Abstract

This research intends to try the influence of motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia Medan Branch. In this research, there is a conclusion that the problem is whether motivation, work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on the ability of employees at PT. Ace?. Therefore this research was attempted to identify and analyze the effects. Encouragement, Activity Discipline and Activity Areas to the Ability of Employees at PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia Medan Branch. In this research using quantitative research procedures. The population in this research is all employees of the Asei Indonesia insurance industry, agents in the research illustration area, totaling 71 people. The information analysis method used is descriptive analysis of respondents, descriptive analysis of variables, classical assumption experiments, multiple linear regression analysis and assumption experiments (t experiments, F experiments and determinant coefficient experiments). The results of the research processed with the SPSS type 23 program, based on the t experiment proved that motivation, activity discipline and the activity environment have a positive and jointly important effect on employee abilities, the adjusted R square number is 0.735 or 73.5%, which means Employee ability is influenced by motivation, activity discipline and activity area and more than 26.5% can be explained by other factors that were not examined in this research. compared to the results of the previous research of the Great God Kresna Valiant. 2017 the effect of communication, encouragement, sports environment on the happiness of employees' activities in the Denpasar city area proves that there is a positive and important effect on employee activity satisfaction. It can be concluded that the results of this research are in line with the results of previous research by AA Besar Oka Pramadita 2015

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pegaruh budaya, dan kepemimpinan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Astra. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan desktiptif verifikatif, dengan 70 karyawan menjadi sampel dan Teknik yang digunakan menggunakan SPSS Versi 23. Dalam penelitian ini data primer diperoleh dari questioner. Sementara data sekunder diperoleh melalui catatan dan publikasi serta literature. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya, dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan perolehan nilai adjusted R2 0,545 yang mana hal ini telah telah memenuhi syarat goodness of fit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik budaya organisasi maupun kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peran budaya organisasi yang mendukung dan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sebaiknya memperkuat elemen budaya organisasi yang positif dan memfasilitasi pelatihan kepemimpinan untuk manajer agar kinerja karyawan terus meningkat.

Abstract

Based on the description of this research, it aims at education and career development, which are factors that can increase and decrease employee performance. and career development on employee performance at the Medan City Manpower Office. The formulation of this employee performance problem can be seen from the employee education that is not yet good and the career development that is implemented is not yet effective in agencies. Hypothesis This study aims to determine how much influence education and career development have on employee performance at the Medan City Manpower Office. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and distribution of questionnaires. The population in the study consisted of 58 employees in the agency. Data analysis tools are multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t), simultaneous test (F), adjustid R Squer test and determination test (R2). The conclusion of the education variable, results are obtained where the influence of education is significant 0.001> 0.05 and the value of tcount> ttable (2.961> 1.673), career development is obtained from the results where career development has a significant value of 0.001> 0.05 and the value of tcount> ttable (14.894> 1.673). simultaneously carried out on education and career development shows a value of tcount> ttable (371.338> 3.165) and a significant value of 0.000> 0.05. Furthermore, the R2 value is 0.929, which means that education and career development affect employee performance by 92.9%, while the remaining 7.1% is influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that the independent variables (education and career development) together have a significant effect on the variable (employee performance) at the Medan City Manpower Office. Suggestions for agency leaders to have a schedule for consulting with employees so that employees are more focused in carrying out their duties and should be able to achieve predetermined work targets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana Perceived Price dan Brand Image mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian Ulang di Supermarket Brastagi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dari seluruh populasi pelanggan, dengan jumlah sampel 70 orang yang ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koefisien thitung Persepsi Harga sebesar 6,270 melampaui nilai ttabel sebesar 1,996 (6,270 > 1,996), dengan tingkat signifikansi (sig) lebih rendah dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Koefisien thitung terhadap Citra Merek juga signifikan sebesar 2,158 melebihi nilai ttabel sebesar 1,996 (2,158 > 1,996), dengan signifikansi lebih rendah dari 0,05 (0,024 < 0,05). Selain itu, Fhitung untuk Persepsi Harga dan Citra Merek adalah sebesar 29,267, melebihi Ftabel sebesar 2,74 (29,267 > 2,74), dengan signifikansi di bawah 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan nilai RSquare sebesar 0,576 atau 57,60% yang berarti bahwa variabel independen berkontribusi menjelaskan sebesar 57,60% terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ulang di Supermarket Brastagi, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,40% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Persepsi Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ulang di Supermarket Brastagi. Selain itu, Citra Merek juga memainkan peran penting dalam keputusan ini. Selanjutnya gabungan pengaruh Persepsi Harga dan Citra Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ulang pada PT Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi (Supermarket Brastagi).

