Abstract

This study aims to examine the dynamics of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic elementary schools) in East Lampung in addressing the challenges of inclusive education, with a focus on the role of teachers in implementing teaching practices that accommodate students with special needs. The research employs a qualitative approach using semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis as data collection instruments. The findings reveal that teachers in MI East Lampung face several obstacles, including insufficient training and limited facilities to support inclusive education. Nevertheless, teachers strive to adapt their teaching methods to accommodate students with special needs, supported by government policies and collaboration with parents. This study recommends enhancing teacher training, providing adequate facilities, and strengthening partnerships between schools and parents to foster a more inclusive educational environment. Furthermore, the research encourages future studies on the use of technology to support inclusive education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

This thesis aims to find out the implementation of Arabic language learning with the textbook "Al Muyassar Fi Fahm Qawaid Al Arabiyah Bi Al Thawila" at Takhassus Al Qur'an Junior High School. This thesis uses a qualitative approach, where the type of research is descriptive in the field. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that learning Arabic using the Al-Muyassar fi Fahm Qowaid Al-Arabiyyah bi Al-Thowila textbook is effective in improving understanding of Arabic grammar, especially in the discussion of qowaid. Systematic learning structures, table-based approaches, and step-by-step exercises help students understand language patterns more clearly. The lecture, question and answer, drill, and group discussion methods enrich the learning process, making it more interactive. Periodic evaluations ensure students' understanding before moving on to the next material. Overall, this combination of textbooks and teaching methods has been shown to significantly improve students' Arabic language skills. The teacher appreciated the systematic and gradual presentation of the material, as well as the use of tables that helped in understanding nahwu and shorof. The Arabic language learning is supported by a systematic book structure, teacher competence, a conducive learning environment, and active student involvement. These factors help students understand nahwu and shorof better. However, some obstacles are still faced, such as limited vocabulary, limited learning time, and differences in students' ability to understand the material. Therefore, more varied teaching strategies and additional support are needed to optimize learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research (CAR) that aims to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects, especially in the competency of Faith in the Last Day, through the application of the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model combined with audio-visual media. The main problem raised in this study is the low student learning outcomes due to the lack of variation in learning models and media used by teachers. This research was conducted in two cycles, each involving the stages of planning, implementing actions, observation, and reflection. In the first cycle, the learning process was carried out by providing materials, pair discussions, and showing videos about the afterlife. Student learning outcomes showed an increase, but still had not achieved maximum completion. In the second cycle, improvements were made by using more appropriate learning videos and implementing more intensive sharing between groups. As a result, the average value increased from 69.2 in cycle I to 81.6 in cycle II, and learning completion increased from 60% to 92%. The results of the study showed that the application of the Think Pair Share model with the help of audio-visual media can significantly improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes in congregational prayer material through the application of intensive learning models in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, with stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' understanding and skills in performing congregational prayers. The impressive model has proven effective in helping students understand the concept and practice of prayer directly. In conclusion, an impressive learning model can improve students' learning outcomes in congregational prayers, as well as increase students' participation and practical skills in PAI learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Islamic education in shaping multicultural character and social harmony in a diverse society. The background of the research is based on current social realities that show a decline in values such as tolerance, politeness, and social awareness, especially among youth. This research employs a qualitative method using a literature review approach, analyzing various scholarly sources and relevant journal articles. The findings indicate that Islamic education has a significant potential in developing individuals with tolerant attitudes, appreciation for diversity, and the ability to coexist peacefully. Core values such as ukhuwah (brotherhood), justice, humanity, and wasathiyyah (moderation) serve as the foundation in nurturing multicultural character. The implications suggest the importance of integrating multicultural Islamic education into the curriculum and the need for support from the government and educational institutions to build an inclusive, peaceful, and harmonious society.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam memiliki peranan strategis dalam memperkuat nilai-nilai etika dan moral yang mendukung terwujudnya Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs). Artikel ini mengkaji bagaimana prinsip-prinsip etika Islam, seperti tauhid (keyakinan akan keesaan Tuhan), keadilan (adl), kebaikan (ihsan), dan tanggung jawab (amanah), dapat diintegrasikan dalam sistem pendidikan untuk merespons tantangan global. Studi ini mengungkap adanya celah dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam saat ini yang belum sepenuhnya mengantisipasi isu-isu global seperti ketimpangan gender, kemiskinan ekologis, dan keadilan sosial. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menawarkan model pengembangan kurikulum berbasis nilai Islam yang bertujuan tidak hanya mendukung agenda SDGs, tetapi juga membentuk karakter dan integritas moral peserta didik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam proses pendidikan mampu membangun sistem pembelajaran yang menyeluruh dan memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan secara global.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education learning, especially the subject of fiqh, has an important role in shaping students' understanding of Islamic laws. However, the conventional approach that is still often used is less able to attract students' interest in learning and is not optimal in building deep understanding. At MAN Pekalongan, these challenges are evident in the low learning outcomes of students and their weak critical thinking skills in understanding fiqh material. In response to these problems, the Problem Based Learning (PBL) approach is applied as an innovation in the learning process. This study aims to explore students' responses to the implementation of PBL and assess its effectiveness in improving understanding of fiqh and critical thinking skills. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study show that PBL is able to create a more active, collaborative, and meaningful learning atmosphere. Students become more involved in the learning process, are able to analyze problems with a critical approach, and show an increase in understanding of fiqh concepts. Although some students initially had difficulty adapting to the independent learning method, support and guidance from teachers were very helpful in overcoming these obstacles.

