Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) unsur instrinsik (tema, tokoh dan penokohan, latar, alur, dan sudut pandang) novel Orang Miskin Dilarang Sekolah karya Wiwid Prasetyo, (2) nilai moral novel Orang Miskin Dilarang Sekolah karya Wiwid Prasetyo, dan (3)  rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran unsur intrinsik dan nilai moral novel Orang Miskin Dilarang Sekolah karya Wiwid Prasetyo di SMA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan teknik informal. Objek penelitiannya adalah unsur intrinsik, nilai-nilai moral, dan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran novel Orang Miskin Dilarang Sekolah di SMA. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada nilai moral dalam novel  Orang Miskin Dilarang Sekolah karya Wiwid Prasetyo yang meliputi: (1) hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, (2) hubungan manusia dengan manusia, (3) hubungan manusia dengan dirinya sendiri, dan (4) hubungan manusia dengan alam sekitar. Selain itu, fokus penelitian ini adalah menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran novel tersebut dengan metode Kuantum di SMA. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Orang Miskin Dilarang Sekolah karya Wiwid Prasetyo yang diterbitkan oleh Diva Press tahun 2009.  Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode observasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis isi (content analysis) dan hasilnya dipaparkan menggunakan metode informal. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan: (1) nsur intrinsik novel OMDS: (a) tema mayor novel ini perjuangan orang miskin untuk memperoleh pendidikan; (b) tokoh dan penokohan di antaranya adalah Faisal (bijaksana, pemberani dan peduli), Pambudi (berjiwa kepemimpinan), Pepeng (tekun dan bekerja keras), dan lainnya; (c) latar novel terdiri dari latar tempat (di Semarang, yang meliputi: SD Kartini, Gedong Sapi, dll.), latar waktu (era reformasi tahun 1988), dan latar sosial yang menunjukkan adat istiadat, kepercayaan, bahasa, kebiasaan, dan pandangan hidup masyarakat Jawa; (d) alur (alur maju); (e) sudut pandang (campuran antara teknik orang pertama dan teknik orang ketiga mahatahu). (2) Nilai moral dalam novel OMDS di antaranya adalah (a) religius, (b) jujur, (c) toleransi, (d) disiplin, (e) kerja keras, (f) kreatif, (g) mandiri, (h) demokratis, (i) rasa ingin tahu, (j) semangat kebangsaan, (k) cinta tanah air, (l) menghargai prestasi, (m) bersahabat/komunikatif, (n) cinta damai, (o) gemar membaca, (p) peduli lingkungan, (q) peduli sosial, dan (r) tanggung jawab. (3) Rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran novel OMDS di kelas XII SMA, diajarkan dengan langkah-langkah metode kuantum meliputi enam langkah yaitu tahap pertama, “tumbuhkan”, berisi motivasi dan apersepsi. Tahap selanjutnya, “alami”, berisi pemberian contoh nyata. Tahap “namai” berisi kegiatan memberi istilah atau menandai suatu ciri-ciri tertentu yang khusus dan penting. Tahap “demonstrasikan” berisi kegiatan berkarya. Tahap “ulangi” berisi kegiatan mengulangi kembali materi yang telah dipelajari. Tahap terakhir, yakni “rayakan”, berisi penghargaan dan pujian terhadap pencapaian siswa.   Kata kunci: nilai moral, novel Orang Miskin Dilarang Sekolah, metode kuantum

Abstract

The research is aimed at describing teachers’ comprehension ability towards KTSP and its implementation in Indonesian language and literature learning. It used a descriptive method with primary and secondary data. The source of the data was Indonesian language and literature teachers at SMPN 2 Tegineneng. The data collecting technique was triangulation through questionnaires and observation sheets. The data analysis technique was descriptive quantitative. The research findings are: 1) the comprehension towards KTSP was categorized high; 2) based on the class observations, the preparation and implementation stages were categorized good; 3) the KTSP document was categorized ‘enough’ which means it could be used as a reference for Teaching and Learning Activities in Academic Year 2012/2013.Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan pemahaman terhadap KTSP dan implementasi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa dan sastra Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah guru Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia SMPN 2 Tegineneng. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik triangulasi menggunakan instrumen angket dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian (1) pemahaman terhadap KTSP berkategori tinggi. (2) berdasarkan observasi kelas, tahap persiapan dan pelaksanaan berkategori baik, (3) Dokumen KTSP berkategori cukup, artinya dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pelaksanaan KBM tahun pelajaran 2012/2013.Kata kunci: guru, implementasi, ktsp 2006.