Abstract

To get the best results from the existence of employees in the organization, it is necessary to define the right strategy, including thinking about how to manage employees so that they want to achieve the vision and mission of the organization. set out, and to create work motivation to achieve high performance and loyalty to the work of employees. The aim of this study was to know whether compensation and motivation at work affect performance. This study is a quantitative study, with a sample of 35 employees, with the results concluding that pay and work motivation have a significant effect in part on performance, which is highlighted by table t counts > t, after the test results, it is concluded that salary and work motivation have a simultaneous effect, this is shown by the calculated value F > table F. Wage and motivation work also provides almost all the variance values ​​of the performance variable, i.e. 87.9%. Based on the research results, the author suggests that leaders should care or develop policies related to compensation or ways to motivate employees. can increase employee loyalty and work capacity so it has a positive impact on performance

Abstract

Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai salah satunya adalah pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai. Adapun batasan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pada “Pelatihan Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Medan”. Rumusan masalah, Apakah pelatihan dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Medan?. Metode pengumpulan data adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis data, kuantitatif. Alat yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan alat bantu IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengembangan karir secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan menggunakan pelatihan dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dapat dilihat dari data berikut bahwa nilai Fhitung ( 51,212) > dari nilai Ftabel (3,16) dan nilai signifikannya sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh pada kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan uji R2 variabel pelatihan dan pengembangan karir mampu mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai sebanyak 64,2%, dan sisanya 35,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dicantumkan dalam penelitian ini. Saran, bagi pimpinan instansi untuk meningkatkan pelatihan sesuai dengan jenjang pendidikan dan sesuai dengan posisi yang akan ditempati bagi pegawai baru.

Abstract

The realization of the vision and mission of an organization is determined by the performance and effectiveness of its employees in carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities. Organizations and companies generally expect their employees to be able to carry out assigned tasks efficiently, productively and professionally. This type of research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression methods with a population and sample of 36 employees, using primary data and direct sources from Fave Hotel S. Parman Medan staff. The results of the regression test yield Y = 7.497 + 0.260X1 + 0.516X2 which means that any increase in the leadership and work discipline variables will also have an impact on the performance variable. Based on the results of the partial test of the leader variable, the value of t-count (6.543) > t-table (1.688), sig 0.000 <0> t-table (1.688), sig 0.000 <0> F-table (3.18), sig Array 0.000 <0> F(3.18), sig 0.000 <0> 0.05. meaning that the variables of leadership and work discipline simultaneously or jointly influence the performance variables.

