<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the contribution of emotion regulation and resilience to Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI) as a form of psychopathology in adolescents. The research method used is a literature review of 26 scientific articles published between 2019 and 2025. The findings indicate that emotion dysregulation and high self-criticism are major predictors of self-harming behavior, often used as a maladaptive coping strategy to manage emotional distress. Adolescents with poor emotional control are more vulnerable to engaging in NSSI. In contrast, resilience acts as an important protective factor that helps reduce the tendency toward self-injury through the development of adaptive coping, social support, and self-compassion. Strengthening resilience enables adolescents to better manage stress and negative emotions. The study concludes that psychological interventions focusing on improving emotion regulation and resilience are essential to reduce the risk of psychopathology and promote better mental health among adolescents.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of Mobile JKN services at dr. Bratanata Hospital, Jambi City in 2025. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to explore real conditions in the field. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving key informants, main informants, and supporting informants. The findings indicate that the implementation of Mobile JKN has not been fully optimal. Technical barriers such as system errors, unstable internet connections, and data synchronization issues are still frequently encountered. In addition, non-technical barriers such as low digital literacy among patients and limited human resources also affect service effectiveness. Weak coordination between institutions further complicates the implementation process. These conditions result in increased waiting times, higher patient complaints, and a return to manual service systems. Strengthening infrastructure, improving human resource capacity, and optimizing inter-system integration are necessary to enhance digital health service performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of the policy of adding train cars to the KRL Red Line (Bogor–Jakarta Kota) and to examine users’ responses and perceptions regarding service improvements at Manggarai Station. The research employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews with KRL passengers and station personnel, supported by relevant literature. The findings indicate that the addition of train cars positively improved travel comfort by reducing passenger overcrowding and enhancing mobility. The policy was also perceived as a responsive initiative by the service provider to address increasing passenger demand. However, several challenges remain, including congestion during peak hours, schedule punctuality, and limited operational information. Therefore, continuous improvement efforts are required to enhance service effectiveness, optimize operational performance, strengthen passenger satisfaction, and ensure sustainable, reliable, efficient, and user-oriented public transportation services in the future.]]>

The population in this study were all Ferinesia Mobile customers at PT. Uki Raya Lines Cab.Kendari. The sample in this study was 100 respondents using the lemeshow formula. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) with a calculation process assisted by the Smart PLS 4 program. The results of the study showed that: e-service quality had a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty. E-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e-trust. E-trust has a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty. E-service quality has a positive and significant effect on loyalty through e-trust.]]>

<![CDATA[Brand value is an important intangible asset that can enhance customer loyalty, reduce marketing costs, and support premium pricing, thereby contributing to a company's profitability and firm value. This study aims to examine the impact of financial brand value on profitability and firm value in the Food & Beverage sub-industry in Indonesia during the 2019–2023 period, using a quantitative research design with annual report data from 17 companies selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using panel regression, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results show that financial brand value has no significant effect, and tends to be negatively related, to ROA, ROE, and ROC. The prestige driver shows mixed and insignificant results across all three profitability indicators. The loyalty driver is the most significant positive factor influencing ROA and ROE. The extension driver generally shows no significant effect. Regarding firm value, brand value has a significant positive effect on stock price but an insignificant negative relationship with Tobin's Q. Interestingly, the previous year's brand value has a significant positive effect on ROA and ROC, indicating a long-term effect of brand value on financial performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Rattan is an environmentally friendly alternative material with significant potential for the handicraft industry, particularly in Southeast Sulawesi. However, the rattan splitting process is still predominantly performed manually, resulting in low efficiency, long processing time, and increased occupational safety risks. Therefore, this study aims to design and evaluate the performance of a semi-automatic rattan splitting machine that is efficient, ergonomic, and environmentally sustainable. The research methodology includes the stages of design, manufacturing, assembly, and performance testing . Performance tests were carried out by comparing the splitting time between manual methods and the proposed machine, using rattan diameters ranging from 10 mm to 20 mm. The results indicate that the designed rattan splitting machine significantly improves processing efficiency and production capacity, produces more uniform split results, and reduces material waste. In addition, the machine demonstrates efficient fuel consumption, making it suitable for small- to medium-scale handicraft industries, the proposed machine provides a practical solution to enhance productivity, economic efficiency & environmental sustainability in rattan processing industries]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the role of human resource optimization in improving the quality of public services through a literature review approach. The research employed a qualitative method using a library research approach by examining relevant scientific journals, books, legislation, and policy documents. The findings indicate that human resource optimization can be achieved through competency development, continuous training, strengthening work ethics, professional development, and the implementation of an integrated performance management system. In addition, transformational leadership, an adaptive organizational culture, and public service motivation significantly contribute to improving service quality. The implementation of the New Public Service principles also encourages public officials to deliver services that are more responsive, accountable, and citizen-oriented. The study concludes that human resources are a strategic factor in achieving high-quality public services. Therefore, sustainable, systematic, and well-planned human resource development policies are essential to enhance the capacity of public officials and improve the quality of services provided to the community.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to optimize the rationality of pharmacotherapy, improve clinical outcomes, and ensure patient safety in healthcare services. A systematic review with thematic analysis was conducted on 25 scientific articles published between 2021 and 2026 and retrieved from PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. The selected articles were analyzed to identify the determinants of irrational drug use and strategies for improving pharmacotherapy quality. The findings revealed that irrational drug use is influenced by individual clinical factors and systemic healthcare barriers. Four major strategies were identified: strengthening patient-centered pharmaceutical care, implementing intelligent digital systems, enhancing interprofessional collaboration, and developing innovative drug dosage forms. In conclusion, the integrated implementation of these strategies has the potential to reduce medication errors, lower healthcare costs, improve therapeutic effectiveness, and enhance patients’ quality of life in a sustainable manner.]]>

<![CDATA[Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) remains a major public health concern in Indonesia. Optimal utilization of Antenatal Care (ANC) is essential for early detection of pregnancy-related risks and prevention of maternal complications. Maternal knowledge, family support, and the quality of healthcare services may influence ANC utilization. This case-control study analyzed the association of maternal knowledge, family support, and healthcare service quality with ANC utilization among 60 respondents (30 cases and 30 controls) at Putri Ayu Public Health Center, Jambi City. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed with the Exact McNemar test at a 95% confidence level. Results: Maternal knowledge was significantly associated with ANC utilization (p = 0.039). However, family support (p = 0.727) and healthcare service quality (p = 0.250) showed no significant association. <![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of lifestyle and financial literacy on the consumptive behavior of Management students from the 2022 cohort at Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton. This research employed a quantitative approach using primary data collected through questionnaires. Data were gathered through field research, literature review, and questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that, partially, the lifestyle variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior (Y), with a calculated t-value of 8.456, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.979, and a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). Meanwhile, the financial literacy variable (X2) has a negative and significant effect on consumptive behavior (Y), with a calculated t-value of -3.245, which exceeds the critical t-value in absolute terms, and a significance value of 0.002 (< 0.05). Simultaneously, lifestyle and financial literacy have a significant effect on consumptive behavior, as evidenced by the F-test result with a calculated F-value of 43.458 and a significance value of 0.000. Therefore, lifestyle and financial literacy play important roles in shaping students' consumptive behavior.]]>