Abstract

Knowing the authenticity of hadith is indeed different from the Qur'an, because the bookkeeping of hadith was only carried out around the 3rd century Hijri. The time span is 200 years, and this is enough to provide opportunities for the possibility of diversity in hadith texts. By looking at this historical background, hadiresearch still needs to be done to fulfill the intellectual treasures of Muslims in understanding the basis of a problem through an understanding of the As-Sunnah. One of the hadiths that need to be reviewed, especially on the authentic side, is the hadith about proposals (Khitbah) in the Book of Sunan Abu Daud. Proposals in a marriage are highly recommended, but regarding the proposal process itself is very diverse, each region has a different proposal tradition, so the relevance of this hadith needs to be reviewed in order to get a more comprehensive meaning of the proposal process. For this research, the author tries to examine it by questioning several problems including what is meant by khitbah, how is the quality of the sanad and matan of the hadith and how the process of khitbah is in accordance with the sunnah or the rules of the Prophet Muhammad. The author uses the Madhu'i method. The object of this research is the prohibition of preaching on the proposal of others and the ability to look at the woman who is being preached. The results of this study explain that the quality of the hadith about the prohibition of proposing to someone else's proposal is Sahih and can be used as a hujjah (legal backing) and the quality of the hadith about the permissibility of looking at women who are preached initially is mauquf hasan but because there is a supporting hadith directly from the Prophet, the quality has increased to marfu' Sahih, because of that, the authenticity of this hadith is that it can be accepted and practiced.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk memahami pemikiran Syaikh H. Azra’i Abdurrauf, seorang ulama kharismatik Sumatera Utara. Beliau adalah seorang hafiz Alquran, menguasai ilmu Alquran, bahasa Arab, dan ilmu keislaman lainnya. Beliau banyak berkiprah dalam mengajarkan ilmu-ilmu keislaman, khususnya ilmu al-Qur’an di dalam negeri maupun di luar negeri. Kedudukannya sebagai ulama yang ahli ilmu fasahah dan ilmu qiraat sab’ah, diperkuat dengan keberadaannya sebagai Dewan Hakim (dewan juri) MTQ pada even-even internasioanal seperti di tanah air, Makkah al-Mukarramah, dan negara jiran tetangga Malaysia. Hal ini penting dilakukan untuk melihat perspektif beliau tentang pengembangan ilmu Alquran.

Abstract

Nikmat akal merupakan salah satu karunia Allah SWT kepada manusia. Karena anugerah ini, orang dapat bernalar, membuat penilaian moral, dan berkreasi dengan membuat berbagai alat yang membuat hidup mereka lebih mudah, terutama dalam hal penggunaan teknologi digital. Berkat teknologi yang serba digital ini, informasi dapat dengan mudah diperoleh dari jaringan internet di mana saja dan kapan saja. Namun, tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa isu lain muncul. Salah satunya adalah perlindungan hak cipta bagi seniman yang kreasi digitalnya diposting secara online. Metodologi penelitian hukum-empiris digunakan. Adalah tirani untuk memakai, mengungkapkan, membuat, memakai, menjual, mengimpor, mengekspor, mendistribusikan, memberikan, menerbitkan, mereproduksi, menjiplak, memalsukan, dan membajak hak kekayaan intelektual orang lain tanpa persetujuan mereka. Perundang-undangan tersebut inkonstitusional, menurut Fatwa MUI Nomor 1/MUNAS VII/MUI/5/2005 Tentang Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI). Selanjutnya menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta, setiap orang yang memakai hak komersial atas suatu ciptaan harus terlebih dahulu mendapat persetujuan dari pencipta atau pemegang hak cipta. Upaya pembelaan hukum turut wajib sejalan terhadap hukuman yang keras serta memadai kepada pelanggar hak cipta oleh aparat penegak hukum berdasarkan pada peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada.

Abstract

Drugs are substances or drugs derived from plants or non-plants, bothsynthetic and semi-synthetic, which can cause a decrease or change inconsciousness, loss of feeling, reduce to disappearance of pain, and can causedependence which is differentiated into groups as attached in the this law. LawNo. 35 of 2009 also states that those who are obliged to carry out medicalrehabilitation and social rehabilitation are not only narcotics addicts. Crime is anact whose perpetrators can be subject to criminal penalties. Narcotics addicts andvictims of Narcotics abuse must undergo medical rehabilitation and socialrehabilitation. The duty of law is to protect the interests of society. Legalprotection is all efforts to fulfill rights and provide assistance to give witnessesand victims a sense of security, legal protection for victims of crime as part ofcommunity protection, can be realized in various forms, such as throughrestitution, compensation, medical services, and legal assistance. Criminal lawpolicy or "penal policy" is a science as well as an art which ultimately has apractical objective to enable positive legal regulations to be better formulated andto provide guidance not only to legislators, but also to the courts that implementlaws and also to the organizers or implementation of court decisions.This research is a normative research by taking an approach to legaltheory, namely the theory of legal protection and the theory of criminal lawpolicy. Using secondary data by collecting data from library research (libraryresearch).From the results of the study it can be seen that the effectiveness of therehabilitation policy for artists who are victims of narcotics abuse has not beenable to change the bad habits of the perpetrators. Therefore, it is necessary tochange the rules in accordance with the times. Abstract

