Abstract

Rsud Harapan dan Doa Kota Bengkulu is one of the hospitals that carries out patient services individually and plenary. One of them is patient services, especially in the medical records section. In their implementation in the assembling department, officers who conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis have not been carried out properly. Objective this study aims to find out an overview of the implementation of quantitative and qualitative analysis of inpatient medical record files at Rsud Harapan and Doa Kota Bengkulu. Method this type of research is descriptive quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The subjects of this study were 83 samples of medical record files for the period of June 2022 and the objects of the assembling department medical record officers as many as 4 people. The data used in this study are primary data that are processed univariately. Results: The implementation of quantitative and qualitative analysis of medical record files was only carried out by 3 (50%) procedure items from the 6 procedure items contained in the SOP; The completeness of the medical record file analyzed quantitatively as much as 32 (38.5%) complete and qualitatively analyzed as much as 54 (65%) complete; Medical record officers 100% have an educational background of D3 Medical Records; Medical record officers have good knowledge of 3 (75%) people in the implementation of quantitative and qualitative analysis of medical record

Abstract

Medical records must contain medical data that describes in detail all aspects of patient care that occur. Hospital Minimum Service Standard Completeness of medical record filling 24 hours after completion of service is 100%. Incomplete medical record filling describes the health services provided and the quality of medical record services. Incomplete medical record documents will make it difficult for officers to recognize the patient's medical history and claims to insurance companies. The aim is to find out the description of the completeness of inpatient medical information on the accuracy of the ICD-10 based diagnosis code at Bhayangkara Hospital Bengkulu. The research method used was descriptive research, namely collecting data by direct observation of the research object. The sample in this study consisted of 83 inpatient medical record files. Results: Of the 83 inpatient medical record files, 42 sheets were filled out in the Anamnesa sheet with the percentage (51%) not filled in completely, laboratory examination results totaling 36 sheets with the percentage (44%) not filled out completely, the medication record sheet was more than partial totaling 46 sheets with a percentage (55%) not filled in completely, and writing patient diagnoses, namely more than a portion of 49 sheets with an unclear percentage (59%).

Abstract

Puskesmas sebagai pusat pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama yang menyelenggarakan kegiatannya secara menyeluruh, terpadu yang berkesinambungan pada suatu masyarakat yang bertempat tinggal dalam suatu wilayah tertentu. Salah satu pelayanan yang ada dalam sistem pelayanan puskesmas adalah pelayanan rujukan pasien. Sistem rujukan adalah sistem yang dikelola secara strategis, proaktif, pragmatif dan koordinatif untuk menjamin pemerataan pelayanan kesehatan maternal dan neonatal yang paripurna dan komperensif bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem informasi rujukan pasien di puskesmas X, permasalahan dan bagaimana cara mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi di lapangan, wawancara kepada petugas rekam medis yang bertugas dalam proses pembuatan rujukan pasien serta pelaporan rujukan pasien dan studi pustaka yang berkaitan dengan pokok permasalahan yang di kaji. pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode waterfall. Sedangkan perancangan sistem informasi menggunakan pemodelan DFD (Data Flow Diagram) yang di implementasikan dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 dan Microsoft Acces 2016 sebagai database. Hasil: dari hasil penelitian didapatkan beberapa masalah mengenai pelaporan rujukan pasien di puskesmas X yaitu rekapitulasi pasien yang dirujuk di puskesmas X setiap harinya di rekap dengan cara menghitung jumlah pasien yang dirujuk, proses penyusunan laporan yang masih kurang efisien karna harus di rekap ulang kedalam Microsoft Excel, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk menyajkan informasi

Abstract

Measurement of service quality and patient satisfaction surveys in the registration section need to be carried out as an evaluation of the services provided. This study aims to analyze the effect of the dimensions of service quality (dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible) with patient satisfaction at the Puskesmas Palang. This research uses quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was 96 people. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression tests. Based on the partial test (t test) the reliability variable has a significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Puskesmas Palang. Responsiveness variable has a significant effect on patient satisfaction. Assurance variable has a significant effect on patient satisfaction. Empathy variable has a significant effect on patient satisfaction. Direct evidence variable (tangible) has a significant effect on patient satisfaction. So it can be concluded, there is an influence of patient satisfaction on service quality.

Abstract

The Workload Measurement Analysis (WMA) application is an Android-based information system that can be accessed online and applied in the healthcare sector. Two workload calculation methods are available: the Workload Indicator Staffing Need (WISN) method and the Health Workload Analysis (ABK Kes). The WMA application was tested using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method, using systematic in-depth interviews. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) test had two main themes: usefulness analysis and ease of use analysis. The test included the login menu, homepage, learn page, data input, conclusion, and history. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) test yielded satisfactory results for both the ease of use and the usefulness analysis of the WMA application. It can be concluded that the WMA application is useful and easy to implement at Aminah Islamic Hospital in Blitar for calculating workload analysis, particularly for medical records.

