Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat adalah jurnal ilmiah multidisiplin terbitan LPPM Institut Bisnis dan Teknologi Pelita Indonesia, yang mencakup banyak masalah atau isu umum yang berkaitan dengan pengabdian atau layanan masyarakat. Abstract

UMKM memiliki peranan penting dalam pemulihan perekonomian terutama ketika tejadi krisis. Karena pentingnya peran UMKM dalam perekonomian suatu negara maka Kementrian Pendidikan , Kebudayaan , Riset dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) menggelar suatu program kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha dikalangan mahasiswa dan diharapkan melahirkan wirausaha muda. Program tersebut adalah Wirausaha Merdeka (WMK) dan program ini dilaksanakan di 17 perguruan tinggi diseluruh Indonesia. Universitas Riau menjadi salah satu perguruan tinggi yang menyelenggarakan dan mendukung program wirausaha merdeka dengan tema kegiatan Wirausaha Merdeka Akselerasi Pertumbuhan Enterprenuer Muda (WMK Aksi Pemuda). Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 200 kelompok atau diikuti oleh 1001 mahasiswa yang nantinya akan menampilkan hasil prototype produk yang akan dibimbing oleh dosen pembimbing lapangan atau konsultan bisnis

Abstract

This community service activity was organized by Permatadhis Pelita Indonesia in order to celebrate the moon cake festival or better known as the mid autumn festival, with the theme "Spreading Love Underneath the Moonlight". The purpose of this activity is to develop creativity and skills in non-academic fields for college student of the Pelita Indonesia Institute of Business and Technology. The competition method is that participant doing register and collect posters or photographic creations via googleform link that has been provided and will be assessed by a team of judges. The elements of the poster competition assessment include creativity, caption, color composition and the message conveyed in the creation. Meanwhile, the elements of the assessment of the photography competition include conformity to the theme, creativity, captions, moments and taking photos.

Abstract

The partner's problem is that the youth of the Tenayan Industrial sub-district, who are a strategic part of the community, do not know and understand the importance of participation in election supervision so that they are of higher quality. The target of community service activities is to increase knowledge and understanding of the importance of participation in election supervision so that they are of higher quality. Solutions agreed upon by the proposing team and partners to address priority issues need to be socialized in the form of counseling and face-to-face discussions. The method of implementing lectures, delivering material, on this occasion the participants were free to ask and answer. The details of this method are, 1. Submission of material, 2. Interactive dialogue, this dialogue serves as brainstorming from participants to obtain input in the form of problems, aspirations, suggestions, ideas and solutions. Partner participation provides time and mobilizes youth participants with both student and student status as the target audience. The output is expected to increase knowledge, understand the target audience of the importance of participatory oversight of the 2024 election, for those proposing the output achieved is in the form of a scientific article.

Abstract

Islamic financial institutions or can be called interest-free banks are finance/banking whose operations and products are developed based on the arguments of the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet SAW. Islamic financial institutions are banks whose working mechanism uses a profit-sharing system. Currently IAI (Indonesian Accounting Associations) has issued a statement of financial accounting standards (PSAK) which regulates Islamic Financial Accounting. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and insight to readers about the role of the importance of accounting software in sharia cooperatives in recording their financial statements in the era of all-technology at this time, the role of technology in each activity is greatly assisted, for that it is necessary to have good socialization related to software.Accounting in Sharia cooperatives. And help the Bmt Dmi in Pekanbaru. As for the target, the members/managers of the sharia cooperative Bmt Dmi Pekanbaru City understand and understand Accounting Software which can facilitate managers in recording financial statements properly and correctly. This activity will greatly assist the management of Bmt Dmi to run the program and its financial system. The result is that Accounting Software can help Bmt Dmi in doing accounting

Abstract

The use of mudharabah accounting has been regulated in PSAK 105 concerning Mudharabah Accounting. But until now, only financial institutions that use this sharia accounting system. Meanwhile, financial management and company administration can also apply mudharabah accounting so that the company's financial management can be carried out in accordance with Islamic law in an effort to seek blessings. Based on this background, mudharabah accounting socialization was carried out at PT. Amanah Baitullah Tour Pekanbaru which aims to introduce mudharabah accounting to the fund owner (shahibul maal) and the fund manager (mudharib). While the simulation of the use of mudharabah accounting is carried out to provide knowledge to fund managers and administrative and financial staff to be able to know and be able to calculate business profit sharing and be able to make financial reports based on mudharabah principles. The method used is in the form of lectures and simulations. The socialization activity was successfully carried out in front of seven fund owners, one director and two administrative and financial staff. The socialization provided is related to theories regarding mudharabah accounting based on expert opinion and in accordance with PSAK 105 concerning Mudharabah Accounting. While the simulation is given in the form of profit sharing calculations and transaction journal based on mudharabah accounting.

Abstract

The form of this activity is socialization of the Entrepreneurship Award as well as information on Tips and Tricks for Types of Businesses That Can Win EA Winners which are carried out on a National Level scale. This activity was carried out by the Riau Islamic University Career Center which invited lecturers from the Pelita Indonesia Business Institute, this invitation was established because IBTPI in 2021 and 2022 managed to win the Entrepreneurship Award. It is hoped that the socialization and information from resource persons (IBTPI lecturers) can motivate and create creative ideas for UIR students/I and also become winners in the EA 2023 later.

