Abstract

In order to be accessible, the implementers and administrators of village government cannot be separated from the human resources of the village apparatus. It is an important component of government management that cannot be interpreted in a double way and ironically goes hand in hand with higher regulations. Because it is autonomous, the implementation of government is formed by an autonomous community. Therefore, the formulation of the preparation of laws and regulations must be orderly. This study aims to answer a number of problems, including the challenges faced by village officials in preparing draft legislation. The purpose of preparing draft legislation is to measure the basis for preparing legislation and making policies that target local governments. This element then developed into scientific advice which ultimately became a normative approach adopted by the government in the process of drafting legislation. This advice has the potential to become a legal basis for all village agencies.

Abstract

This Journal aims to: 1) To find out the role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in forming Discipline in students at SD Negeri 02 Penanggungan Banjarnegara; 2) To find out the factors that support and hinder Islamic Religious Education Teachers in forming Discipline in students at SD Negeri 02 Penanggungan Banjarnegara.In writing this Journal, the author uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach, where this research is field-based. Data collection techniques used in this study use observation, interview, and documentation methods. Meanwhile, in the data analysis technique carried out with the aim of making it easier to understand the phenomena of problems that occur and in providing solutions to existing problems, the author uses the method of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.It can be seen from the results of this study that: 1) Islamic Religious Education teachers play a very important role in forming student discipline with designed programs such as reciting Asmaul Husna which is carried out at 06:45-07.00 before learning takes place, after which it is continued with the habit of praying dhuha together before entering the classroom. 2) In addition to these programs, Islamic Religious Education teachers also apply discipline about wearing neat, clean uniforms and following learning according to the rules. This is evident from the quality of students who have been able to apply discipline at school. 3) Obstacles in implementing discipline include supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors, the involvement of Islamic Religious Education teachers, other teachers, and parents in forming discipline both at home and at school by supervising student character. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of awareness of discipline and students often underestimate all the rules that have been applied at school, including parental supervision who does not care about children's discipline at home.

Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the formation of religious character through dhuha prayer worship of students at SMP Negeri 1 Pagedongan Banjarnegara, as well as the obstacles and solutions faced. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research, while the subjects of the study were students of SMP Negeri 1 Pagedongan. Data collection was carried out through interview methods, observations and documents presented in a deductive inductive manner. Data analysis was carried out by interactive analysis, where the three components of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions, were carried out interactively with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that 1) The formation of religious character through dhuha prayer worship at SMP Negeri 1 Pagedongan is carried out by students continuously and consistently every day. 2) The obstacles to the formation of religious character through dhuha prayer worship at SMP Negeri 1 Pagedongan are the lack of awareness in students to apply religious character through dhuha prayer worship and the lack of support from parents at home and the less than good community environment, lack of time to hold dhuha prayer worship activities at school, lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure in dhuha prayer worship activities. 3) The solution to the obstacles in forming religious character through Dhuha prayer at SMP Negeri 1 Pagedongan is to create a program aimed at instilling religious values ​​by involving all elements in the school.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and digitalization, challenges to national identity are increasingly complex due to shifting values and cultural influences. This study aims to explore the strategic role of schools in strengthening character education through school culture, integration of local wisdom, and the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and thematic analysis techniques, the study reveals that schools serve as key agents of cultural transformation and guardians of national values. The findings indicate that character development can be effectively achieved through synergy between formal education, local cultural practices, school leadership, teacher role modeling, and collaboration among schools, families, and communities. A consistent school culture, context-based learning rooted in Pancasila values, and extracurricular activities highlighting local culture have been proven to foster students’ tolerance, responsibility, and patriotism. These findings emphasize the importance of holistic and contextual approaches in developing student character grounded in the Indonesian national identity.

Abstract

The Bhen-Ghiben tradition in Gersik Putih Village, located in Gapura Subdistrict, Sumenep Regency, is a customary practice in which the groom delivers household furnishings to the bride's home as a symbolic gesture prior to the wedding ceremony. This delivery is accompanied by a verbal agreement between both parties, marking the handover and acceptance of the items. This research aims to describe the implementation of the Bhen-Ghiben tradition within Madurese wedding customs and to analyze community perspectives on its preservation in contemporary times. This study is a field-based qualitative research utilizing an empirical juridical approach. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive-analytical techniques. The findings reveal that the Bhen-Ghiben tradition is a long-standing cultural heritage maintained across generations. It is typically carried out on the morning before the marriage contract (akad) is held, symbolizing the groom’s preparedness to assume his role as head of the household. The community perceives the preservation of this tradition as vital for safeguarding Madurese cultural identity and ensuring its transmission to future generations. Although a minority may express reservations, they generally opt for mutual deliberation between both families rather than rejecting the tradition outright.

