Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is something that needs to be considered, because Covid-19 is an event that will endanger human safety, including health and human life itself, with the implementation of physical distancing, the government has limited student communication distances to prevent transmission of the corona virus. This pandemic is also a problem in the field of education because the interaction and communication of a teacher with students is very limited. Teachers cannot speak face to face directly to students and vice versa because of the covid-19 pandemic. Now only interact and communicate through online learning or can be known as online learning. Many problems occur in online learning, but there are also many solutions to reduce a problem. Online learning is not only conveying material to students, but also instilling a religiosity in maintaining the character of students so that they remain in Islamic values. From the research research that has been obtained by researchers using qualitative methods and questions and answers about the problems and solutions for ismuba learning here, it shows that the problems of online learning are currently proven that 77% of students at the Creative School of Muhammadiyah Elementary School 2 Tulangan can understand easily. Of course, there are many aspects that support other than the government and educational institutions, but parents really need to support teaching and learning activities for students.

Abstract

How writers manage quality study work and manuscripts published using digital applications through searching and analyzing data from several high-impact publications in the field of digital technology literature review has become the primary goal of this study. Because we believe that the success of research work is very closely related to the use of digital technology facilities considering that in the current era, all ease of work is in the application of digital tools, for this, we first conducted a data search using online data based on several well-known journal publications such as the Researchgate database, Elsevier, Google Books, and sage pub. We have looked into everything by including information assessment, information understanding, and information end drawing dependent on the goal to respond to this examination question with legitimacy and certainty. Given the aftereffects of the information and conversation, we can close the outcomes, among others, by fusing innovation into research work; the danger of human errors was diminished while the exploration interaction was sped up. Cloud-based advances started to change the way scholastics gather information numerous many years after the fact. Our development mirrors the developing requirement for fast admittance to great information. Ideally, these discoveries add to the improvement of science and innovation.

Abstract

One of the tasks of academics such as lecturers or researchers in universities is writing research papers and giving seminars to academic audiences. For the results of published articles to be published quickly, the review factor of the form must be of high value based on the peer-reviewed rating of the journal editor and the blind review system. However, all academics are well aware of the indicators of high impact factors. Therefore, we present this study intending to gain an in-depth understanding of the issues of these high impact factors. We have reviewed around 50 articles. We have given the results as findings that include, among others, high impact journals frequently cited across the academic spectrum, mainly when discussed in other high impact journals. The citation index was first developed in the 1950s to determine journal 'Impact Factors.' In other words, those journals with a score of 10 or more are considered excellent in most categories; a score of 3 is deemed to be adequate, and an average score of less than one. This is a rule of thumb. One caveat to keep in mind is that impact factors and journal comparisons work best when applied to the same field.

The independent variable (X) in this study is the principal’s attitude and the dependent variable (Y) in this study is teacher performance. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and analysis method using Simple Regression. To test the hypothesis, correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis were employed. Prior to the analysis test, the prerequisite tests were carried out, namely the normality test and the linearity test. Testing the hypothesis with a significance level of 5%, it was found that the p-value of the correlation between the principal's attitude variable and teacher performance was 0.079. The significance value of p > 0.05 (0.079 > 0.05). Because the value of F count is smaller than F table, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the variables of the principal's attitude on teacher performance.
