Abstract

The performance of Islamic religious education teachers has a significant impact on the spiritual and academic development of students in madrasas. This article reviews the strategies of madrasa heads in improving the performance of Islamic religious education teachers. Research highlights the importance of transformational leadership and fostering professionalism as key elements in such strategies. Through an open and collaborative communication approach, madrasah heads can motivate teachers to develop their pedagogical and scientific competencies. In addition, providing ongoing support, training and relevant curriculum development is an integral part of the strategy. The practical and theoretical implications of this research are also discussed to support improving the quality of Islamic religious education in madrasas. This thesis aims to find out the strategy of madrasah heads in improving the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers at Mts Muhammadiyah Banjarmangu Banjarnegara. This thesis uses a qualitative field approach. The research location is Mts Muhammadiyah Banjarmangu Banjarnegara. The data sources used include primary data, namely the results of interviews with madrasa heads, Islamic Religious Education teachers, madrasa committees, and madrasa supervisors. Secondary data was obtained from documentation, photos of activities and madrasa profiles. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Understand the concept of implementing Istighosah SMK Takhassus Al Qur'an Wonosobo in instilling religious values ​​in its students; 2) knowing the implementation of Istighosah in instilling religious values ​​in students at Takhasus Al Qur'an Vocational School, Wonosobo; 3) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses qualitative field methods to examine complex and dynamic problems. This method was chosen so that data obtained from sources through direct interviews could be filtered more naturally and produce scientific answers. The results of this research show that Takhasus Al-Qur'an Vocational School applies the concept of Istighosah as an effort to instill religious values ​​and religious character in students. This program requires all students to take part in Istighosah activities which are held every day before learning begins. Takhasus Al-Qur'an Vocational School holds Istighosah as a means to foster spiritual awareness and instill religious values ​​in its students. Through this program, it is hoped that students will be able to integrate these values ​​in their daily lives. In instilling religious values ​​through istighosah activities, there are supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of Istighosah in instilling students' religious values. The successful implementation of Istighosah to instill religious values ​​in students is supported by good cooperation between teachers, adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as a supportive environment so that the cultivation of religious characters can continue to be integrated into students' daily lives. There are several obstacles that hinder the effective implementation of Istighosah to instill religious values ​​in Takhasus Al-Qur'an Vocational School students, including students' limited understanding of Istighosah, lack of self-control, and lack of habit in carrying out Istighosah prayers.

Abstract

Higher education is an important foundation for individual and societal development. However, students often face challenges in maintaining a balance between academic demands and active participation in non-academic activities, such as organizations and committees. This research aims to explore the dynamics of Law Faculty (FH) students' responsibilities in Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) and their roles in organizations and committees, with an emphasis on leadership aspects. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach, by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 32 FH students who are active in student organizations. The research results show that the majority of respondents are able to divide their time between academic and non-academic activities well. Most respondents prioritize academic activities when facing exams, but remain consistent in organizational responsibilities. These findings emphasize the importance of balance between academic and non-academic activities in achieving optimal achievement at FH. In addition, the role of leadership is considered crucial in helping students manage their responsibilities effectively. It is hoped that this research can make a significant contribution to the development of higher education and student leadership at the Faculty of Law.

Abstract

The era of globalization easily brings about significant social changes and leads the current generation to experience an ethical and moral crisis. Therefore, the gonverment seeks to realize a cultured nation through strengthening the values of character education as stipulated in Presidential Regulation No. 87 of 2017. This reseacrh aims to: Understand the implementation of faith and morality learning towards dicipline among 5th-grade students at MI Al-Qur’an Al-Kayyis, and Determine the impacts of the implementation of faith and morality learning towards dicipline among 5th-grade students at MI Al-Qur’an Al-Kayyis. The method used in this reseacrh is qualitative method with a field reseacrh approach. The reseacrh findings indicate that the implementation of faith and morality learning towards the dicipline of 5th-grade students at MI Al-Qur’an Al-Kayyis is carried out through habituation, rules, and punishments. The habituation includes practicing the the 5S (smile, greet, welcome, politeness, and courtesy), habituation of prayers, memorization and recitation of surahs, habituation of performing Duha and Zuhur prayers in congregation, and extracurricular activities. These activities are an integration of faith and morality learning designed to shape individuals who are responsible for their own lives, possess strong dicipline, noble character, and are capable of facing life challenges wisely.

Abstract

This research aims to introduce the characteristics of children with autism and interventions to treat them. This refers to the child's daily behavior both at school and at home. And also several therapies that have been carried out, the impact of several interventions that have been carried out. carried out produces several benefits that are useful for stimulating children's development in the cognitive and social fields, even though it is gradual and slow. Autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects communication, social interactions, and behavior. Every child with autism is unique, but there are several common behaviors and treatment methods that are often used. This research is about children who have autism, children have very visible behavioral deviations, so they need special intervention to handle them. Handling children with autism involves an individual approach and often requires a combination of various methods. The impacts of the behavior they carry out at school require intervention by going to psychiatrists and other treatments that help their psychological development.