Abstract

This community service will be carried out in Dayu village, Nglegok sub-district, Blitar district. This area has become an object of service because of the existence of an organization called Pertakina that fosters small-scale economic enterprises. This community service is carried out in Dayu Village, Nglegok District, Blitar Regency. This area has become an object of service because there is Pertakina, which is an organization that has a number of small scale business managed by former PMI (Indonesian Migrant Workers). They belong to a group of Indonesian migrant workers who with their own capital are trying to be economically independent, so they no longer need to work abroad to earn income. Pertakina has members with various categories (a) former migrant workers, (b) families of migrant workers who own or are starting a business, (c) residents who join to become independent entrepreneurs. Until now, PERTAKINA has recorded 68 members of whom already have businesses and 82 people are starting businesses. The problem they face is how to increase marketing to increase production scale. Therefore, what must be done is to foster a pioneering spirit of doing business for former overseas migrant workers so that they can become independent entrepreneurs and can work in peace with their families. Some of the problems faced by small scale business actors are (1) Some business actors do not yet have a brand or brand for their business or products, (2) Already have an institutional web but do not have media for displaying digital products (3) Business is handled domestically so it requires connectivity and wider range of business.With the emergence of these problems, the community service team developed programs, namely: (1) brand development training by increasing product value with presentation of photographic displays, (2) Creating web-commerce featuring variations of products. With the existence of this website, it will become a display case for Pertakina products, (3) The use of social media for small scale business independently in marketing their products is through Instagram and Youtube media.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui edukasi kewirausahaan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan serta penyadaran kepada masyarakat Kampung Nelayan, Medan Belawan dalam memproduksi dan mengembangkan produk olahan ikan bandeng yang berasal dari SDA laut Kampung Nelayan sehingga meningkatkan kualitas hidup melalui peningkatan ekonomi sehingga menjadikan Kampung Nelayan menjadi daerah pemukiman yang memiliki masyarakat yang mandiri dan sejahtera. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini yaitu metode pendekatan quasi experiment one-group pretest-posttest dimana untuk mengetahui apakah melalui kegiatan penyuluhan ini dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap masyarakat mengenai edukasi kewirausahaan untuk mengembangkan produk olahan SDA laut . Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan presentasi, diskusi, tanya jawab, pelatihan dan pemberian pretest dan posttest yang diikuti oleh 19 orang peserta. Adapun yang menjadi materi edukasi kewirausahaan adalah Sikap Mental dan Semangat Kewirauhsaan, Kerja Sama, Komunikasi, Kerja Sama dan Kemitraan serta Etika Bisnis. Hasil pengabdian melalui kegiatan penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa edukasi kewirausahaan dalam pengembangan produk abon ikan bandeng mampu mengubah tingkat pengetahuan responden menjadi lebih tinggi dibanding sebelum kegiatan penyuluhan, hal ini terlihat adanya perubahan skor post-test dibanding dengan skor pre-test sebesar 7,48 (33,24%).

Abstract

Learning media is a tool or intermediary that is used to facilitate the teaching and learning process, in order to streamline communication between teachers and students. This is very helpful for teachers in teaching and makes it easier for students to receive and understand lessons. This process requires teachers who are able to align between learning media and learning methods. The use of learning media in the teaching and learning process can also generate new desires and interests for students, generate motivation to learn, and even have a psychological influence on students. Besides being able to increase student learning motivation, the use or use of media can also increase students' understanding of the lesson. The media used has a position as a teacher's tool in teaching. For example graphics, films, slides, photos, and learning using computers. Its purpose is to capture, process, and reconstruct visual and verbal information. As a tool in teaching, the media is expected to provide concrete experience, motivation to learn, enhance the absorption and retention of student learning.

Abstract

Kualitas sumber daya manusia yang tinggi diharapkan muncul pada kaum professional, kaum profesional dalam hal ini Aparatur Sipil Negara yang memiliki keahlian, organisasi dan kode etik yang memudahkan mereka untuk mengembangkan konsep, tolak ukur, bahkan ukuran yang bisa mereka gunakan untuk menilai dan membentuk citra diri mereka. Untuk mengakomodasi hal itu, Pemerintah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu menginisiasi kerjasama dengan Institut Bisnis dan Teknologi Pelita Indonesia untuk memberikan sosialiasi dan seminar bagi ASN Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dengan tema “Mewujudkan Kualitas Kinerja melalui Penciptaan Keunggulan Sumber Daya manusia bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara”. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan materi, tahapan sosialisasi dan tanyajawab serta evaluasi penyampaian materi terhadap peserta. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 120 orang peserta. Kegiatan berjalan kondusif dan peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan dan bertanya selama sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab. Kegiatan Sosialisasi dan Seminar Mewujudkan Kualitas Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara sebaiknya dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan konsisten dengan tema dan materi pelatihan yang lebih dinamis disesuaikan dengan perkembangan pelayanan bagi masyarakat yang saat ini semakin banyak menggunakan sistem informasi dan teknologi agar pelayanan prima tetap bisa diberikan secara maksimal kepada masyarakat.
