Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the challenges of online-based leadership implementation in post-pandemic educational innovation applications at Public Aliyah Madrasah (MAN). This study uses a qualitative approach with purposive and snowball sampling techniques. The findings show that: The challenge in improving the quality and competitiveness of online-based schools after the pandemic is the need to develop superior human resources to prepare the community and nation to face the knowledge age as a competitive era. The challenge in Human Resources (HR) and online-based finance after the pandemic is to build a new structure that improves teacher coordination and collaboration that utilizes the expertise of all educators, ultimately leading to better working conditions and workplaces; As for the challenges in improving the quality of online-based leadership post-pandemic, namely leadership that is disruptive to the current progress and creative in terms of policies which include the stages of preparation, enlightenment, elaboration, and verification.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of virtual entertainment stages on understudy results and accomplishments in Islamic training. Through a blended strategies approach, including overviews and meetings, information is gathered to survey understudies' utilization examples and impressions of virtual entertainment about their growth opportunities. Primer discoveries show that virtual entertainment stages offer a few benefits concerning Islamic training. First and foremost, they create a feeling of the local area and empower cooperative advancement by trading thoughts among understudies. Furthermore, these stages give simple admittance to many assets, including Islamic talks, conversations, and literary materials, improving the profundity and expansiveness of learning. Additionally, social media fosters engagement and active participation through interactive content, quizzes, and discussions, contributing to a dynamic learning environment. However, challenges associated with social media use in Islamic education are identified. These include the need for digital literacy skills and the critical evaluation of online information. The study emphasizes the importance of responsible and ethical use of social media, ensuring that the content aligns with Islamic values and principles. By shedding light on integrating social media into Islamic education, this research expands the existing knowledge on the subject. It provides valuable insights into the potential of social media platforms to improve student outcomes and achievements in studying Islamic religion. The study also underscores the significance of using social media appropriately and responsibly to ensure adherence to Islamic principles.

Abstract

The main task of a teacher is to educate, teach, guide, direct, train, assess, and evaluate students. The school principal should make a policy to qualify teachers, include the demands placed on teachers so that teachers are able to improve their performance, and apply good work discipline, so that teacher performance increases to the fullest. The purpose of conducting this research is to find out the influence of the principal's leadership and work discipline on teacher performance. Using a quantitative approach with the help of IBM SPSS version 23, this study tested the validity and reliability of the research instruments. While the respondents in the study were 95 respondents, using the census method by taking the entire population as a sample. Collecting data in research using a questionnaire. This study shows that the principal's leadership variable (X1) has an influence on teacher performance (Y1) seen in testing the T-test hypothesis where Tcount>Ttable (2.225 > 1.986) and a significant level of less than 0.05, namely (0.029<0.05), on the work discipline variable (X2) there is an influence on teacher performance, it is known based on the results of the t-test, namely Tcount>Ttable (5,567 > 1.986) and a significant level of less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), the variable principal's leadership and work discipline has a simultaneous influence on teacher performance, based on the F test, namely Fcount (35.394) > Ftable (3.09), with a significant level of less than 0.05, namely (0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the increase in efficiency and quality of management in optimizing the application of management information systems at MAN 1 Sungai Full. This research uses qualitative research, and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the management of optimizing the implementation of management information systems at MAN 1 Sungai Penuh collects data containing teacher and staff data to manage important information about teaching staff and staff registered at the school such as biodata, rank, position, address, working status, hours work history, educational history, career history, training history, attendance rate, salary info and others, management information systems related to student services in the form of New Student Admissions data, student biodata, Management of Student Class Promotion (manual or automatic), Graduation Management / Alumni, Printing Student Cards, and Management of Student Discipline, and information systems related to teaching and learning activities such as Information Systems containing Curriculum Management, Scheduling of Teaching Units, Management of Student Academic Grades and reports on Student Study results, and Student Presence in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the curriculum development design for the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Masters of Teacher Education Study program led to superior accreditation, how to implement the curriculum for the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Masters of Teacher Education Study program towards superior accreditation, as well as the learning outcomes in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Masters of Teacher Education study program. This research is a mixed research with a sequential explanatory research approach. The result of this research is that the curriculum development design for the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Masters of Education (MPGMI) study program towards superior accreditation is carried out by conducting a continuous review of the MPGMI Study Program curriculum to obtain input for curriculum improvements that are being implemented. Implementation of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Master's Study Program Curriculum Towards Superior Accreditation is presented in the form of the MPGMI Study Program Curriculum Structure, MPGMI Study Program Activities and Prospects, MPGMI Study Program HR, Supporting Educational Facilities and Infrastructure. Learning Outcome Achievements in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Masters Study Program can be seen from the progress of alumni and the results of student publications.

