Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu tingginya kecurangan akademik yang seringkali terjadi di lingkungan mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kecurangan akademik mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan ekonomi Angkatan 2022. Pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh 101 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 faktor yang mempengaruhi kecurangan akademik yaitu factor tekanan dengan persentase 15,164%, factor peluang dengan persentase 14,137%, factor rasional dengan persentase 14,016%, factor kapabilitas dengan persentase 13,612%, serta factor arogan dengan persentase 11,047% .

Abstract

In a multicultural society, interactions between Muslims and non-Muslims are often debated, including the aspect of congratulating non-Muslims on their religious celebrations. This article analyzes QS. Al-Mumtahanah [60]: 8-9 in the perspective of fiqh interpretation to understand the law of congratulating non-Muslims. This research uses a qualitative method with a library research approach, analyzing books of tafsir and the opinions of scholars of the madhhab. The results of the study show that the majority of contemporary scholars allow congratulations on the condition that they do not contain recognition of the creed of other religions. However, there are also opinions that prohibit it because it is considered a form of tasyabbuh (imitation) and support for non-Muslim beliefs. This study emphasizes that the understanding of Islamic law must consider the principle of tolerance without ignoring the Islamic creed, as explained in Q.S. Al-Mumtahanah [60]: 8-9.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have had a significant impact on the transformation of the education system, including in terms of learning methods and media. One of the innovations that is currently developing rapidly is the application of gamification in metaverse-based learning. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of learning through gamification on the metaverse platform with conventional e-learning methods. Using a qualitative approach with a comparative study method, data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with students and teachers, and literature reviews. The results of the study indicate that gamification in the metaverse can increase learning engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes in a more significant way compared to traditional e-learning. These findings indicate the need for a new approach in designing a more interactive and immersive digital learning system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktik kerja lapangan, kesiapan siswa dan pengaruh praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan siswa menghadapi dunia kerja pada siswa jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan SMKN 2 Gowa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII TKJ yang berjumlah 68 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik deskriptif diperoleh nilai praktik kerja lapangan berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan persentase 91,2%. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif kesiapan siswa menghadapi dunia kerja berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan nilai persentase 82,4%. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi (sig) = 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0,05 sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan “diterima” dan hasilnya berbunyi “Terdapat pengaruh praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan siswa menghadapi dunia kerja.” Praktik kerja lapangan yang diterapkan sebagai bentuk proses pembelajaran siswa mampu menghasilkan nilai yang baik dengan kesiapan siswa menghadapi dunia kerja.

Abstract

This writing explores the provision of legal aid assistance for individuals seeking a name change due to religious conversion, with a case study on the name change petition from Joanna Grace to Syifa Nur Cahya. It employs an empirical juridical approach, combining normative legal analysis with real-world practices observed in the field. The main focus lies in assessing the implementation and effectiveness of legal aid provided by legal aid institutions in ensuring access to justice for economically disadvantaged individuals. The findings reveal that although the assistance offered was limited in scope (non-litigation), the role of legal aid facilitators was essential in supporting administrative procedures, assisting with document preparation, and bridging communication between the client and a licensed advocate. The name change petition, classified as a voluntary legal matter, allows the court to grant a legal identity change based on valid reasons, including religious grounds. This writing highlights that legal aid functions not only as a formal legal mechanism but also as a social bridge that guarantees every citizen’s right to legal recognition and protection in accordance with their new identity

Abstract

The development of Era 5.0 has brought significant transformations to the legal profession, requiring professionals to adapt while consistently upholding essential professional principles. This paper examines how legal practitioners adjust to technological advancements, maintain ethical standards, and contribute positively to society in the midst of digital change. Through a qualitative analysis, this study highlights the core characteristics of legal professions in this era, such as the use of digital tools and effective data management. The findings emphasize the need for legal professionals to uphold integrity and ethical values while embracing technological progress. Abstract

This article will outline and summarize the code of ethics of the Notary profession based on the code of ethics law that has been established, the Code of Ethics is the moral principles inherent in a profession and are compiled systematically. A professional code of ethics is a norm set and agreed upon by a professional group, which directs or instructs its members on how to act, and at the same time ensures that the profession is viewed morally by society. Not all professions will adhere to the same principles. The code of ethics serves to control society and prevent interference from other parties, prevent misunderstandings and conflicts, and ensure that members of professional groups fulfill their obligations. The goal is to maintain the dignity of the profession, maintain and maintain the welfare of members, improve member service, improve the quality of the profession and the organization, improve services, strengthen the organization, avoid unfair competition, establish close relationships with members, and set standards. Important for law enforcement are the principles of humanity, justice, propriety, honesty, and the implementation of the code of ethics.

Abstract

The Integration of students learning preference data with digital platforms is a strategic step in increasing the effectiveness of online learning. By understanding individual preferences, educational institutions can present more relevant and personalized content. This study aims to explore how such integration can improve student engagement and learning outcomes. However, challenges such as technological infrastructure and digital skills remain barriers. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the guided inquiry learning model assisted by QR (Quick Response) Code media on students' learning outcomes in the subject of Economics. The background of this research is based on the need to create an active, interactive, and student-centered learning process, as well as to integrate relevant digital technology into the current educational landscape. The guided inquiry model encourages students to be actively involved in discovering concepts through questioning, exploring, concluding, and reflecting on their learning outcomes. The use of QR Code media is intended to facilitate quick and flexible access to learning resources. This research employed a survey method with a quasi-experimental design. The population of this study consisted of 11th- grade social science students at SMA Negeri 6 Garut, and the sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in two classes: one as the experimental group and the other as the control group. Data were collected using pre-tests and post-tests to assess learning outcomes and were analyzed using t-tests to determine significant differences between the two groups. The results of the study indicate that the application of the guided inquiry model assisted by QR Code media has a positive and significant effect on students' learning outcomes. Therefore, this learning approach can serve as an effective alternative strategy to enhance students' understanding and engagement in Economics, contributing to improved academic performance.

Abstract

The research that has been conducted is entitled "THE EFFECT OF DISCUSSION METHOD ASSISTED WITH FLASHCARD ON THE ABILITY OF ADDITION OF LOW GRADE STUDENTS IN MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH" which is based on the fact that students' addition arithmetic operation ability in Mathematics is quite concerning because students are less interested and consider Mathematics as a difficult and boring subject. The curriculum has stipulated that teachers must be innovative in designing classroom learning. Must use methods and media that can foster enthusiasm and make it easy for students to understand the material in learning. The methodology of this research uses a quasi-experimental design pretest-posttest control group. The population in this study were 42 students in grade I of Darul Mustafa Integrated Islamic Elementary School. The sample of this study was 25 students in the experimental class and 17 students in the control class. This study aims to see the effect of students' arithmetic operation ability using the flashcard-assisted discussion method with those who do not use the flashcard-assisted discussion method. Based on the research that has been done, the results obtained that there is a significant effect of the application of the flashcard-assisted discussion method on students' addition arithmetic operation ability in Mathematics. This can be seen based on the average value of the addition arithmetic operation ability using the flashcard-assisted discussion method of 90.8. While the class that did not use the flashcard-assisted discussion method obtained an average value of 85.8. Based on the T test, it was obtained that Tcount <Ttable, namely -11.32 <1.746 and -14.35 <1.711.
