<![CDATA[This article aims to explain that resilience is a very basic psychological construct that every teacher should have for the success of their teaching and learning. Resilience is something that must be fought for continuously. It is a dynamic process that must be fought for all time. Apart from that, resilience is not something that can stand alone, it is the result of a collaboration of a number of factors. This article will explain three types of factors that are very strong in forming resilience. The three intended factors are: emotion awareness, emotion regulation, and self-transcence relationship. Emotion awareness makes a teacher always aware (in Javanese language) of every emotion in himself. With emotion regulation, a teacher always tries to regulate or control and direct his emotions towards positive things. However, in fact, quite a few emotions that we have realized cannot be easily controlled. Even when a teacher has received input from colleagues or from the school principal, emotions that have run high are still difficult to regulate. For this reason, teachers need a third factor, self-transcendence. With a transcendental relationship, teachers can ask for help from the God they believe in to regulate their emotions to be positive.]]>

<![CDATA[Moral education is an important point in the process of forming human personality. A human being is said to be a moral person if in life he has affective/moral intelligence. A person's knowledge of morals is an integral and inseparable part for every Catholic. Christian moral values are the main foundation in the family education process given by parents to children. So parents as the main educators apply knowledge, skills and Christian moral attitudes. In the data collection process the author conducted research using a qualitative approach with observation, interview and documentation techniques for Catholic families in the St. Peter and Paul Parish, Kabanjahe. The results found were that parents were not fully aware of their responsibilities as parents in moral education in the family. <![CDATA[Family is a form of life partnership that is confirmed through the sacrament of marriage, in which husband and wife form a bond in the process of personal maturation and are open to the birth of children. As a sphere of life in the community of life, the family is a small institution of the Church which is filled with spiritual education. The development of the times and the many demands of life that must be met sometimes make parents less aware that teenagers need attention not only in terms of economic needs, formal education but also how teenagers are in a new environment in the modern sphere. So the role of parents is very important in the growth and development of teenagers, especially instilling the values of spiritual education for teenagers. Parents have noble roles and responsibilities as teachers, priests and shepherds. Parents educate, teach, train and become the first teachers of faith for their children. Parents are the first priests to instill the values of faith, teaching and spiritual life in children. Parents as shepherds are leaders who direct children and provide their children's needs. However, currently many parents still lack the knowledge, understanding, awareness and skills to be teachers, priests and shepherds for their children. The method used in this research uses a combination of Library Research and qualitative research by using and reviewing books and informant interviews related to the role of parents in the development of teenagers' spiritual lives.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to determine whether there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and academic resilience in the Orphanage children. The subjects of the study were 54 children from the Bethlehem Orphanage in Bandar Baru, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. The research approach used is a combination of quantitative with qualitative, especially interviews. Quantitative research results show that emotional intelligence is positively and significantly correlated with academic resilience of orphanage children. Emotional intelligence contributed 50.2%. <![CDATA[Religious education in schools is the duty of all Christians, especially teachers. The presence of Catholic religious teachers is the role of parents of students in developing children's faith. Catholic religious education is the church's effort to take part in the task of Jesus as Prophet, priest and King. Jesus' task as a Prophet was to teach, Catholic religious teachers were given the task and trust to form a complete human being, to educate students so that they were able to develop their faith and integrate it with everyday life. Catholic religious teachers should be able to shape students' personalities into children who believe and have good character in their daily lives. Teaching Catholic religion in schools is the duty of Catholic religion teachers. Teaching and educating is not only the transfer of knowledge of faith, but the starting point is that it can help students to know God better. Carry out activities that bring students to a place where they can know, love God and fellow humans too. Research in finding various sources of data by carrying out a quantitative approach in Catholic schools, using observation, interview and documentation techniques. <![CDATA[Sunday's celebration of the word of worship is a celebration for all Catholics. In this celebration, all the people took a real part in the form of presence and duty. The participation of the congregation in their duties, for example as worship leaders. Lector. psalmist, collectant, conductor and so on. <![CDATA[This research aims to describe efforts to activate the congregation in participating in the Sunday Word celebration without a priest through pastoral care at St. Michael's Station in the Parish of Santa Maria Bunda Allah Nanga Mahap, Sanggau Diocese. The background of this research is that Sunday is a sacred day for God, where in the Word celebration when the Scriptures are read, God is present among His people. The presence of God in the Sunday Word celebration invites the congregation to be present and actively participate in achieving holiness. In reality, many Catholic faithful are less active in the Word celebration. This is evident among the Catholic community at St. Michael's Station in the Parish of Santa Maria Bunda Allah. The congregation in St. Michael's Station is often less active in participating in the Sunday Word celebration. Based on this situation, the researcher feels the need for pastoral guidance for the congregation. Pastoral care is an effort to build or nurture the faith community. Pastoral guidance is carried out to help the congregation understand their calling as the people of God. This research uses the action research method. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews. The collected data is then reduced, analyzed, and tested for validity through source triangulation. The results of the research show that the attendance of the congregation in the Sunday Word celebration without a priest at St. Michael's Station in the Parish of Santa Maria Bunda Allah is still limited. The factors causing the congregation to be less active in participating in the Sunday Word celebration without a priest are the lack of awareness of the congregation in living a church-centered life, the lack of appreciation for the Word celebration among the congregation, and the lack of faith formation]]>