Abstract

Student learning interest in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) currently shows a fairly low trend, characterized by a lack of active student involvement and low learning outcomes. This article aims to analyze the factors causing students' low learning interest in Islamic Education and offer various strategies for improvement. The influencing factors include monotonous teaching approaches, lack of family support, the influence of the social environment, a curriculum that is considered less relevant, and the lack of utilization of technology in learning. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by collecting data from relevant literature. The results of the discussion show that to increase students' interest in learning, a more varied approach is needed such as the use of interactive learning media, technology integration, parental involvement, project-based learning, class discussions, and the creation of a positive learning environment. By implementing these strategies, it is expected that students' interest in learning PAI can increase significantly.

Abstract

Anak tunagrahita merupakan anak yang memiliki keterbatasan intelektual serta keterbatasan lain yang menyertainnya. Mereka memerlukan sesuatu yang dapat menuntun pada kehidupan yang lebih baik dan bermakna, salah satunya merupakan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti. Keterbatasan yang dimiliki peserta didik tunagrahita meyebabkan pelayanan pendidikan mereka berbeda dengan peserta didik reguler sehingga guru memerlukan strategi yang tepat dalam mengajar peserta didik tunagrahita. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan oleh guru pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti bagi anak tunagrahita di SLB C-C1 Yakut Purwokerto. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode penulisan lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif serta diperkuat data dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penulisan menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan oleh guru pada pembelajaran PAI-BP adalah strategi pembelajaran ekspositori dan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif. Terdapat beberapa keterbatasan yang dimiliki anak tunagrahita, tetapi tidak menghalangi terlaksanannya proses pembelajaran karena didukung oleh kemampuan guru yang sangat baik dalam berinteraksi dan mengenal latar belakang peserta didik, serta fasilitas yang memadai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the coercion method in fiqh learning in class 5 MI Ma'arif NU 01 Semedo, Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive nature. The results of this study can be described that the implementation of the compression method in fiqh learning in class 5 MI Ma’arif NU 01 Seemdo includes: 1) Planning, where before implementing the implementation of the compression method in fiqh learning in class 5 MI Ma'arif NU 01 Semedo, several plans were made in a structured manner, namely: by making a RPP (Learning Implementation Plan) which is structured so that the expected goals are achieved. 2) Implementation, including: initial steps (introduction & conditioning), core stage (learning), final stage (closing) which in general can be said to be appropriate, effective and efficient. 3) Evaluation along with obstacles and solutions, in general the obstacles found in learning are limited time because using the coercion method requires quite a lot of time. The solution implemented: educators can organize and manage the time used during learning. Researchers can conclude that the implementation of the demonstration method in class 5 of MI Ma'arif NU 01 Semedo has gone well and has a good impact on the fiqh learning process.