Abstract

This research embarks on an intricate exploration, delving into how ethical work practices, job remuneration, and the work environment synergize to mold employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, specifically within the dynamic setting of Medan Balaikota. This study encompasses a comprehensive assessment of the various dimensions of work ethics, job remuneration, and the work environment, elucidating their profound impact on employee performance within the sphere of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in the vibrant Medan Balaikota locale. Constructing the research inquiry revolves around dissecting the collective effect exerted by these independent variables on employee performance within the organizational domain. The formulated hypothesis posits that Variable (X) significantly steers the transformation of Variable (Y). Employing a comprehensive census sampling approach, a cohort of 40 participants was enrolled for the study. Data acquisition employed a meticulous fusion of diligent library research and hands-on field investigation techniques. Employing a quantitative descriptive methodology, this research harnessed the analytical prowess of multiple linear regression analysis, bolstered by the versatile SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) V23 software. The findings of the regression analysis unequivocally underscore that Variable (X) exerts a palpable impact on (Y). Ethical work practices conspicuously manifest a substantial influence on employee performance (t-value 1.401, significance < 0.05). Job remuneration emerges as a formidable influencer of employee performance (t-value 0.3540, significance < 0.05). Equally important, the work environment emerges as a pivotal shaper of employee performance (t-value 0.3670, significance < 0.05). The implications of the F-test are profound, with an F-value of 82.89 surpassing the critical F-table threshold of 2.87. Notably, the adjusted R Square value of 0.975 accentuates that Variable (X) elucidates a staggering 97.5% of the variability in Variable (Y). Drawing profound insights from these findings, the researcher unequivocally concludes that the independent Variable (X) wields a monumental influence over the dependent Variable (Y). Reflecting on these perceptive research discoveries, it is earnestly advised that the company's leadership meticulously scrutinizes the compensation framework, taking into cognizance the distinct attributes of employees and the intangible elements, in order to foster a motivational culture that propels employee performance.

Abstract

Dalam menjalankan berbagai kegiatan operasional perusahaan, diperlukan tanggung jawab dalam menyajikan laporan keuangan yang menggambarkan situasi finansial yang menghasilkan profit, meskipun modal operasionalnya bersumber dari aset dan utang. Ini bertujuan agar investor dapat membuat keputusan yang tepat dalam mengalokasikan dana kepada perusahaan. Dari dasar tersebut, beberapa faktor dapat dieksplorasi sebagai subjek penelitian, yakni dampak Earning Per Share (X1), Return On Equity (X2), serta Return On Asset (X3) terhadap nilai Harga Saham (Y), menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif.Penelitian ini melibatkan 16 perusahaan di sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menghasilkan model Y = 7,973 + 0,439 X1 + 0,013 X2 + 0,021 X3. Secara parsial, uji-t menunjukkan bahwa Earning Per Share memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham (0,000 < 0,05) dengan nilai t hitung (3,830) melebihi t tabel (1,679). Namun, Return On Equity tidak memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham karena nilai signifikansi (0,973) melebihi 0,05 dan t hitung (0,079) lebih rendah dari t tabel (1,679). Begitu juga, Return On Asset tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham karena nilai signifikansi (0,859) melebihi 0,05 dan t hitung (0,178) lebih rendah dari t tabel (1,679).Dari uji F, ditemukan bahwa secara bersamaan, Earning Per Share, Return On Equity, dan Return On Asset memiliki dampak terhadap Harga Saham, karena F hitung (8,050) lebih besar dari F tabel (1,679) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. R Square mengindikasikan bahwa Earning Per Share, Return On Equity, dan Return On Asset hanya menjelaskan sekitar 31,0% variasi dalam Harga Saham, mengimplikasikan hubungan yang lemah. Bagi penelitian berikutnya, disarankan untuk memasukkan faktor-faktor independen tambahan guna mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif tentang dampak variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance in this type of research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression methods. The analysis used includes instrumental testing, classical hypothesis testing, and hypothesis testing. The result of this research is the value of Y = -6.784+0.672X1+0.633X2. In a sense, corporate culture has a significant impact on performance. From the t count > t in the table, namely 7,803 > 1,683, with sig 0.000 <0.05, it can be seen that leadership style has a significant effect on performance. 0.000<0.05. Organizational culture and leadership test scores affect performance simultaneously when Fcount > Ftable (62.090 > 4.08) of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of testing the coefficient of determinants of organizational culture and leadership style, the adjusted R-square value is 75.8%, meaning that organizational culture and leadership style contribute 75.8% to variations in performance. and other offers 24.2% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