Abstract

Medical record form design involves designing a medical record form tailored to the needs of the healthcare workers who will complete it. The importance of completeness in completing the medical record is also demonstrated by its use as an indicator of service quality. Incomplete medical records can impact doctors, other healthcare workers, and other stakeholders. Several aspects must be considered in form design, including the anatomical aspects, including the heading, introduction, instructions, body, and closing. Understanding the design and completion of the admission and discharge summary form. The descriptive method explains the problem in detail based on available data and facts. Researchers directly observed the admission and discharge summary forms and explored staff compliance with the completeness of the forms. Anatomically, the admission and discharge summary forms were found to be inconsistent in the heading section, lacking a logo, revision code, and page number. Instructions are not yet available, the left margin of the body is too narrow, namely 0.9 cm, causing data information to often be lost if the form is perforated to be inserted into the folder, the cover is already there but only has a signature and no clear name. Of the 7 officers who filled out the entry and exit sheets, 4 (57.1%) officers complied with filling out the entry and exit sheet, and 3 (42.8%) officers did not comply with filling out the entry and exit sheet.

Abstract

Maternal Mortality (MMR) is a major concern worldwide. In 2020, an estimated 287,000 women died during pregnancy or childbirth worldwide (WHO, 2020). One way to reduce maternal mortality is by ensuring that pregnant women have access to adequate and quality health services. This study aims to determine the correlation between the number of births assisted by health workers and the reduction in maternal mortality. This research is analytical with a quantitative approach using a dataset from the Bogor Regency health profile from 2003 to 2021. The results of the 2003-2021 data analysis using SPSS showed a negative correlation with a value of 0.57. The greater the number of births assisted by health workers, the lower the number of maternal deaths. Further analysis is needed using data on maternal health service coverage such as deliveries in health care facilities, handling of obstetric complications, Antenatal Care (ANC) coverage and iron supplementation tablet programs to increase the accuracy of research results and see a stronger relationship between maternal health services and the reduction in the number of maternal deaths.

Abstract

Occupational safety priorities for filing staff at Griya Husada Hospital, Madiun require an assessment of risk factors in the filing room. Risk factors include physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, stressor, document damage, and reputational factors in the filing room to minimize potential risks. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of risk management in the filing room at Griya Husada Hospital, Madiun. This study used qualitative methods with four informants. Data collection involved interviews and observations. The study concluded that physical risk factors included inadequate filling room temperature (29°C), misfiled files; ergonomic risk factors included back and neck pain; stressor fatigue; and torn document covers. The room temperature should be as comfortable as possible to maintain a normal temperature. Ventilation, including fans and exhaust, is essential for air circulation in the filling room to prevent stuffy and humid conditions. It is necessary to add a thermometer, create a plan, manage, and control risk management for implementation.

Abstract

Lebong Regency Hospital is a Type C hospital that has been operating since 2015. Patient registration services are still manual, where patients register for treatment and are recorded in a register by staff. This results in long queues for services, which impacts patient satisfaction. The objective of this research is to design an outpatient registration information system in an effort to improve services in the registration department. The method used in this research is Microsoft Access software and a MySQL database using a Data Flow Diagram (DFD)-based system development method. The results of this research produce a registration information system to streamline the patient registration process, particularly in the outpatient unit. It is hoped that the hospital will implement the results of the outpatient registration information system design and conduct regular evaluations.

Abstract

Grafik Barber Jhonson di RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu belum ada, namun grafik barber jhonson penting untuk melihat kualitas pelayanan yang menjadi acuan dalam mewujudkan perkembangan produktivitas rumah saki, mengecek kesalahan laporan, untuk perbandingan atau dapat digunakan sebagai pembantu untuk menganalisis, menyajikan dan mengambil keputusan, mengenai perbandingan antara rumah sakit dan juga memonitor kegiatan yang ada pada waktu tertentu dengan membandingkan hasil kegiatan pada tahun sebelumnya.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah tersajikannya Grafik Barber Jhonson di RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan rancangan cross-sectional, dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan adalah total populasi yang ada (total sampling) menggunakan data sekunder yaitu rekapitulasi bulanan sensus harian rawat inap. Berdasarkan hasill penelitian Grafik Barber Jhonson di RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu pada ruangan IPC, Rajawali, Anggrek, Murai A, Murai B, Murai C, VIP dan TC titik barber jhonson terletak di luar daerah efisien berarti penggunaan tempat tidur pada periode (Januari-Desember) belum efisien. Perlu dilakukan pengurangan tempat tidur pada bangsaldan mempunyai kebijakan/standar dari rumah sakit mengenai lama rawat pasien jiwa