Abstract

This study aims to explore students' perceptions of the use of animated video media in the learning process at SMAN 18 Medan. Animation-based instructional media are believed to enhance students' interest, understanding, and motivation, particularly when dealing with abstract material. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method by distributing questionnaires to students who have participated in learning sessions utilizing animated videos. The data were analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that students have a positive perception of the use of animated videos, as they help facilitate easier comprehension of the material, increase concentration, and make the learning process more engaging. However, some students still prefer direct instruction from the teacher. Therefore, it is recommended to combine animated video media with traditional teaching methods to create a more effective learning process that accommodates diverse student learning styles.

Abstract

This studies pastimes to analyze the effectiveness of imposing the Blue Ocean approach at BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah in improving the innovation of sharia economic services. This strategy is used to create new, unexplored areas, specially in the competitive microfinance zone. With a descriptive qualitative technique, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The studies outcomes display that BMT Dana Mentari successfully developed a differentiation strategy through Sharia product innovations such as qurban savings, education savings, and mudharabah financing, as well as a humanistic and da'wah-based door-to-door marketing approach. The implementation of digital technology also strengthens the reach and efficiency of services. This strategy has proven effective in increasing member loyalty, expanding financial inclusion, and making significant contributions to the improvement of growth strategies for other Islamic microfinance institutions in Indonesia

Abstract

Perkuliahan pagi berdurasi 3 SKS menuntut kesiapan fisik dan mental mahasiswa agar dapat berkonsentrasi secara optimal. Sarapan pagi diyakini sebagai salah satu faktor penting yang mendukung fungsi kognitif, termasuk konsentrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan sarapan dan tingkat fokus mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) saat mengikuti perkuliahan pagi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik purposive sampling dan melibatkan 33 responden mahasiswa dari program studi PGSD dan PGPAUD. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring dan dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas serta uji korelasi Pearson melalui SPSS versi 30. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kebiasaan sarapan dan tingkat fokus saat kuliah pagi (r = 0,504; p = 0,003). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kebiasaan sarapan mahasiswa, semakin tinggi pula tingkat fokus mereka dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya sarapan sebagai investasi sederhana namun krusial dalam mendukung keberhasilan akademik mahasiswa.

Thesis, Islamic Religious Education Program, Postgraduate, University of Kiai Abdullah Faqih Gresik. Advisor: Muhammad Rofiq, M.Pd., M.Si.In a society filled with religious, racial, ethnic, and social diversity including within Islam its elfconflicts often arise that can eventually develop into disputes or even competition between Islamic groups or between religious communities. One form of conflict that often occurs is misunderstanding. Differences in interpreting attitudes or actions between religious adherents, even within the internal environment of a religion, can trigger tension. Therefore, it is important for every individual from different racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds to foster an attitude of tolerance and a spirit of brotherhood.This is also reflected in the context of SMP Negeri 4 Lamongan, where in the process of learning Islamic Religious Education and the formation of morals by teachers, the values ​​of tolerance and brotherhood are instilled through learning activities at school and through various other religious activities. Islamic Religious Education in this school has an important role in fostering an attitude of tolerance and a spirit of brotherhood, which is formulated through the following research questions: (1) How is the implementation of Islamic Religious Education in forming an attitude of tolerance and brotherhood in SMP Negeri 4 Lamongan? (2) What is the impact of implementing an attitude of tolerance and brotherhood in the implementation of Islamic Religious Education in SMP Negeri 4 Lamongan?The results of the study revealed that: 1) The implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning in forming attitudes of tolerance and brotherhood at SMP Negeri 4 Lamongan was carried out through: (a) Flag Ceremony; b) provide an understanding of science so that religious people do not hate each other; c) commemoration of Islamic holidays; d) Actions that strengthen tolerance and brotherhood; e) Is universal and does not discriminate against students. f) maintain respect and respect; 2) The impact of implementing education on the application of attitudes of tolerance and brotherhood at SMP Negeri 4 Lamongan includes:a) Creation of a pleasant and conducive learning atmosphere; b) School runs smoothly and tolerance is high. c) Develop an attitude of mutual respect, respect and accept differences; d) Realization of religious harmony in diversity.