Abstract

To increase the productivity and maximum efficiency of teachers at work, job satisfaction is an important concern for every organization. Increasing job satisfaction is important for organizations to increase commitment and organizational citizen behavior (OCB). The effect of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on teacher job satisfaction is the subject of this research. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with the help of IBM SPSS version 25, and the research instruments were tested for validity and reliability. 71 respondents were taken as a sample through the census method, and data was collected through a questionnaire. The results showed that the organizational commitment variable (X1) influenced teacher job satisfaction (Y1), as shown by testing the t-test hypothesis, where Tcount>Ttable (5.413>1.995) and a significant level that was less than 0.05, namely (0.021< 0.05). Organizational citizen behavior (OCB) variable (X2) influences job satisfaction (Y1).

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of training and suitability between individual characteristics (person-job fit) on increasing teacher competence in the digital era using a qualitative approach. Amid the transformation of education by digital technology, it is important to understand how individual training and suitability for work demands play a role in developing teacher competency. This research method uses in-depth interviews with headmasters of experienced teachers from various backgrounds at Madrasah Aliyah. The results of this study reveal that training has a significant role in enriching teachers' knowledge, skills, and understanding of the use of technology in learning. Teachers who attended the training reported increasing their ability to face technological challenges and optimize teaching potential in the digital age. In addition, the suitability of individual characteristics with work tasks in the digital era also influences how teachers can more effectively integrate technology in education. This research indicates that a combination of training that is tailored to individual needs and the degree of suitability to job demands can positively affect teacher competence. in the digital age. These findings make an important contribution to the development of better professional development strategies to support teachers in coping with educational changes caused by technology.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to see what effect locus of control and self-confidence had on the prosocial behavior and religiosity of students at State Islamic University Datokarama. The methodology employed was quantitative. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression correlation, which was done with SPSS for Windows version 17. This study covered four variables, consisting of two independent variables and two dependent variables, namely locus of control (X1) and self-confidence (X2) as independent factors and prosocial behavior (Y1) and religiosity (Y2) as dependent variables, with a total of 30 students as samples. The Likert scale was utilized as the instrument or data-gathering tool by the researcher. (1) Locus of control has a considerable effect on IAIN Palu students' prosocial conduct. People with an internal locus of control contributed to their competency by exercising environmental control. (2) The locus of control variable had a substantial effect on IAIN Palu students' religiosity. The man diligently followed his religious teachings and commitments. (3) The self-confidence variable had a substantial effect on IAIN Palu students' prosocial conduct. Prosocial behavior is defined as behavior that demonstrates a student's concern and attention through acts that help others. (4) The self-confidence variable had a substantial effect on IAIN Palu students' religiosity. Their acts were free of concern. They were free to do anything they wanted, were accountable for their acts, and were courteous in their relationships with others.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: (1) planning for the development of teaching staff resources; (2) the process of developing teaching staff; (3) educational staff development components; and (4) a model for developing teaching staff resources. This research uses a multisite qualitative method where data collection techniques employ interviews, observation, and document study techniques to enhance the validity of the data findings and the authenticity of the research. The results of this research conclude that: (1) planning for the development of teaching staff is led by the head of the madrasah, involving all elements of the madrasah and taking various forms in the short term, long term, and incidental; (2) the process of developing teaching staff is carried out using various steps, namely: problem identification; needs analysis; determination of funds; target setting; program determination; program implementation; and evaluation; (3) the teacher competency development components include the pedagogical component, professional component, social component, and personality component; and (4) a model for developing teaching staff takes the form of position rotation; training; guidance/counseling; job instructor training; demonstrations and examples; temporary assignments; workshops; seminars; comparative studies; teacher performance management; career development; improving welfare; subject teacher deliberation; education and training; supervision; and further studies.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the role of the principal of Santo Yusuf Middle School in building an attitude of religious tolerance using a qualitative research approach. The current era of globalization and increasing cases of religious intolerance in educational institutions make this research even more important to be discussed as a solution and recommendation for school principals to optimize their leadership roles in the educational institutions they lead. This research method uses in-depth interview techniques with key informants, namely the school principal and supporting informants, namely Muslim and non-Muslim teachers. The findings of this research found that the role of the principal has a significant influence on the success of building an attitude of tolerance in schools by mobilizing the school community with the initiative to create internal guidelines, directing by equalizing mutually agreed perceptions, guiding in an accommodating manner and being a good role model, protecting rights. school community through assimilation and development programs through internal routine programs and interfaith cultural programs. This finding is also an additional option for school principals in increasing the values ​​of tolerance in schools as well as strengthening that the important role of school principals has a significant impact on the conduciveness of the work environment and improving the quality of education at large. Conduciveness through an appropriate humanitarian approach will influence the development of holistic potential students both intellectually, socially, emotionally, and spiritually, with that the potential risk of intolerance at school can be prevented and overcome.
