Abstract

This research aims to examine learning motivation. This research is research usih the literature review method, namely by searching for literature from various books and articles related to the topic discusses with the keyword learning motivation. Based on research results, motivation is one of the factors that can influence students succes in learning. Motivation can provide enthusiasm, enthusiasm and a sense of enjoyment in learning activities, students whohave high motivation will have the energy to participate in learning activities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide knowledge regarding the definition of classroom management, the objectives of classroom management, the function of carrying out classroom management, a wat of carrying out classroom management and how teachers stimulate classroom management. The method used in this research is library research. Library research is research carried out using library documents,including books, notes and existing works of scientists. The research achievements show that learning activities through good relationships between students and teachers, students and each other, teaching staff have the highest level in creating social conditions in learning that are suitable for studens. Therefore, teachers must carry out classroom management in order to create adequate learning conditions for students and achieve material appropriately and appropriately.

Abstract

Motivation is the deliberate process of stimulating and sustaining the actions of individuals, encouraging them to actively pursue certain outcomes or goals. According to Maslow, human behavior is influenced by motivation and orientation, which are regulated by five levels of a hierarchy of needs, starting from the most basic demands to the highest demands. Some examples of these desires are the need for self-actualization, the need for love and affection, the need for security, and the need for physiological protection. The role of motivation in learning includes stimulating individuals to engage in activities, establishing a course of action, selecting appropriate options, and encouraging desired behavior and actions. Motivation functions as a catalyst for the speed of carrying out a job. The main determinants of motivation include innate and external factors. Learning motivation can be explained through four main theories: behavioral, cognitive, sociocognitive, and humanistic.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what classroom management is, to know the objectives of class management, to know the principles of class management, to know the components of class management and the scope of class management. The research method uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method or systematic literature review, namely a literature review method that identifies, examines, evaluates and interprets all available research. Researchers conducted a review and identified journals in a structured manner that in each process followed predetermined steps. The conclusion of the research results on classroom management is that there are still many problems related to ongoing teaching and learning activities. Often there are various complaints or criticisms from students, parents or teachers regarding the implementation of these teaching activities. These complaints actually do not need to occur or at least can be minimized, if all parties can play a role, especially teachers as class managers in their proper functions. Meanwhile, the understanding of classroom management still seems to be wrong. Often class management is understood as the arrangement of classrooms relating to facilities such as seating, bookcases and teaching aids.

Abstract

Positive Islamic and traditional values are instilled in students in order to attain the goal of character education, which pertains to their spiritual formation and attitudes. If we examine more thoroughly, though, we can conclude that character education's primary objective has either failed or been unmet. This is evident in the contemporary globalization period. The sophistication of information technology is rising in the globalization period. However, there are drawbacks to technological advancement. A reduction in employee morale is one of them. It is evident from the aforementioned occurrence that educational institutions face a challenge in molding their students' Islamic personalities. As previously mentioned, the rise of undesirable things like marriage has made it necessary for youngsters to be taught morality and etiquette in line with religious principles. It is crucial that we use habituation techniques to instill Islamic character traits in our children. SMA Al-Islam Surakarta is among the educational institutions that employ the habituation method to instill Islamic character formation in their pupils. The purpose of this study is to investigate the application of the habituation approach to the development of Islamic character at SMA Al-Islam Surakarta, as well as the elements that facilitate the development of Islamic character in students enrolled in the school. to be aware. suppressing Islam and the values of the Al-Islam Surakarta High School pupils. Qualitative field research is what this study is. This study employed observation, interviews, and documentation techniques as its methodology.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of e-commerce, strategies for using e-commerce and the impact of using e-commerce in improving the economy of UMKMs in Tisnonegaran Village, Probolinggo City. The method in this research uses a qualitative analysis method with a field research model. Data collection methods use interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are 1) The application of E-commerce in improving the economy of UMKMs in Tisnonegaran Village, Probolinggo City, which plays an important role in empowering and improving the quality of the community's economy through technological support. E-commerce provides services that are concise, effective and efficient so that they can be done anywhere and at any time and can increase revenue turnover. 2) The strategy for using E-Commerce in improving the UMKM economy in Tisnonegaran Village, Probolinggo City, namely improving the quality of human resources, good and fast service strategies, providing the best prices and discounts to attract customer interest and displaying descriptions of goods according to conditions and providing attractive photos. . 3) The use of e-commerce will have positive impacts such as increasing income, products being easily recognized by consumers, saving promotional costs, increasing the speed of transactions that can be accessed 24 times and providing security and convenience in the transaction process. Apart from having a positive impact, the use of e-commerce also has a negative impact, such as increasingly fierce competition.

Abstract

This article discusses the effectiveness of gestalt counseling in increasing students' self-confidence, where we know that currently students have low self-confidence, such as students who are afraid to come forward to answer questions because their classmates like to make fun of students' writing, making students afraid to express their opinions and ask. Everyone actually has problems with this term. There are people who feel they have lost self-confidence in almost all areas of their life. Maybe it's related to self-crisis, depression, loss of control, feeling helpless to look at the bright side of the future, and so on. There are also people who feel they are not yet confident/confident in what they are doing or what they are pursuing. There are also people who feel less confident when facing certain situations or circumstances. These problems that occur need to be resolved so that they do not interfere with daily life. This article also discusses Gestalt counseling as a strategy for increasing students' self-confidence. The method used is a literature review with critical analysis of research being conducted on a specific topic.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transition period full of physical, emotional and social changes. During this period, junior high school students are faced with various challenges, such as increasingly high academic demands, social pressure from peers, and the search for identity. This can cause confusion, stress, and anxiety, which can ultimately affect their learning performance. One factor that can help students face this challenge is to have good self-awareness. Self-awareness is the ability to understand oneself, including strengths and weaknesses, strengths and weaknesses, as well as values and life goals. Students with good self-awareness are better able to regulate emotions and behavior, make the right decisions. building healthy relationships with other people and setting realistic life goals and achieving them. Psychoeducation based on Meaning Life Learning (MML) values is the right solution to increase self-awareness of junior high school students. MML is an educational approach that focuses on developing meaning in life and life goals. This approach helps students to: develop an understanding of their values and beliefs. identify what is important to them in life, set realistic life goals and achieve them, increasing their resilience in facing challenges.

Abstract

TikTok is a social media platform that allows users to create short videos accompanied by a variety of feature options. This application is widely used by young people to obtain information, knowledge, and entertainment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the TikTok application which is used as a medium for learning pronunciation in English. This research was carried out at a private University in Indramayu with fiveteen undergraduate students from the second year of the English Education Department as participants in this research. This study uses qualitative methods which are included in field research with data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires with a Likert scale, and interviews. After research, the results of the study show that the use of TikTok can package pronunciation learning in an interesting way. It can be concluded that the Tiktok application is effective for learning pronunciation in English.