Abstract

Siri marriage is still a social phenomenon, which is quite widespread and has become an area of ​​debate in society. The practice of unregistered marriages is carried out by people who do not understand the law, although it does not rule out the possibility that unregistered marriages are carried out by people who understand the law. For some people who still think that unregistered marriage is the best way out and there is no element of sin in it because it has been done, according to religion, it's just not registered through a marriage registrar by the religious affairs office so it doesn't have clear evidence. Even if it is understood in terms of consequences law, then unregistered marriages have an impact on problems that will occur not only for the wife but also for the status of the children. Even though a siri marriage is a marriage that meets the requirements for harmony of marriage, for certain reasons, it is not registered at the religious affairs office. The basic things felt by women carrying out betel marriages include; psychological problems and mental stress as a result of legal uncertainty regarding his marital status. This psychological burden also occurs because of society's stereotypes of women in unregistered marriages who are considered mistresses, pregnant out of wedlock, cheaters and so on, and will affect their education and the most important thing is their religious education. This research uses library research. The method used in this research is a normative juridical research method. Normative juridical research is legal research carried out by examining library or secondary materials. In the library research method, the author uses secondary data, namely data obtained from library materials, such as; books, journals, and more.

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum has been implemented at various levels of education in Indonesia, including elementary schools (SD). This research aims to examine the 2013 Curriculum evaluation system at SDN 16 Tanjung Batu, with a focus on the evaluation process, evaluation instruments, and implementation of evaluation results. The research method used is literature study and secondary data analysis. The purpose of this 2013 curriculum research is to find solutions to all existing problems in order to achieve good, quality education and its implications for the progress of a nation and state. The research results show that the 2013 Curriculum evaluation system at SDN 16 Tanjung Batu still experiences several obstacles, such as lack of clarity in the evaluation process, lack of valid and reliable evaluation instruments, and minimal implementation of evaluation results in improving learning. This research also identified several recommendations for improving the 2013 Curriculum evaluation system at SDN 16 Tanjung Batu, including developing evaluation instruments that are appropriate to learning objectives, training for educators in conducting effective evaluations, and using evaluation results as a basis for designing curriculum improvements. Apart from training for educators, educators must also undergo coaching and workshops regarding these programs. So that the program can run well if it is prepared carefully, with the government socializing it so that there is continuity by taking level interests into account. It is hoped that the findings from this research can provide input for schools, teachers and related stakeholders in improving the effectiveness of the 2013 Curriculum evaluation system at SDN 16 Tanjung Batu, so that it can support better achievement of learning goals.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the effect of implementing curriculum 13 in Islamic religious education subjects on students' daily behavior and the quality of students' Al-Qur'an reading at SMA IT Astri Al-Ikhlas, Tanjung Batu Seberang Village. The Islamic religious education curriculum in public schools needs to be developed so that it is able to balance and respond to the challenges of the times. This research was conducted using interviews and bibliography studies. The results of this research found that the implementation of the Islamic religious education curriculum at SMA IT Astri Al-Ikhlas integrates three educational environments (school, family and community), as well as science with Islamic teachings. The curriculum used is the 2013 curriculum based on the teachings of Manhaj Tarbiyah as reflected in the curriculum components which use an exemplary approach.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential of the creative economy to support the development of gili Indah Tourism Village, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.This study uses qualitative methods with a case study approach.The data collection process uses observation, interview,and documentation methods.Furthermore, the data is processed using data analysis techniques Milles and Huberman which includes data reduction,assessment, and conclusion or verification. The results of this study revealed that Gili Indah village has a promising creative economic potential, especially in the handicraft subsector such as crafts from coconut shells, wood, and accessories from local materials that are hereditary cultural heritage. Creative economic potential in Gili Indah village has a very important role in supporting the development of Sustainable Tourism Village. The creative economy plays a role in providing products and services that become tourist attractions, increasing income and welfare of the community, preserving local culture and wisdom, and creating new jobs for rural communities.

Abstract

Independent learning is important for deaf students. This research aims to examine the role of teachers in supporting the independent learning of deaf students at SLB Ayodya Tulada Surabaya. A case study approach was used to collect data through observation, interviews with teachers and students, as well as documentation of teaching and learning activities. The research results show that teachers act as facilitators, motivators, mentors and evaluators in supporting the independent learning of deaf students. Teachers facilitate learning by using various methods and media that suit the needs of deaf students. Teachers also motivate students to learn independently, and guide them in developing effective learning skills. In addition, teachers evaluate student learning progress and provide feedback for improvement.
