. Besides, the potential migration of the students to other English speaking countries is also perceived as the other primary reason for the student to acquire this skill. Since their motivation to learn English was instrumental and not integrative, despite planning to stay overseas, they considered that there were more aspects that should be done through writing rather than speaking. For instance, when dealing with documents and making reports they should rely on their writing skill rather than other skills.