Objective: This article aims to reveal the meaning of waqf according to the Koran and its transformation in the contemporary era in Indonesia. Method: This research method uses Library Research whose primary focus is on library books and other literature. Based on the research objectives, it includes basic research, i.e. research to broaden and deepen theoretical knowledge. Result: This digital transformation is described as the total and overall effect of digitalization on society. Khan said that digitization has enabled the digitization process, which drives stronger opportunities to transform and change existing business capital, socio-economic structures, legal and policy measures, organizational patterns, cultural barriers, etc.

Abstract

The existence of tikrar in the Qur'ān is a frequent attack by Orientalists. In the Qur'an there are verses that outwardly appear to be repetitions, but they are not actually repetitions because the context of the link or target of the verse that appears to be repeated is not the same. One of them is in surah Al-Muddatssir in which there is a repetition of the word Qaddar 3 times and surah Al-Mursalat in which there is a repetition of verses 10 times, namely in the sentence Wayluy Yaumaizin Lil Mukazzibin.The research in this thesis discusses I'jaz Tikrari in the Qur'an surah Al-Muddatssir and surah Al-Mursalat, to study and prove the I'jaz of the Qur'an. The miracle of the Qur'an (I'jaz Al-Qur'an) has been agreed upon by scholars, both from scientific, legal and linguistic aspects. The miraculousness of the Qur'an linguistically is often criticised by orientalists, especially in relation to the Tikrar (repetition) of verses in the Qur'an which considers that Tikrar in the Qur'an is a defect and irregularity. This study aims to answer the criticism of the Qur'an that the existence of Tikrar in it causes the Qur'an to lose its existence as I'jaz. The type of research used is (library research) by making the Qur'an, Tafsir and Lughah books as the main sources. As for the results of this thesis research, that the repetition of verses in surah Al-Muddatssir and surah Al-Mursalat, does not cause these two surahs to be defective, but rather the Tikrar in these two surahs is proof of the Qur'an's I'jaz which is very deep in the choice of diction of each verse.

Abstract

The scholars of tafsir have differences in the interpretation of the terminology of Khulud Hell in the Qur'an. The differences are quite striking, especially related to the verses that discuss the khulud Hell. This is what makes this research conducted. This study uses qualitative research, which involves the use of descriptive data. The maudhu'i interpretation method is used because the Mauḍu'i interpretation technique combines related verses on Qur'anic issues and has the same purpose. Data collection is done by searching and collecting verses, both related to the theme of Makiyyah and Madaniyyah in accordance with the conditions of the object. Researchers understand the relationship between verses, or munāsabat verses, both between verses and between verses and letters studied. Data analysis is inductive / qualitative, and the findings show that interpretation of meaning is more important than generalization. The results show that Al-Zamakhshari considers and strongly criticizes the opinion of Ahlussunnah that people who commit major sins may get forgiveness without repenting, as well as the opinion of Ahlussunnah that people who commit major sins will not remain in hell. From Zamakhshari's explanation in the interpretation of Surah Al-Nisa' (4):93, this verse has a general scope that applies to both believers and disbelievers. If someone kills a Muslim, it does not matter whether he is a believer or a disbeliever, and he will be in hell if he does not repent.

Abstract

This article examines the power of dhikr in the perspective of Sufism and its relevance in resisting the destruction of the world. Zikr, which etymologically comes from the word dzakara which means to remember, is a spiritual practice that aims to get closer to God by filling the mind and heart with holy words. This article uses a qualitative research method with a literature review approach. In the context of Sufism, dhikr is not only seen as a ritual activity, but also as a means to improve the spiritual and moral intelligence of individuals. Sufism itself is a self-practice that aims to form a person who is submissive and obedient to God's commands, as well as overcoming the ego that can keep humans away from divine values. This study found that dhikr has an important role in overcoming the challenges of modernity that can threaten human spiritual balance. In an increasingly materialistic and fragmented world, dhikr helps individuals to nurture God-consciousness and maintain inner balance. In addition, dhikr also serves as a tool to overcome the negative influences of globalization and modernization that can cause moral and spiritual destruction. Thus, dhikr in the Sufism perspective can be a strong hold to withstand the destruction of the world by building a solid spiritual foundation within individuals and society. Through literature analysis, this article asserts that dhikr is not only a spiritual practice but also has a significant social impact.
